It was easy to work with and knowledgeable about all materials, options, and costs. They worked within our budget and provided great suggestions for what we were looking to do, so we really relied on them for guidance. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and bathroom. In short, we would use them again.

I contracted One Stop Kitchen & Bath to renovate my fathers kitchen cabinets, countertops, faucet and plumbing. The contact person I did business with was a young lady named Shay. She is very professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Even If you have a problem during the course of the project, she is very accommodating and keeps her cool under pressure. The Project manager named Ed is also pleasant to work with and both will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I had some complications during my project but they were quick and efficient in resolving it.I would recommend this establishment for anyones future kitchen or bath projects.

Ed gave me an estimate for two vanities. It showed the total for the the vanities with labor. It would be quite helpful to have a list of the items with a specific cost as well as the cost for the labor. Then I could make decisions for possible changes which would fit my budget.

Great service and very professional. Shay was awesome. She was very helpful and responsive. She made this process seamless for us. A gentleman came to my house and introduced the team to me on the day of install and he checked throughout the day to make sure everything was ok. The installers were also very nice and did a great job. They checked with me during the installation process to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Lastly, my kitchen was left spotless when they finished. They cleaned and mopped the floor so there was no dust or trash left. The experience overall with Onestop was fantastic!

Although we did not ultimately hire Onestop Kitchen Bath at this time for our shower renovation project, we did have a very positive experience working with Shay as our project contact, and would consider Onestop Kitchen Bath for future projects.
