Wow a Pennys that Is still open.Found what I was looking for but....Very sad to see the empty shelves and lack of much clothing in my size, average.Staff pleasant.helpful.maybe Christmas stock will perk the place up.

As usual, went to several other places before I ended up at JC Penny. I dont know why I just didnt come here first. I always find what Im looking for and with all the traveling around I do trying to find what Im looking for, I could be home and into dinner. I have bought some great clothing and shoes here and never been disappointed. It really is a great place to shop and glad it survived the closings

I have used the JCP Hair Salon at the Wareham Crossing in Wareham Ma for many yearsMy hairdresser is NoreenLaurie the manager, Cheyenne & all the Staff are all very pleasant accomodating & a great bunch of ladies that do a great job & care about there customers.I also shop quite a bit at this store for myself & my familyI use the coupons offered frequently especially with jewelry, pocketbooks & at the salonThe store is lovely & well kept the clothing is very stylish & Shana & all the Regular Store Staff are extremely helpfulThere have been changes in several of the store departments such as the Womens (fuller figure) shoe & childrens departments which is disappointing but I know its difficult in these timesI enjoy shopping in the store versus online but sadly with covid this has changed how alot of people shopJCP will always be my go to store it was while we were active duty military & stationed in many different states & it will continue to be as retireesHope JCP is able to continue to stay strong

These folks really know their stuff! I got help sizing clothes and shoes for a party and it was a fantastic experience, considering I know very little about fashion and what clothes go well together.

LOVE JC PENNEY, WISH THEY STILL HAD A CATALOG, MUCH EASIER THAN ONLINE.

It is fading fast. Went in for one item and they did not have the right size. No one was working the floor. Asked the only person I could find down front and was told to go to service desk down(where there was a short line already, ) we decided it wasnt worth the wait so we went Target and got what we wanted. Too bad,we used to really like this place and avoided Target.

I had a very positive experience here with a master stylist Naomi? I think it was Naomi. She was very pleasant and cut the most lovely long layers that worked for my hair texture. Also, a very thorough color consultation and the tones came out beautiful! You could tell that she was a talented and confident stylist who knew her craft. I’m picky about my hair and her work impressed me.

The selection of clothes was enormous. They had awesome holiday sales. I saved almost $300. Our cashier was probably the nicest, friendliest cashier I have ever encountered in retail.

One of the last great chain stores that has great prices and top line clothing and accessories.

Customer Service at register was great! Personable, friendly and helpful. Had a pretty good inventory on hand for being holiday season. Found a lot of great tops at really good prices! The only JCP Penney I know with one location in the whole store from which to checkout.

I love JCPenney- great clothes for decent prices. Only downside is that I went a few months ago looking for maternity clothes and they did not have a maternity section. Some of the best Black Friday sales around however.

A JC Penney manager at the Wareham MA store by the name of Shannen waited on me and provided excellent service.She was very busy yet handled my transaction effortlessly and efficiently.Customer service is more important to me than cost; thats why I continue to shop at this location.Shannen understands and exemplifies the very best traits of customer service. Im sure her co-workers learn from her example.

To the user ammes connally, that heavy woman youre talking about is the stylist I usually go to. theres no reason for you to talk about her weight considering theres not a large amount of blondes there, so therefore you couldve just said the blonde that seemed to be the manager. why you thought that was necessary i cant understand. Ive almost never seen her sit or take a break before all the times Ive been there so thats most likely made up, and if she were to sit you cant get mad at her. do you expect her to take no breaks all day? you obviously dont know all the details so you shouldnt be making comments about it. how do you know she was taking a personal phone call? even if it was on her cell you wouldnt know if it was personal or business unless you were listening to her conversation which is uncalled for. if your mother was turned away its most likely because they usually dont have the time to take walk-ins. if your mother happened to be on the phone, she wouldve turned her away either because they didnt have openings for the time she wanted or because she didnt show up to her appointment before. they dont turn people away for no reason. despite your rude comments, Im giving 5 stars because no matter if I was getting my hair done or shopping in the store, Ive always been satisfied and the customer service is great. p.s, if youre going to be hating on an individual, at least have proper grammar. the fact that you used almost no punctuation physically hurts me.

If you are waiting for a credit to your debit... Dont hold your breath. Its been since 3/28, 3 phone calls and I still dont have my refund. Ridiculous in my opinion since it take about 2 mins to take it out of my account when Im making a purchase. JC Penney needs major improvement in this area.

Had great experience. Sales lady bent over backwards to help find a suit coat. Showed me a lot. Gave me a lot to think about picking one up In the am being held for me.

Always enjoy walking through to see what is on sale and most of the time I find real bargains.

Very disappointed went in there to get some bathing suits and they have a sign buy one get one.. I asked severalclerks what does that mean.. in the final determination is yes you get one free if you buy one... go to the register and they say thats wrong you cant do that ...whats the point see you later JC

Quality of clothing has really gone downhill. It is nearly impossible to find an associate working the floor and when you do they make you feel like youre bothering them. They no longer keep a fitting room attendant and the fitting rooms are almost never clean.

I like Wareham Crossing its not that far from Mattapoisett and its better than driving all the way to Dartmouth and dealing with all the crowds of people at the Dartmouth mall JCPenneys had a lot of good sales

This older lady was following me through out the store. I think she is the manager her name starts with a C. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life. My 8 year old son kept asking me Why is this lady staring at us mommy. I didnt know what to say, just went home and cried my eyes out. I am never shopping here again.

I always find the best deals here. Recently, I bought 2 pleather jackets, jeans, a couple of shirts, gadget for my husband and an outfit for the baby for about $70-80. The jackets are such good quality they couldve been that price alone. The sales are amazing. Also the new Sephora inside is a great reason to go.

Only place around that still has kids bathing suits. This is new england and a beach community so having bathing suits for kids in the summer at the height of the swimming season is a big deal. Thank you, JCP!

Heard that Sephora was in there. Kind of hidden in the center of the store. I missed it the first time I went there. I was cheerfully welcomed and ended up buying more.

Their registers werent working for credit cards and they lost a $300 sale at sephora because they couldnt get them to work. We ended up having to pay cash.

Amazing people who are my friends . My mom works there at the registration department and shes the who shares photos and videos to all the friends, who are my friends, are also my moms, too .

Im usually a huge fan of JCPenneys but this store was an absolute mess. One of the dressing rooms was blocked off by an bunch of chairs and other furniture and another was in complete disarray, and by that I mean literally every dressing room had PILES of clothes in them. The bathroom was dirty and looked like the trash hadnt been taken out in 3 days at least the paper towels were over flowing from it. They had 1 rack of toddler clothes for sizes 2t-5t 1 singular rack and that was for boys and girls. I asked someone who worked there and she said we havent gotten any in yet hmm seems weird to me. Not only that they didnt have a juniors department but they sure had a HUGE section of clearance clothes. The icing on the cake was the crappy customer service not one employee asked if I needed help with anything and when I left there was an employee standing in front of the doors inside the store talking so loud on her phone I could hear the entire conversation.

My experience with J.C. Penney has been horrible. I ordered a dishwasher, paid to have it installed and the old dishwasher hauled away and it was delivered with no instructions to be installed or haul old one away. I have contacted both the J.C. Penney customer service lines at least 20 times this week, waiting on the phone for at least 45 minutes each call to no avail. If youre just in the store buying something other than an appliance, theyre probably okay but if youre buying a major appliance and need assistance with return or some other questions about appliance, good luck to you. I even pressed want to make a new order thinking someone is bound to answer if its a new order but that doesnt change anything...no response, period.

Have always liked JC Penney and this one has has a great selection, good prices and a friendly customer service.

Over priced and never really has anything I like. Its better to do your shopping elsewhere.
