Ms. Patricia Taylor (saleswoman), was very attentive to my mattress desires and necessities. I purchased a beautiful queen size, medium firm Beautyrest mattress. Ms. Taylor walked me through every aspect of buying a quality mattress. I laid on five different mattresses from three major brands. I went from laying on my side to my back just to get the feel for plushness, firmness and to find any unwanted pressure points. Ms. Taylor also educated me on why the long delivery delays as well as details behind the makings of a mattress. The store is well organized and smells good. My experience was great; I heard an ad for the July 4th sale earlier in the day but wasn’t exactly sure where the closest location was to me. It so happened in my travels that day, it turned out I was closer to a Mattress Firm location than I realized so I stopped in. Emmanuel greeted me and was a huge help in guiding me to the perfect mattress for me.

My husband and I was very pleased with the service we received. Emmanuel educated us about mattress selections and, he very patient with us as we decided which mattress will be best for us. I was also delighted that they were able to schedule delivery within the same week. I shared our experience today with my mom and friend who is looking to buya mattress in the near future.

Ask for Deon in Waldorf, he is happy to help you find the perfect mattress. Deon makes you feel at home as soon as you walk in the store. He helped my husband and I find a mattress that works for us: hubby likes a firm mattress and I like plush. Highly recommend Deon and this Waldorf store.

Came in to just look around and get ideas. Deon greeted us and asked us immediately what we were looking for. He very friendly and knew what to ask. He was very detailed as he explained what to look for, he never pressured us to go for the most expensive thing, in fact he encouraged us to think of our budget as we shopped. He was there to support us. We ended up ordering a mattress on that trip, and he walked us through everything we needed. I strongly recommend them.

Salesman are very knowledgeable. I was highly impressed; happy I stopped there. I had just purchased a mattress for my daybed from a furniture store in that same row that was not only expensive but I purchased it with no knowledge of what was required. Afterwards I drive in that direction to vrowse another store and thats when I noticed the mattress store. Glad I went in. The salesman told me about a board I needed to keep the mattress from sinking, which made perfectly good sense. So I immediately cancelled from the other store and purchase my mattress with them and received a savings. That was a win win experience.

The gentleman helping us was amazing however the company they use to do their leasing is horrible. I feel bad for the people who work here as they told me they have issues with this leasing company a lot and it’s sad because they work off commission. Moody explain and answered all of my questions in detail form, gave the differences between the mattresses and gave recommendation to me of the mattress that best meant my spouse and myself needs. Derrick was a great salesman. Not pushy. Not phony. Just presented the products factually, professionally and in a friendly manner.

The sales representative, Derrick, handled our entire experience with professionalism and patience as my Mother made her final selection. He answered all of her questions making sure to thoroughly explain all of the smart bed features and warranties. He gave her moments as he politely stepped away for my Mother and I to convene. We really appreciated his time and attention making us to feel very comfortable with my Mothers purchase.

LISTEN UP FOR THOSE BUYING FROM MATTRESS FIRM! THEY DON’T HONOR THE WARRANTYOn 12/15/20 my husband and I purchased two L&P 500 Adjustable Base beds and two Twin XL mattresses at Mattress Firm, delivered on 12/27/20. A positive experience so far. We referred a friend to Mattress Firm. They also bought adjustable beds and Twin XL Tempurpedic mattresses. 2 delivery attempts…..mattress damaged; one mattress twin XL, the other a regular twin, but third time was the charm. We filed a claim against the warranty in January 2021. We had literally just purchased the bed. After a couple weeks, one of them started to sag. The sag was visible when the sheets were changed. Another week went by and it was physically noticeable. Have you ever tried to sleep around a mattress sag? You can’t, especially when the sag is in the middle. My husband was still recovering from hip surgery. We could not trade mattresses because I have severe back problems, which is why we bought the adjustable bed in the first place…to accommodate both of our growing physical/medical needs. We went to the Mattress Firm website and followed the instructions for submitting a warranty claim. We were advised to be mindful that once we start the claim process on-line, it must be completed in its entirety. You cannot start, then come back to complete it, otherwise you will have used up the ONLY opportunity to file a claim. Really? Who does that? Beauty Rest was not listed as a brand that needed to be submitted to the manufacturer, so we submitted our claim on 1/26/21 along with multiple angled pictures required, showing the depth of the sag, along with a particular type of measuring tool you must use, printed only from their website. We were notified by Mattress Firm on 1/29/21 that they do not service our warranty. We needed to submit our warranty claim to the manufacturer, Fortegra. On 2/18/21, we submitted our warranty claim to Fortegra. Fortegra representative Crystal Collins reached out on 2/19/21 requesting a copy of the receipt, then again requesting pictures showing the depth of the sag, along with their own requirement of differently angled photos. She said we would hear back within 2-3 business days. It appeared that Fortegra had committed the proverbial dropping of the ball. On 3/8/21, we reached out to Fortegra for a status. The representative indicated the claim was in pending status. When asked why, we were placed on hold for about 10 minutes. She came back on the phone and said the pictures did not indicate there was sufficient sagging of the mattress. When my husband informed her of his hip replacement rehabilitation and the painful hardship this defective mattress is causing, she again placed us on a 10-minute hold. Maybe she was hoping we would give up in frustration and hang up…I don’t know. When she came back on the phone, she referred us to SAW Enterprises to schedule a site visit to evaluate how saggy the mattress really is. We have an appointment on Friday, 4/1/21. My calendar says it’s a Thursday. Regardless, whatever day they show up, Thursday or Friday, we will be waiting. Hopefully, they will determine our mattress to have the sufficient sagginess in order to honor their warranty… the one we paid for. We have detailed all of this to say, it’s very easy to go to a store and buy something. They want your money. No problem. But when a product is obviously defective, as this mattress clearly is, they make it so difficult for the consumer to get it resolved. If Beauty Rest, or Mattress Firm for that matter, sells mattresses that start to deteriorate and breakdown within a month of purchase… that’s a problem. I always tell my friends and family about my positive experiences in my consumer escapades. This is one I will pass on so the buyers can be ware. We believe this matter should have been handled better and in a more professional way. Mattress Firm wont be getting any more of my business or business from anyone I know. Got me once, shame on you!

Me and my husband came in to get a mattress and Kelly took such good care of us. There were two other couples shopping at the same time as we were, and I feel like Kelly did very well making sure that we were all tended to. Everything was clean, we were given covers for our pillows, and I truly felt that we were in good hands. I will be returning here and recommending my family and friends to come too.

I give this store a 1 start because of the customer service. There was a lady in the store who felt like to explain the value of a box spring, she had to raise her voice at me. Excellent Costomer Service, Derrick was very friendly and helpful. Everything I needed was in stock except for the boxspring, but that was at another store 2 miles away, but paid for at the original store. We got a Twin XL which was an unusual stock item but they had it. Second purchase made from this store, will continue to go back again.
