I am pleased this Family Dollar is very close to my home. Have shopped there for over a year. It has been remodeled and am pleased with new layout, more to choose from and more food items are available. It was a transition period to move everything around and stock shelves. BUT I understand that...shopped there yesterday and today. Managers are VERY NICE and employees willing to help. Some people just love to gripe, complain and criticize...some couldnt please them no matter what. I love this store being near because with health problems and at age 74...am blessed to have it very close by my home.Know this is lengthy, BUT wanted to voice my opinion after reading so many ugly posts. Youve gotta show yourself friendly because IF you gripe and have a bad attitude, then it is seen by others.DUH, dont think anyone has held a gun to anyones head and forced them to enter the door and shop there!!! I know it hasnt happened to me; but I go there because I like the store and its convenience.

Family Dollars always have great bargains and their prices are good.l love going to Family Dollar stores

Theyre never restocked!! Management doesnt seem to care and the customer service representatives are rude. Store always dirtyMore than one cashier nds to be working and u nd more staff. Its not hard to hire stockers to stock store, manager nds to be concerned with store appearance, having merchandise, instead of not going over labor hrs for store.It does no gd when youre going to loose long time customes

Don’t care for this family dollar at all...went to buy my daughter a pajama set & once to register I was told I couldn’t buy set because it was pending( whatever that mean) & it’s always a wait you can be the only one in store and still gotta wait smh ....There’s a couple of nice and friendly employees tho ..

Great cashier. Friendly and helpful. They need to fire that nasty red headed woman who works in the morning.

I would like to say thank to the young man that took of me. Hes always nice and friendly if hes helping you, the whole store is nice and sweet but this young man is awesome!

Always wait in line no matter the time. I feel like family dollar tries to save money by being purposely understaffed. Im sure thier employees would agree.

This was my first visit to this Family Dollar. I expected it to be on par with the one one Watson bc the staff is friendly, helpful, and always have a smile on their face. Wrong!!! The store is crowded and dark. The older black lady with the short hair and hazel eyes is very cold and unfriendly. This was on 12/31/2019. She really has the attitude of not wanting to be there. I asked her about the 50% off clearance items I had and her response was my line is backing up. The pad was frozen so I couldnt do my smart coupon so she told me to come back when a manager is in bc its nothing she can do about the pad. I didnt get rude I kept a smile on my face and just let her have it. I came back in later for my refund the manager didnt know when the ad sale start. I told her the ad states this price which started 12/31. She said no the ad sales Dont start until Tuesday. I went to the car to get the ad then magically I get a refund and it magically rang up the sales price. As I was leaving out she told the cashier to stock up on the sale items bc on the conference call with corporate earlier that day they gave her wrong information about the weekly sale. That was my first and last visit. I will stick to my people at the FD on Watson.

I was so mistreated at the family dollar on N.houston rd. Off Elberta in Warner Robins! Someone with me stole something and even though I stole nothing! I was told to leave! I knew nothing about the theft and I have never stolen from your stores! Meanwhile the old senile and very rude lady said she would call the cops on me even though I did nothing wrong! She even insulted me on a personal level and said I have no balls! I’m NEVER SHOPPING IN A FAMILY DOLLAR AGAIN! Your staff have always been rude and incompetent! I’m contacting a lawyer about the matter and putting this info on Facebook, Yelp, and google! I’m also contacting the BBB! This kind of behavior and wrongly accused accusations will not be tolerated!!

Nasty nasty place!! Vary disgusting floor which look like they havent cleaned in over a month. Super cluttered Products all over the floors, Spills in several places. Too many obstacles out the store very difficult to navigate Without tripping. Store needs to be closed immediately and Cleaned up before I open.

Where’s management? The store looks a mess. Unpacked products on every aisle, unused cash register counter covered with miscellaneous items, no organization what so ever. The upkeep is very poor and needs to be addressed. This is not how I want to shop.

Will never go to that location again..today was very poor..customer communication skill.. Walking while i asked questions.. Rude unprofessional..when i was leaving store so,quickly to tell me bye ..but so slow to answer me ..wil never go there again..sadly this was the second time i had this experience there...and same blonde headed lady.. I wonder who hired her ..i guess a job is a job..😳👎👎

Worst customer service everPoor cashier asked for help from the other worker 3 times in the 10 mins I waited in line her register was down. The other 2 workers 1 was flirting with a vendor as she took in inventory. 1 a vendor doesnt make the store money 2 customers should come before vendors. The other worker was more worried about her phone and stuck to the back if the store to avoid helping.

Great place to run in & out- But sometimes you may catch a line... 😮
