Cheers to Sherwin Williams at Wake Forest for quality paint product(s) and excellent customer service. Due to recent supply chain issues I was struggling to secure a specific flat paint for an already started job. Store Manager Susan suggested an in stock, compatible alternative product, which worked out just great and was very pleased with the finished job. Thank you Susan and SW!

I went to the Wake Forest/Cap Com Sherwin Williams store yesterday, and Rae helped me with outdoor exterior paint for a door. I’m not good with paints and colors, and Rae was so much help. She was kind, helpful, offered suggestions, and was knowledgeable. Great service at this store!

The SW store in Wake Forest has very knowledgeable & friendly staff. Ive been going there for over 5 years & I trust them...no need to go anywhere else for my paint needs. :) Product selection & colors are outstanding & SW paint is some of the best Ive ever used. I was actually blown away by the friendly professional attitude of the lady at the Wake Forest, capcom store (sorry forgot her name) who took my order by phone and told me it would be ready for me to pick up. After work around 6 pm I went to the store and they had my order ready. The young gentleman was very professional checked me out, loaded my car with the 19 gallons of paint and with a smiling attitude and heart thanked me for my business. I had heard about Sherwin Williams as having set the bar for paint standards. I will get to test it out this month as we paint.

She was amazingly helpful and answered all our questions. We went back 3 times with questions for a few issuers we ran into and she helped us with all of them. One of the employees even joked with my daughter-in-law that when she returned for the 3rd time that if/when she comes back tomorrow (4th trip), they’d have an employee shirt ready for her. 😎Great store and even greater employees!

Susan Kemp and her staff are extremely knowledgeble and excel at customer service. Susan helped me solve a problem with inferior paint applied some years years ago. Her suggestion resulted in a new look for our home. We were very pleased.

Worst experience! Patiently waited 15min for second associate, poor woman running around doing everything, until Malichi decides to grace us with his presence! I asked for a specific brand of exterior paint required my HOA but its discontinued. Malichi had no interest in helping me find and or offer an acrylic substitute or provide ANY assistance!! I left and will NEVER return and will tell EVERYONE about my experience.
