I entered the Verizon store to find out what was wrong with my phone, really ready to buy a new one. I had had a number of problems with my old one. The gentleman at the store (Antonio) was SO helpful and confirmed what I already knew. And I was ready to buy a new phone. It was painless and he was very thorough and clearly knew what he was doing. I suggest if you are trading in and buying new phone to go to this Waltham location.

Moses is AMAZING. I had my SIM card replaced the day before at a different location, and discovered that I could not make or receive calls or texts. Moses worked with me for a full 45 minutes to fix the problem. He contacted Customer Support, and then on to Activations, which activated the card.Not once did he pressure me to replace the phone. He also reduced my monthly bill by removing an unneeded service.I cannot say enough about the thorough, patient, and competent work that Moses did to solve my problem.

Manager Antonio also very helpful and pleasant- overall one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in several years! I highly recommended doing business with Russell cellular.

Deceptive sales and plan change practices. Clerk said my accessories were 20% off but only discounted one. My bill went up $75 a month after visiting this store, after I was told it would go down on a paperless plan. I returned and was told they couldn’t change it back to the old plan.

Walked into this Russell Verizon Retailer and was addressed immediately by Antonino, who later discovered site manager.Asked a number of questions and asked for the phone and did several procedures that were explained. I was there 2 days ago for my Mom who is older and was having problems with her phone. I am an admitted Jay (the previous owner) groupie. I have to let EVERYONE know that, as we all felt at home at Jays place, with Antonio there it still feels like home! There were so many hills to climb with my Moms wireless issue but Antonio fixed them all! He fixed them very Happily and we had Great Conversations! I ordered a backing for my Moms new phone and we made a plan to ship it to the store and I would come back with her watch, which my Mom forgot to give me and he would help connecting the two. I came in with an issue trying to port my number from at&t to Verizon and even though I wasn’t getting anything from her store Amanda still went out of her way to help me get my number ported to Verizon by getting me in contact with the Verizon porting department on call and she waited through the whole process even though it was time for her to close the store . She even spoke to the customer care people herself to get my issue resolved !! Seriously thanks a lot Amanda !

I will never buy a phone or accessories through Verizon again! First of all they jack up the accessory prices by a ridiculous amount! I promise you will find on Amazon for far less. I was charged a 35 dollar restocking fee, even though I was upgrading to a 1,000 phone 48 hrs later. I wasn’t allowed to return the faulty accessory the store themselves put on my phone, which fell off.Please if you buy accessories there, don’t let them take and throw out your boxes, because I watched them do that to everyone during my 45 minutes in line. They are trying to make it difficult to return or exchange anything.I will admit that the man that waited on me was very nice and good at his job. It wasn’t his fault the women on the phone from Verizon was telling him what he could and couldn’t do, or more just couldn’t do. That was a very expensive lesson.I am thinking about switching carries as well.

Writing my first review instead of driving my truck through the front of the buildingAwful was absolute zero help While trying to get a new phone through insurance pretty much told me go set it up yourself gave me a phone number that didn’t even work just gave you a website so after I finally got the new phone What do you know 15 years a numbers gone not backed Which is obviously my fault but the whole reason I went to the store is to get help because I don’t know what I’m doing up But the worst part is I go back the next day to see if they can help recover my contacts either with my Gmail or whatever they tell me now they’re gone that’s it three google search is later and a phone call to Apple and I’m all set that’s pure lazinessAlso have probably been going to that Verizon store for 15 years what a shame to see how horrible the customer service is under new ownership

Amanda, the store manager is a superwoman! I was stuck with a number porting issue with Verizon and Amanda got me out of the mess in 20 minutes as compared to the trained tech support who took over four hours and still could not get the issue fixed. A person with great knowledge and super helpful attitude! She went above and beyond to make sure I was all set!! The store closes at 7:30 PM usually but she stayed late just to make sure that all of my issues were resolved. I have experienced great customer service before but I will not hesitate to say that this was the best experience ever!! Thank you Amanda and I really appreciate your help!!

I went to get a phone for my child several months ago. I was pushed into getting a free phone that I didnt want. I never recieved this free phone, and I have been getting billed for a device that I didnt want and never got. In numerous calls to get these charges reversed, I have been able to make no progress. In every case I get the I cant fix this routine. Avoid this business like the plague.

Watch out for price gouging on little things and the service was terrible. My phone didnt work for hours after I went in. I had to call in several times afterwords and finally went to an official Verizon store to get everything setup properly.The location is convenient but the rest is blah

These guys are awesome! They absolutely try their best to make your experience seamless. Ive had such rotten experiences with AT&T and real Verizon stores that I was completely blown away by the care and attention from Freedom. They cant control what Verizon does, but if its within their power to help you in any way, they do it.
