Went there yesterday 05/31/21.Short: White female manager was very rude. Had to wait 15 minutes. Didnt fill in the end.Detailed:I parked my car, payed, pressed normal class then waited for the person cashier to accept the payment and let me fill my gas. I waited for ten minutes then I looked around and saw that two other people were also waiting for her. I then went to the store to see the doors locked and a paper with Will be back in 10 minutes written on it. I then went back to my car and waited for another 5 minutes until the lady came back carrying subway. I then asked her if she could accept the payment and she got all angry on me and yelled at me asking if I did not see the sign. Excuse me she said this about 4 times from when I asked her to the time she went in. The people at the station who were waiting from before me were all shaking their heads in disbelief. Next, the lady went on to announce in the speakers that she had left a note and asked if no one saw it. It was then that all the people at the station got mad and left without filling the gas or even trying to cancel their payments. ( Which also wasnt canceling no matter how many times we pressed cancel). I saw the other reviews and it feels like the same lady has been the manager of this place for 10 years. Its a miracle that this place is still running. If there was something below 1 star I would’ve given it. This is my worst review by far.

Pathetic Experience, there was no one at counter for 15mins, just to authorize my gas transaction, then they denied receipt of the gas saying printer not working ...asked the guy managers details, got reply manager Melisa is on vacation for two weeks

The place is neat and clean. employees are nice. however the manager is a stressed out townie who gets easily confused and is angry. God help you if you have any issues to sort out.

Went in the am on Thursday, lady behind the counter had no mask. Came back later, same lady, no mask. And she was telling a customer to not bother coming here for gas!? Might want to reconsider hiring this lady. No care for the customers nor the company. I’m all set, I’ll drive a little extra next time I need something.

As far as gas, and customer service is concerned, I dont have any problems whatsoever, but Im giving this place one star because some idiot hit the side of vehicle barely only causing very little minor damage, I had filed a police report at the gas station where it happened, unfortunately the guy was gone before I took notice of the damage since I was filling gas.The place had cameras, and I asked one of the employees in front of an officer if we are able to get some footage of the incident to get his license plate number, unfortunately they said that the cameras dont record whats going on outside, which I said to myself, how can almost any business have cameras but dont record with them, especially these days given that the world is a more dangerous place than before, these people are brainless.

The older white female employee was unbelievably rude to my husband. The pump wasnt pumping the gas for a solid 5 minutes, so he went in asked to ask if she could authorize pump #3. To which she said it was already done. So he went back and tried for another minute and still nothing. So he went back in the second time and politely asked her if there is something wrong with the pump cause it wasnt working she became rude by saying if you really need the full blown explanation, there is a glitch in the system. She then rudely explained to keep pulling the trigger and sooner or later it will pump.The whole time she was on a personal call, with her back to the pumps.....that is at least 50% of your job is authorizing gas pump purchases. I wouldnt mind entirely if she was just having a bad day but she was on personal call and very unprofessional. She acted like my asking a question was interupting her phone call. She really needs to be trained on customer service. I am sorry that your personal call is important but your pay comes from customer service and with that work ethic, you are poorly lacking in that department.

Suggested edit: you dont close at eleven- I just got yelled at to leave at 10:50 along with about seven other customers by the female employee working tonight saying she had better hints to do and needed to leave. I have visited for over two years and have never seen this type of behavior. She is obviously new and needs to be trained on what time the store locks the door. 11. Or find a job that does not require her to be unbelievably rude to loyal customers who are trying to make a purchase during business hours. If eleven is to late for her she should seek employment at an establishment that meets her needs. The words coming out of her mouth Im sure no speedway would endorse. Losing loyal customers and closing early on a Saturday night while yelling out the door- not professional.

Get their app and scan your code, buy a 100 dollar gas gift card and you automatically get back 4 dollars and 1,200 (equivalent of 60cents)points, if gas is 2.50, the 4 dollars is like paying 10cents per gallon less, make sure they scan your code again when you pick a pump for more points. Every once in awhile the app justs gives you a free drink or when it was 100°farenheit a free ice cream sandwich. I go there exclusively for gas, because theyre consistently cheaper than everywhere else. When you factor in points and 4 dollar rebate per 100

This place feels tired and worn out. The people who work here are great but inside feels as if its best days are long past. It used to be a HESS but now inside feels old and dirty and the drink deals are nothing to write home about.

Do not go here. The charged me today for nothing. I put my card and choose the gas type and start. I was noticing only meeting is moving but it was not fueling anything. They called me inside and ask me to put my card again but before that I have to pay $14.

Both bathrooms were out of order credit card slot at pump did not work had to prepay inside receipt would not print at pump.

Most the gas pumps here shut off multiple times before my tank is actually full. Very frustrating and time-inefficient. Please fix them!!!!
