The company is very family-oriented very down-to-earth Danielle is very kind and willing to help customer friendly. Nick the owner is very truthful as well as Danielle. I cannot speak for all of them but when my car was towed they were very thorough, polite, handed me their card. As well as very informative. Five stars

Pilgrim did a fantastic job repairing significant front-end damage. He even offered to touch up other scratches for no charge, since he had the correct paint mixed.The only negative was they promised overly optimistic dates, and then had to postpone a couple of times, which caused me some problems with the replacement rental car. I suggest the Disneyland approach: overestimate the time to cover realistic possible delays, then happily deliver ahead of schedule.

Went here because it was recommended to me by a friend and never coming back. My neighbor back into my car so I didnt think it would take a month to fix it. My car was involved in an accident a few months back where there was MORE damage and it only took 2 and a half weeks. I should have went back there. But this location was convenient for me. So long story short, they kept on telling me, yes it should be done next week. And then, yes it will be done Wednesday. Then, actually tomorrow morning, which is today. They open at 7am, 8am and Im standing outside and the door is locked. When I finally get inside, I tell them Im picking up my car and guess whos car is still not ready... I guess they are putting it together today and getting it aligned. Why couldnt she tell me this on the phone? I told her I get out of work at 4pm and thats when they close. She told me I can still pick up my car after hours. Ill see if that holds true...Update: My car is still at the shop and now theyre blaming my insurance company because they didnt pay them in time. Still dont have an update to when my car will be done.

My car was in an accident in Waltham. The police called Pilgrim to tow the car. Jimmy called me several times to inform me the status, and explained how much the damage the car had. Worked patiently with my insurance for a car eventually was totaled, and even offered to take off my license plates for me to pick up at my convenience. Very nice, and honest people, willing to go extra miles to help. Thanks Jimmy !

Family owned business for sure. Dad was too lazy to get out of bed to get my buddys truck out of the yard. Wife and son wouldnt allow it to be released because daddy knows best.

This place is awful and they damaged my car very bad in the “repair process” which wasn’t even a repair, it was a simple flush, wish they would of just let me leave..... thanks a lot guys!! Oh I almost forgot, the “mechanic” who brought my car out looked completely clueless!! Just the look on his face, I can’t forget it, they new they damaged my car and lied right to my face.

I called pilgrim after calling about 40 places trying to get my dad a tow he was stuck in Brookline and needed to get to Norwood hes a severe diabetic and I get very worried about him and he was stuck for a long time .... One of the last placed I called because now Im googling every town near by towing companies because everyone was hanging up, telling me not for another 5 hours at least or not at all ... I call pilgrim towing Nick jr answered the phone said he unfortunately wasnt able to do it and felt bad And said he was gonna definitely do everything to get me a tow he wasnt just gonna let me hang up without some help he gave me a number of a friend of his named Michael and told me to give him a call let him know he referred me to him and if he couldnt help me to give him a call back wether he could do it or not and let him know and if not he wouldnt stop there he would keep trying to help me find a tow for my dad... they were both so helpful!!! I gave michael a call he said he was on his way right away he was there in 30 minutes and I appreciated it so much....I have pro-tech which is also in Waltham that has GREAT reviews on Google and I was paying attention to the reviews at first till it became I need anything anyone pro tech literally told me to hold every 3 seconds over 10 times and once they heard it was still me they would hang up and I said please dont tell me to hold again! Can u help me or not ! He again said hold !!!! He comes back again! For the 15th time and The Mexican immigrant said SO RUDELY ya Im busy trying to answer other calls I dont mess around over here cant help u and laughed when he clearly wasnt he was just trying to get my to hang up and give up they were the rudest most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life! But yet they have good reviews?? Im sure they paid for those reviews because they are soooooo far from those reviews it was disgusting the way they acted .... I thank nick jr at pilgrim towing so much so dont listen to the reviews when u google towing companies because they are extremely FALSE!!! He was a lifesaver along with Michael for my dad and I live an hour away so I was starting to panic....Pilgrim towing is the way to go they dont know me from a hole in the wall and helped me like I was a close friend of thiers .... Thank you again !!!
