Shaina at the Waltham location couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and professional. She was truly the definition of what customer service should look like (and I work in luxury hotel brands so I set the bar high and you rarely get that kind of service these days.) I will say, I thought it was unfair that even though it was 7:30pm she had 5 customers waiting and she was all by herself. That seemed unfair for her (and the other customers) though she juggled and managed what everyone needed beautifully. Thank you, Shaina.

We come here to seperate a family account with my friend. It took us 1 year since the October 2020 with 5 times visit both person to the physical store ( I have to call my friend to arrange a time). Whats more, we didnt solve the problem eventually and we cancel the att numbers. Absolutely sales-driven culture. Didnt care about customers problems at all.

Brian has amazing patience and professionalism. We had a huge issue with fixing an issue with transferring our account from T-MOBILE and we spent hours in the store with Brian working through the issue, calling T-Mobile a dozen times. Brian continued to present a calm attitude long after I thought I’d lose my mind. Also he showed a lot of empathy and kindness to my elderly father. At the end of our long struggle, long after Brian’s work day should have been over, he still made sure to set up my father’s new phone and ensure my father didn’t feel rushed in the process. This is a split review.Upon walking into the store at noon, there were two employees on the floor and one guest that was being helped. There was a man walking around not helping anyone, didnt acknowledge me, speak or look me in the eye for 5 minutes. I had to engage with this person first and he said, Im doing operations. Then nothing and disappeared to the back. Later, I was informed that this lovely specimen is the manager, Gary. Extremely rude and condescending and should reconsider his career path in customer service.Shaina. Five stars for your help and for running damage control and turning this lackluster experience around.To whoever owns this store. Your business is greatly impacted by those you hire.

I went in to to the Waltham store to upgrade my phone and I found everyone there so helpful! All of the staff were friendly and willing to help. Gary helped me get a new phone, find the right accessories, chargers, and protective glass to go with the phone and answered all my questions. He was definitely knowledgeable and I left knowing how to use my new phone having upgraded from an IPhone 8 to an 11 and all the warranties on the accessories I bought. This was my first time going to this store and I will definitely go back to this location again because of all the staff!

Ive been a longtime member of AT&T and this was the worst experience Ive ever had. I waited for over an hour for service without even being acknowledged and then it was nothing but issues when the associate tried to help me. I almost ended up switching carriers but thankfully the AT&T in NH was able to keep me as a member and help me. The associates werent very friendly to all of the guests and I feel like they werent trying to solve the problems due to all of the red tape they kept saying. Dont go to this store, go to any other one!

It took them one hour to resolve the issue this couple had.. no wonder why two people ahead of us left in frustration. Highly suggest to avoid if you are looking for answer or solution.Victor was very fast and helpful.. but there was absolute need for another representative.

Simply put, the entire staff here is amazing. Everyone was extremely professional, polite, and went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. After shopping around for the best offer on the new Galaxy S20 Plus with different carriers, including my current carrier at the time which was Verizon, the team here was able to put together a great deal on the phone and plan that was perfect for us. They were extremely knowledgeable and never pressured us in any way. They just gave us their best pitch and made sure they beat all offers we had from other carriers. This is a well run operation and I commend the entire crew!

Mike Vrotsos at the store helped me out. He could not have been nicer and more efficient. Had an excellent customer service experience with Mike, who easily helped me make significant changes to my account and upgrade my phone. It was a breath of fresh air in comparison to a recent, extremely poor customer service experience with a home internet provider that Im sure weve all heard of. Thanks, Mike! Curbside phone number rings without being picked up and store understaffed to deal with customer needs

Mike and asst mgr Gary provided 5 star customer service from the time I walked in the door until I left. They looked for and suggested cost saving plan options from my current ATT plan, and provided knowledgeable advice as I considered a few different phone options for my upgrade. They tried to match my phone use profile to the best cell phone fit for me. Ive gone to other ATT stores where you are basically on your own or sales staff want to push you into the newest option, even if you dont need it. Here there was no rushing as they gave me all the time to try different devices, ask questions and make a decision right for me.

As soon as me and my boyfriend walked in we were greeted right away. Quick service Anthony and Sam was very helpful! These guys are amazing.

3 months.............4 weeks and counting.... no call back...2 weeks and counting....Worst customer resolution process ever!!!I purchased a phone in February and since they didnt have the phone in stock, home delivery was offered the next day. The deal at the time was I trade in my phone for a 30 months of credits totaling $950, and all in all my bill was supposed to have been between $70-$80 with my Veterans discount.The problems started when the 3rd party rep that delivered the phone to my residence and messed up my account so very terribly. My number was ported to the new device but the contract that I had signed the previous day disappeared in the system. The rep was not able to port the number back, so in order to have a phone I had to purchase the new one outright @ $1399. I was assured that the store would be able to straighten things out.To make a very long story short - countless hours on the phone (multiple 2-3 hour calls), several visits to the store, and endless frustration. I am out a phone (my trade in), I will not get any credit of the $950, and to top things off, after giving my Veterans information no less than 4 times, I am not getting that 25% discount, nor will they do it retroactively.I have been promised on 5 different occasions that my account would be rectified and that I would be provided with a refund of $950. I currently am charged over $200 a month for a phone that I own outright but cannot use with any other provider.Buyer beware! Lousiest customer service ever and a extremely deceitful corporation.

This is the BEST store in the Boston area. Last night Anthony went above and beyond to help me with a very difficult and confusing situation. He spent a ton of time with me and made me laugh the whole time, even when I was freaking out a bit. He made everything work and set me up perfectly! What also is amazing is that I was in a week prior and the manager Sam took excellent care of me and made me feel like I was the only person in the store!! I would highly recommend this store, even if it is a drive for you. So worth it!!

I think they were so eager to get my sale they didn’t explain a lot of things to me properly. At&T customer service agrees as well. I explained several times that this was my first iPhone. They never even offered to make sure I left with everything set up properly. Victor was very friendly but again, should of done better. Went back and the owner helped me .

Store manager was not upfront about plan pricing or fees and taxes regarding unlimited plan. We traded in a brand new iPhone XR with the understanding that we would be credited the promotional amount to a new phone, which was not true (it’s actually valued at $200 on trade and instead provides a monthly financing credit for the new phone that doesn’t kick-in for 2-3 billing cycles). The plan was $30 dollars a month more than expected and we were enrolled in a $15/month protection plan without our consent. I went back to return the phone, and after a 2 hour wait, was told by an associate she didn’t know how to process the return. The manager also refused to help or speak with me because he was in the office “training.” I had to go to another location to return the phone. At this point I was more than willing to eat the loss of our now unrecoverable trade-in just to severe ties with this dumpster fire of a location. Almost a scam. Switched to T-mobile (Where a $70 unlimited plan costs $70) and never looked back.

I purchased a new iPhone 11. Samuel answered all questions and was very helpful. He was patient, police and caring despite some customers who were rude. I would recommend this store. Judi

He helped me with the transfer of data from my old iPhone and recommended a better price by trading in my iPhone for a promotion rather than an early upgrade. Excellent service from first hello to a handshake goodbye. There was one phone left in the area and he went and picked it up for me. As a manager, watching his patience with a junior sales person was impressive. He even walked me to the door and held the door for me as I left. Great hire!

I have been frantic since yesterday as my phone was abled to be turned on the it turned off quickly.. the same for my email and messages.Due to my jobs I have people counting on me to respond to their calls and texts ASAP.Anthony first assured me they could help with this problem. I am an AT&T customer from last 1.5 years. I have visited this place couple of times and I must say its always quick to resolve issues here. Representatives here are friendly and wont push for their deals. They have latest phones to check out and you can buy really cool accessories. I found really cool charger for my car.

I went into this store today upset with AT&T! My bill had increased by $100 and it made no sense!! Victor was wonderful in helping me connect with the phone center and get immediate results. The phone center was able to reimburse fees that were not supposed to be charged and work with me on incorrectly explained charges. Victor helped me with this process to the end. He was thorough, informative, and a much needed calm to the frustration. Max was there as well. I watched her help several other customers and do an excellent job! Thanks you guys!!

After a very frustrating experience at the Harvard Square location in which a manager downright refused to help me port a Cricket number into AT&T (and a 30 minute wait to be helped by staff at this store!), I was helped by Michael, the manager at this store. In a few short minutes, he had ported my number, set up my SIM, and did everything efficiently. I also saw how Michael helped out his staff and was trying his best to manage the business of the store at the time I arrived. Though it was busy, he was very professional and listened to what I needed and did his best to make it right. He even apologized for the bad service at the other store.
