Worst experience ever at Walgreens!!! I scheduled drive-thru COVID testing at this location and it was a long line of cars when I got there 5 minutes before. Cars are blocking entrance way. After 40 minutes of waiting, I was told that it had already passed the daily pickup of COVID testing kits. Testing sample won’t be sent till next day. I also needed to wait till 6 in-store customers having been served because they were short on staff in the pharmacy. So it was another 15-20 minutes waiting… it’s been almost 72 hours since my test date, I still have not seen test results back yet… this really messed up my schedule. I had done testing later in the afternoon at the Framingham store and never had this issue and the results all came back within 24 hours. Word of advice, if you have a choice, don’t ever come to this Waltham store!!! It perhaps should be “closed” for the convenience of its customers!
Terrible customer service. And manager Karen is very unprofessional to say the least. And went and hid in the office instead of taking care of the situation. Thats no way to treat a customer. I walked out without buying a thing.
Placed a pickup order thinking it would make things quick on the way to an appt, instead they were confused and it took 15min to get my prescription causing me to be late for the appointment I had. I dont understand the point of online pickup, other than the fact that in-store prices here are higher than online, and you save money and get the online prices with a pickup order.This store reeks of incompetence.
Pharmacist said “I don’t have time to help you.” WORST healthcare experience ever. Made us feel stupid and like we did not matter as people 0/10.
Cashier told me I could only get the advertised discount if I had a walgreens card but did not offer a way to sign up and said “maybe next time” terrible customer service
I needed a prescription filled and they did not have it. told me they would maybe order it the next day- my doctor told me i needed it that day. people did nothing to help me except tell me to walk in the snow to another pharmacy. went to the other pharmacy and had to pay full price when i could’ve had a discount at the walgreens pharmacy. it’s so disgusting that they took such advantage of a college student. i am also a former employee of walgreens and could never imagine treating customers the way they did.
Walgreens has apparently become a member-only store, meaning you need to provide your phone number, name, and address in order to purchase anything. I wont be shopping at Walgreens any more.
The service is top notch, the assortment is not bad, there is a parking space, which is also important.
Weekend pharmacist is incompetent.
This is consistently one of the slowest pharmacies in the area. Usually very busy as they’re located across the way from an Urgent Care. Given a 45 minute time estimate for a 10 day supply of Bactrim, and when I returned an hour and a half later, was told the pharmacist was on their lunch break and hadn’t been able to “finish up” my prescription. They helpfully suggested I return when her lunch break ended at 2. Save yourself some time and head to CVS.
Went for COVID testing (PCR) at this location on Dec 17 around noon. Waited a solid 17 minutes in the drive through line (1 car in front of me). Test was self administered in my car and had clear instructions. Got results back around 6 pm Dec 20.
Friendly staff both at the front counter and at the prescription counter. Drive-thru was quick and efficient. Prices are what they are at this type of store, though.
The Pharmacy staff is great, they are very polite and truly helpful in all aspects. Thank you to Amanda and her fellow staff for the amazing help!
I just wanted to say i love Walgreens. i have met a wonderful man name Fred long time ago at Walgreen. he is the nicest. kindness, caring helpful worker i have every met... ...when i heard he was leaving i dropped. so sad what a honor you were to have such a great gentlemen. I will miss saying hey Fred how is your day going ..always smiling and just a amazing man ...he was a asset to your company you were blessed to have him work there .Fred enjoy your time and know that a lot of people loved coming in to see you ....God BlessPamela

Employees are good but every time I go the milk in the case is all past date.
Asked for quarters to finish laundry, the girl working christina provided friendly excellent service. She asked manager for quarters who looked at me like I was an idiota and reluctantly said yes. I got the quarters in the end so thank you but walked out feeling like I should take my business elsewhere.
The pharmacy closes at 6PM! Always Holy mackerel! (its Saturday....) As much as I dont want to to go back to CVS, Imay just have to.
The pharmacy staff are second to none. They will go beyond expectations to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Very happy with them and the Managment is great in this store as well.
I have had some very bad experiences with Walgreens pharmacy and the pharmacists and their helpers. I ended up having to call corporate because I was treated so rudely and had confidential info yelled loud enough for the whole store to hear. Not this Walgreens though!This one is amazing. The pharmacists are fast, friendly and discreet. This walgreens is the best I have ever been to from the huge selection of products to the great pharmacy team!
Friendly, skilled staff and generally has good prices and inventory. Pharmacy lines can be long/slow though.

Showed up at 12:55 for a 1 pm flu vaccine appointment. By 1:30 all that happened was I was told to go to a different window. Left and went to CVS down the street and was immediately helped.
Says they r open till midnight door is locked at 1130

Every single time I go to this pharmacy I have to wait an incredibly long time to even be helped. Today I sat in the drive-through for over 20 minutes waiting to be helped. And when I got to the window she said that wouldn’t be ready for another 15 minutes and to drive around. Even though I had called earlier in the day and she told me and confirmed that would be done by 5. So I wasted over 20 minutes waiting to pick up a prescription that was not even available when I was told it would be. This is not even the first or second time that this is happened at the pharmacy
