They make you wait outside for service. Thats fine under the circumstances. However not having an awning and making customers wait in the pouring rain is not OK. I knocked on the door but representative didnt even acknowledge me.

Easy parking. Had to wait outside. Only one employee working because the other one called out at the last minute. Staff was friendly and professional.

In today’s world it seems like true customer service is lost amongst the crowd. It appears that this store has managed to find and maintain it. Besides that the staff was friendly and professional and made the experience of switching providers (a lengthy one) tolerable. Highly recommend this store.

I went this place to drop off my renter router (because I brought my own). They had me put it in a bag with a post it with my name, number and email and then I can just leave. About 1 hour later, I get an email from Verizon saying “sorry to see you go”. These clowns at the Verizon store cancelled my service when all I wanted to do was return the rented router. I went back and the guy said there isn’t anything he could do. This is the weekend so now I have to wait till Monday to call fios custmer service when they are open. So I have no internet or tv weekend, how am I supposed to watch football?!?!?

My experience with Antonio was that he was pleasant and knowledgeable. I purchased my phone from him. Since it had to be shipped to the store, it was Moses that I picked it up from.He spent over two hours with me while my info transferred from my old phone. We were there beyond closing. I never felt rushed and had all of my questions answered by both of these young men. Thank you for making me feel comfortable with my purchase.

Guy working at verizon tried to fight me and my friends 14 year olds and asked if we wanted to go inside the stote that is locked.

I was walking by minding my buisness, when an large man working at Verizon came out and tryd to fight me, was angry for some reason and said we were talking bad about Verizon, also he asked if we wanted to go to Verizon which the doors were locked,( by the way we are 14 year olds) the man is ginger and white

Do not go here! Bought a new phone from here. Rep did not transfer any of my data after I bought a brand new phone, on top of that they conned me into a iPad! Don’t go here unless you have $1000 ready. They said they had promotions for a free iPad. They lied. I pay over $40 a month for a 7th generation iPad.

My mom and i got our new phones! Service was great. We’ll definitely be back for any other Verizon needs.

Purcased a new phone. After 4 visits(and waiting in line each time) they still have not synced old phone to new phone. My photos, contacts, notes are all gone. Not just incompetent but rude.go elsewhere.

I got my phone there about a year ago and was disappointed with the service at the time. They sold me a $20+ screen protector ad when I said it was expensive they told me that was because it included free lifetime replacements. I went in recently for a new screen protector and the rep said there was no such thing as free replacements. Dishonest, unprofessional (both times), and not what I would expect from Verizon.

Read the fine print of a receipt they email you after the sale. No returns on accessories that they put on incorrectly. Left finger prints under the screen protector. I was told to leave it in the sun light to get rid of air gaps. Went three times no manager on site. This place is shady as they also tried to charge someone for a Verizon TV remote for $16 when they are free....

Jesse was very helpful and took the time to understand my needs. He made recommendations based on my past phone and the questions he asked. He was patient and took his time. He remembered me from a previous visit and asked about my fsmily. The manager was also helpful. I really enjoyed my time there and I will be back for a tablet as long as these two very pleasant and helpful young men are working there. They are what customer service is all about.

He was very knowledgeable about the phone and helped me decide which of the S10 line was best for me, and was able to get me in and out of the store in less than half an hour. Just got my new Galaxy S10 from Val! I can say he went above and beyond my expectations. I am not tech savvy at all and he took the time to explain all my options, pricing and answer any questions I had. Good customer service is hard to find these days and he and the manager provided it 110%. They made me feel like I was making the best choice and for the right price. They hunted for deals so I could save money without me even asking and took the time to help me set up the phone I finally chose.Please dont say this is an employee writing this either! I believe in recognizing extra effort and quality when I experience it and hands down this was the best Ive experienced with a phone company. I am a real customer! I recently visited this store and worked with Jaysse to upgrade my phone. I had a great experience and was incredibly impressed with how patient, polite and knowledgeable he was with me and they many other customers that came through the door. He had a lot of multi-tasking to do while my new phone was updating and even though he was busy he made sure to continuously checkin in with me. He treated everyone with such respect and care. It was a great experience!

My apartment lease ended this June, so I returned the modem and stuff to this store on time. I told the clerk that we were canceling the service, but he told me just leaving the modem there and that’s it. Today my former roommate told me that we still got charged for July, which we’ve already moved out for a month, and the representative said Verizon can’t do anything about it. The clerk should’ve told me I had to call to cancel. Terrible service and experience, will never use Version and Fios again.

The customer service here is amazing! Cliff took amazing care of me and made sure I understood everything before I left! I definitely recommend you go and see cliff, he usually works in Plymouth but well worth the trip if you dont catch him in waltham.

Went to this new store just to exchange my cable box. Everything went smoothly. Was asked what phone plan we had and Jon went over all the potential promotions our plan had. Service was great and everyone was very professional. I left there with my monthly phone bill gone down, with unlimited data and a free Samsung tablet! Ill be returning again for my phone and cable needs. Highly recommended!!

I just had an amazing experience at the Verizon Wireless 1100 Lexington Waltham location after a sudden disastrous dead phone.Val took what was a brick and found a way to power up a brick that would not charge at all -- no way to turn on -- and within the day had restored the entirety of the old phones contents -- thousands of photos, even more thousands of SMS... and all the contactsThese were critical SMS messages and he saved very important information...More than 5 stars for this work... Throughtout he was patient and was both realistic, but with good humor. He clearly demonstrated his years of IT experience.I absolutely recommend this store, and in particular Vals skill.
