Process was super smooth. Donna helped us and she was amazing and full of good energy. She helped me and my gf find a amazing bed for a great price and even when our delivery didn’t work out as planned she came through and made sure we were taken care of at the end of the day. Also I can’t remember her name but there was another female associate that did an amazing job on the phone to help us as well during the move in. Good business and customer service is hard to find but you guys have a good thing going here. Keep up the great work!

My experience with Mattress Firm has been nothing short of great customer service. I had ordered a mattress online and had it delivered within a couple of days to my house. However, a year later, that mattress starting sagging. I was able to initiate a claim and was approved within a few days. They provided me with in-store credit to purchase a new mattress at one of their locations in Waldorf, MD. Kelley was able to assist me with my warranty claim and with picking out a new mattress. This new mattress is scheduled to arrive within two business days after ordering it. On top of that, I still have the benefit of trying it out for 120 days if I would like. Overall, I am satisfied with the whole process. I would recommend shopping at this location.

Kelly is awesome!! Our mattress and adjustable base was delivered the day after we ordered it!! We’ve had our bed for two weeks now and I seriously feel 10 years younger!! Kelly was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you so so so much!!

The store employees were very professional and friendly. However, the problem was with the warehouse employees who appear to be not interested in getting orders correct. I ordered 2 twin. 2inch bunkie boards. They sent one twin and one extra long. I had them to pick the order up and a salesman helped to redo the order, mind you I had 5 grands coming to my house, this time, the boards were dirty, half stapled. And only one inch indiameter. I called and asked them to pick up the boards. They gave me a Sunday pick up date. On Sunday, no one came. I called on Monday to cancel my card. Finally, today wed, they pick up the boards!

Donna helped us figure out the best bed to fit both our needs and walked us through a bed and pillow fitting. She was knowledgeable and patient while we found our perfect bed. We ended up buying the Luxury Medium Intellibed. From start to finish, Donna helped us have a smooth and comfortable experience!Will update on bed after a couple months.

Im just going to start off by saying this was the best experience that i had shopping for a mattress, ever. I was very hesitant about physically trying the mattresses due to the current pandemic, but Kelly helped ease my mind. She assured me that the mattresses were clan and sanitized and also gave me a bed cover to lay on (Im a bit of a germaphobe). She was very patient with me and I appreciate that so much. All of the other stores I went to brushed me off because of budget I wanted to stay within. Her southern hospitality really shines through and she was so sincere and polite. I found a mattress that I love and I didnt have to compromise my comfort or wallet. 10/10 recommend this location and Kelly to anyone in need of a mattress!

I visited the store twice this week and worked with a Sales Associate named Donna both times. She was wonderful both times. She took all the time I needed to show me exactly what I wanted and needed. On the second day she took the time to work me and my friend to make sure we received the best deal possible; enabling us to purchase three completed sets from her. The saleswoman was great, the only issue I had was that she was only one person in the store and was helping another customer, who seemed indecisive about their purchase, she honestly tried to help both of us at the same time but they came first. I waited about 20 minutes before being helped. But during that time she did periodically check on me to answer any questions I had, which was the only reason I stayed..... I’m really an impatient person. I did end up purchasing a mattress. The process was super fast and thank goodness they had it in stock! Overall the saleswoman has great customer service skills an I would go there again for another purchase.

Today I had a great & very pleasing experience shopping for a mattress with Angela Robinson as my sales representative. She was knowledgeable and funny. My husband and I just moved to the area a few days ago. Because of a snafu with our military moving company we discovered wed be out of all of our household goods for 3 weeks.
