I’ve also purchased Duracell Daylight flood light bulbs here. I’ve been completely satisfied with every transaction and the employees are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Today, my older iPhone was not charging and rather than run out to spend $1200 on a new one, I called around locally and decided to go with Batteries Plus to replace the charging port. Locally, they were the cheapest for this by more than $40. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

We have been to your Wake Forest store several times and always found the customer service excellent. Our last visit was to get a new battery for our car. The young man, Robby, who helped me truly went above and beyond. Apparently, when our battery was replaced the last time, the people at the car dealership didnt add anti-corrosion rings. So the mounting bracket and battery terminal clamps were caked with corrosion. Robby took the time to clean the braket and clamps, then added the anti-corrosion rings and spray protector. Its such a pleasure to shop at Batteries Plus and Robby gave a shining example of excellence in customer service.

We needed 18 golf cart batteries with a quick turn around time and James was very helpful in coordinating a pick up for us. Thank you for being so helpful!

I thought my battery had never been replaced in my motorcycle. The battery I removed turned out to be only 2 years old as I had forgotten I changed it in 2018. When I changed the battery in 2018, I purchased it from Batteries Plus. The sales person did not try to validate my 2018 purchase until after I drove home with a new battery in hand and researched my charge account, at which point I found that I purchased the battery in July 2018. I then had to call the store back and then they looked for the receipt. Once they found it, they advised me I could bring the battery back for refund. It would have been better if after they told me the battery was replaced in 2018 that they they looked for the receipt before I left the store (which is 15 miles from my home).

I had spent lots of internet research time regarding 12v systems but couldnt get the full understanding needed to size the battery for this particular application. Old fashioned, in store advice solved everything and it saved at least $150 on my battery. The associate that helped me sized my battery quite a bit smaller than internet recommendations, leaving enough in the budget to add an inverter. The smaller battery exceeds my needs. For an inexperienced person, its so much easier to get consultation at this store than trying to become an expert yourself.

This is my second battery purchase. First one was a laptop battery. They are close and convenient. They treat you like they really appreciate your business.

Battery plus replaced the battery for my android phone. Service guy was informative about turn around time and that delicate glass may break during the process. He called within the hour that the phone is ready for pickup. I was happy about the whole service experience. He told me the glass did break and hed replaced a new glass and gave me an additional $10 off. Thats above and beyond my expectation. Its hard to find this kind of service now a days.

Ive had 4 incredible experiences at Batteries plus bulbs in Wake Forest! First Robbie changed my super difficult Mercedes battery then Steve changed my headlight bulbs then Brian changed my iPhone battery then Steve changed my brake light bulbs! What horrible customer service. Had a 1-year-old boat battery that they refused to honor the warranty. Duracell brand bought on May 19th. Drove from lake Gaston and they would not honor the warranty. The Raleigh store much better customer service bought from them for many years but always warrantied their product will never come back. Buying an interstate battery itll last a lot longer.

I recently went to Batteries Plus in Wake Forest to purchase golf cart replacement batteries. The salesperson Joshua took the time to review all options available as well as helped me install the batteries. During the install the cart still did not operate, he helped trouble shoot the issue. With his recommendation we cleaned all the cables and connections, which corrected the issue. Great customer service!! Great Job Joshua.

Purchase online was easy, pickup was fairly efficient. I was disappointed that employees were not wearing masks even though the the two customers in the store were wearing masks. Also, the employees were complaining about shift scheduling and limits on overtime while I was checking out.

I had an amazing experience with thanks to Brian and Oscar! They were so helpful and friendly and fixed my phone screen right away. In fact they were able to remove the lint from my iPhone and taught me how to clean it in the future. It feels like I have a brand new iPhone!! One employee helping a customer called another to take over and walked away while I was standing there, watched me walk in with a battery. He sat at a desk around the corner. Another customer walks in and same employee still sitting at said desk. A good business would have had both employees helping the in store customers to provide prompt service. Not here. Wont be going back, at least to this location.

Oscar went above and beyond to help remove and replace my car battery. It was much harder than it should have been and was incredibly hot outside as well and he stuck with it and saw it through to completion. Then my car still wouldn’t start but he stayed with the situation until we were able to get it going.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They told me that they would fix my battery charging port in a hr and I go back because they did not call or anything. When i got there they did not put a new port in and the guy said that the other guy didnt even tell him that they had a phone that needed a new charging port i will not be going back there ever.

Had a great experience with Batteries Plus in Wake Forest, N.C. Guys came out in bitter cold to help me check the battery in a Toyota Prius. It was hard to get to. I was determined to buy a new battery, but they checked the battery and went the extra mile trouble shooting. They finally traced it to a short and recommended a competitor who could fix it. That was pretty incredible with so many in the business ready to rip you off. A big thanks from a greatly impressed customer.

Couldnt be easier. Ordered a new marine battery online, which was in stock. When I arrived at the store about 30 minutes later, the battery was already sitting on the counter. Left my core, got my receipt, and out the door or in less than 5 minutes. Great service and experience.

I went to the store located off Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh, NC and was attended by Andrew - he offered me a service that was not offered at another store which I accepted. My GPS went on the fritz a few days ago and of course the manufacturer was no help at all. Figuring it may just be the battery I looked online and did not have the patience or time to wait for one to be delivered, so I called the local Batteries Plus Bulbs location here in Wake Forest.James answered the phone and looked up what replacement I needed but said he did not have one in stock. He mentioned he was rather busy but to give him a few moments and he would check the other locations and get back with me. Not long after he called saying that he had located one at the Raleigh store and could either have it shipped (store-to-store) or I could pick it up there.I explained that I was traveling the next morning and wouldnt be able to get down there to pick it up myself and asked if there was any way we could get it transferred any sooner. James said his shipment wouldnt arrive until afternoon but since he lived down that way he would personally stop by the store that night, pick it up and have it for me in Wake Forest by 9am the next morning!I stopped in the store this morning and as promised James had the battery I needed. Was hoping the new battery would do the trick but unfortunately as I write this the GPS unit is still not working... looks like Ill be getting a new one :-(But I do want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to James and his customer service! He took a difficult situation for me and feel went above and beyond in trying to meet my needs!
