Would give zero. I went looking for a quote on material. Bought a new house and want to totally redo floors, I went to see what I wanted hoping someone would help me but boy was I wrong. I had to give someone the side eye before they would hop out of their seat to try to secure a sale. When I chose a material I was told I would be sent a quote on material I had my measurements and told them how much I need. Never received a quote. Horrible horrible customer service

The guys did a great job with the install and even finished it one day! We will definitely be reaching out again in a few years when do new carpet upstairs. Diablo Flooring is a truly exceptional company. From entering their Walnut Creek location to seeing our finished floors was perfect. Roy is amazing, genuine, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The crew worked long days to get our house ready (this is atypical in the industry). We spent about two months working with them to select flooring, view the property, and have the installation done. This was unusual because we had to wait two months to move in. They were very professional and communicative throughout the entire process. You don’t have to pay for sample pieces and the deposit for the work was incredibly reasonable. Moving from the city I couldn’t have been happier. It’s a locally owned business that stands up to promises cannot recommend them enough. Forget the big box chain stuff. It’s worth it to go local, private, and high quality.

Outstanding experience from the estimate to installation. Brian answered all our questions and didnt rush us. The installer (Brent) took his time to do things right and the new flooring downstairs looks great. In a few years they will get the nod to install carpet in the upstairs of our home. This place is amazing I had all my flooring done by them in different phases they are very accommodating and very conscientious. Scheduling was very easy Thomas was very nice to work with. So were Connie and Roy.

This is the second time I have hired Diablo to install flooring at my workplace. The first time they were great: best bid, punctual, professional. They installed Shaw recyclable carpet tiles. The seams were tight, and they left the place looking clean and terrific. I hired them a second time, and again the job was top-notch. On this second job, the date had to be pushed back a couple times because construction was running late. Diablo was understanding and flexible. They are very communicative and easy to reach, too. I recommended them to the property owner (we are tenants), who intends to use them in the future for other jobs.

Awesome flooring company, would definitely recommend Diablo Flooring. They were on-time, professional, soft-spoken, very competitive pricing. We needed to move in in 2 weeks. Three levels of hard wood floors needed to be refinished, some replaced, and stained. They did the entire job in 4-5 days, working the weekend. We would use them again if ever needed in the future.
