Id like to start by saying it must be nice to open and close when ever you want. I guess that would explain why they are 50 cents above all other gas station the people inside at nite are so rude its not funny and every time its the one girl that in there tonight shes should not have a job . I could keep going on but do not wish to waste any more of my time on the worst store in mass.

Tried to get an inspection from them and they didnt seem to care about the business. Will go somewhere else next time.

When are you open? It’s “toss a coin,” maybe they are, maybe not. I’ve tried calling and that doesn’t matter. Come on, just put your hours up so we know when you are open vs closed, please

Ive been getting my car inspected here for years. Yesterday was the first time I was there for car problem normally worked on by my car dealers shop: a tire with a very slow leak. The mechanic identified the problem and fixed it while I waited in their comfortable and clean office, something my dealers mechanic failed to do. I am so grateful and glad this was available during the pandemic.

Eddie ans Scott are always very friendly and courteous. I know by taking my cars to these guys that the work will be done right and they will be honest and not try to take advantage of me as a customer. More than once Ive brought my car in for what I thought was one thing, only to have Ed say it is only _____, and has saved me money.

I always get my 2010 Highlander worked on at Totten Pond Shell. They always do a great job. The get it done that day. And they offer a ride if you need it. Whats not to like!

When using your card at the pump it literally takes 5 minutes for you to actually be allowed to start pumping. Ridiculous

It is hard to find trustworthy Mechanics, but this is one of the few shops that is honest and upfront about everything. I have had multiple repairs ranging from tires to oil changes done on my car. Every single repair I have had done at Totten Pond Shell, was done the right way the first time and I have had zero issues afterwards.

I have been taking various cars for service to Totten Pond Automotive for over 20 years. Eddy is my mechanic. He is one of the most trustworthy and professional people I have worked with over the years.

$3.00 for regular?!? The gas is always overpriced here, usually .50c more. And I was charged $70 for canceling transaction. Other than the service and the store is top notch.

The gas here is reasonably priced, and the staff members are polite. Ive had a pretty good experience so far with Shell, nothing too controversial.

Good location and clean facility but like others have mentioned the prices are a bit higher, even sometimes higher than the one right on 95.

I have been going for oil change to this station for a couple of years now. Quick and professional. Did MA state inspections there as well.

I have never heard of a gas station where they turn the pumps off when they close, especially right off of a busy highway like 95. Its 2am, I get that the inside is closed, no cash, yada yada.. but I couldnt even use my card at the pump, they were all turned off. They kept the outside radio playing though! Stranded somewhere in Massachusetts, thanks Shell!!

Gas here is overpriced (due to its location right off 95/128). If this is not an issue then its just like any other gas station.
