We have used Davis and Daughters twice now. Once for carpeting our downstairs and once for a separate purchase.One of the rooms downstairs is very long, and we were concerned about the rug stretching or buckling as the years went by. This never happened; their installer was wonderful, and now 12 years later it is still great.The second time was for an area rug with a combination of patterns and shapes, in a Christmas poinsettia theme. It is still wonderful and we get compliments on it every year.Now we are about to seek them out again, for an area carpet for my husbands music room.

Sadly have to report a very bad experience with this company. Follow up with material orders poor.Order repeatedly delayed which happens. But customer notification non-existent.Order that finally arrived was shorted 1 box. Was promised next day delivery of final box. Installer was able to creatively piece together to finish job with end pieces.Requested credit for the final box or delivery of late box of material. Was continually told customer didn’t understand how this worked. Simple math. Would not recommend to anyone!
