I had a good amount of damage done to my driver side rocker panel and left front fender. Pole Position gave me a good quote, then did an impeccable job, making the car look like new. They also removed a couple dings and scratches for good measure. Additionally, I had some stains in the upholstery of my car seats, which they also got out and made look like new. Just a fantastic job all the way around at a fair price.

Had a window tint done for my 2019 bmw (all windows, limo tint). Pole position did an excellent job, the tint is perfect. Returned my car to me after a nice exterior wash as well.A great business overall with honest people who do great work. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them.

I chose this location due to the reviews I read, and was praying the reviews were honest. They were ABSOLUTELY honest reviews. My experience from the beginning to the end was great. The entire staff is so professional & helpful. I put my vehicle in the shop on Monday 7/27/20 & was told it would be ready today 7/31/20 - it was actually done a day earlier & that made my day.Something else that really warmed me was the day I dropped my car off, I was trying to get a Lyft & they had no available cars to pick me up. I was prepared to walk home, however Hugo said that he would have someone drop me off. When they dropped me off, they mentioned that they would also come pick me back up when my vehicle was ready. They did just that. That meant a lot to me because that is really not a service they offer & for them to go above & beyond like that was AMAZING! They proved that there are still some AWESOME businesses with AMAZING customer service. Thank you so much & my baby LOOKS BRAND NEW!!!

This place is all about customer service!!! It’s refreshing to see a business that actually cares about you. I Had a lease vehicle that needed to turned in. Had a few dings and a cracked windshield that needed to be addressed. Picked it up when it was done and drove it right to the dealership to turn in. Inside was detailed. The owner even checked the tires for to make sure they were going to pass inspection.

This is the second time Ive been here. The first time a storm did damage to my hood, so when my truck got scratched up I knew exactly where to go. Without a doubt my truck was back to looking new again quickly. I am so pleased with their work. Thank you.

After having my brand new truck (600 miles on it) backed into a parking lot, I was in search of a good body shop to get things looking new again.I am so happy I was referred to Pole Position. The customer service is fantastic, they worked with my insurance who was trying to pay only $375 to get the work done (WHAT!?!?), used OEM parts, and when it was all said and done, the truck looks just like it did the day I got it. On top of that it was washed with tire dressing and the whole works.To go above and beyond, some of the parts were on backorder from the OEM for months (thanks Covid), so they actually reassembled it so I could drive it while they waited for the parts to come in, basically doubling their work so that I wasnt stuck paying for a loaner for a month. I just cant say enough good things about the owner, staff, and workmanship here.

I have to say my experience at Pole Position was wonderful. My car looks awesome & brand new after they worked on it. They even cleaned the inside and the tires. My tires look so clean and good. They also have a checklist of things they check before they return the car like headlights, tire pressure, make sure the radio works, things like that. While working on my motorcycle, I made a mistake that damaged the fairing cover. I ride a 17 CVO Street Glide with a custom paint job from the factory. HD does not share the formula for the paint and when I called the dealer they gave me one option....buy a new fairing for $1210.00. I called these folks and brought it up to them to see what could be done. Without hesitation, they were confident they could repair it and come very close to the color on the bike.These guys arent rookies. This was no simple mix. Its kinda black, but not really, maybe some brown or green in it...and metallic flakes. Their color match has me shaking my head at how close they came. They did an amazing job.They had it done in one day and for way way less money.These folks are pros at what they do.

Bob Frick and Hugo have done nothing but the best for me and my family when it comes to fixing our cars. They have come gotten me at home, drove me to work, and even gave me loners. I will do business with them for the rest of my life.

I paid to have a damaged bumper fixed. It was not done correctly. It was just shoved back into position and popped out a week later. It also took 5 days longer to get the vehicle back than originally quoted and the first time I went to drop it off on Friday they said to come back on Monday wasting my time.

The crew at Pole performed quality work on my Hot Rod and had it looking stunning for the car cruises!
