I went in to get a black streak removed from my bumper, after the gentleman removed it, I asked him how much it was, he said, nothing. He didnt charge me anything for removing the streak, and also gave me some great advice for simple fixes which he could have easily wrote me a quote and charged me for it. I would recommend anyone who needs their car fixed to come here. They have extraordinary customer service, are honest, and truly care about their customers and not just your business.

Ray was very helpful and accommodating, and they did an awesome job repairing the car. He even went above and beyond by cleaning and vacuuming the interior. Would recommend the shop highly to anyone needing body work.

Thanks to the Michigan pothole situation, I needed body and cosmetic work in March 2018 for a 2016 Terrain. The finished work was flawless and polished. The team was professional and courteous. The work was done on target with the insurance adjusters estimate. The collision Shop stayed true to the deductible supplement within company policy. This was a nice discount for me. I waited around 5 months to submit this review to test out the work and ensure no rattles or workmanship flaws surfaced. 5 months later the repairs are still flawless. If the accident was not reported to the insurance, I suspect no one would ever know (FYI - reporting accidents is responsible and lawful)... Overall the total experience was superior. The business is family owned and the owner works along the crew. Awesome and professional humans. You guys rock, thank you! I hope I never have to see you again but if I need repairs at least I can rest that there is a quality, professional, and reasonable body shop that truly eases the stress of auto body repairs. First accident of my life. I brought my car to two nearby body shops only to have one say they cant do the work, and the other wanted to charge a ridiculous price. By sheer luck I managed to find this place on Google and figured I would give it a shot.I have a very busy schedule, Mo handled everything for me, and I mean everything. I walked in, handed him two pieces of paper, a week or so later my car was like new with zero out of pocket costs. I am not the type of person to leave reviews ( this is my first and only), however these guys deserve all of the praise they receive here. This review is two months or so after the work was finished. The quality of their craftsmanship is second to none. Even if I lived out of state there is no where else I would take my car. You guys have gained a lifelong customer. Thanks again, Mo.

Drop off your car, get a free ride home, and get your car back looking absolutely SUPERB. I didnt even have to talk to my insurance company, they handled everything. It could not have been easier. The staff worked directly with my insurance company and I didnt have to worry about a thing. I was very impressed with their body work. My vehicle was returned looking like it came right off the lot. I will forever be grateful for them taking care of the majority of my deductible, right in time for Christmas ! I highly recommend their services.

I got my car back quickly there were no surprises with the bill and they even detailed the inside of my car while it was there for the short time. When i first when into the shop i reviewed it on line in which i was very impressed with the ratings. My son 2004 Taurus needed some body work. Thanks Guys!!! I recently crashed my 2003 Cobra. Ray not only made working with my insurance company a breeze, they treated my car as if it was there own. I was impressed on how clean there office was and the wonderfull paint work they delivered. I really recommend anyone to have there car repaired at The Collision Shop.

Went in on a Saturday at 12:09pm, to be specific and their hours were written on the window saying Saturday from 9am-1pm. I tell the worker I needed just an estimate for a dent on the hood (just an estimate..) This guy tells me we are closed not to mention he is on the phone while trying to talk to me. He couldnt spare a few minutes to look at the dent and give a price. Im disappointed because I came to this place based on the good reviews and they turned me away because they were closing earlier than their actual time. Poor customer service I definitely do not recommend.

They did a phenomenal job on my car! I got in an accident after hours and left them a message on their answering machine. They called me back within 20 minutes and told me exactly where I could leave my car. I ended up dropping it off the next morning, and they made all of the arrangements for my rental car. It was done quickly and they cleaned the inside and outside of my car while they had it. Hasnt been that clean since the day I bought it! I highly recommend them -- they were awesome!

I wish there was higher quality then Excellent. The Collision Shop is family owned and operated by the best of the best. I recently had minor damage to my 2008 Dodge Nitro, being a well organized person, I did my research and they lived up to my expectations FAR beyond what I imagined. They offered me a discount off my deductible, working with ME instead of the Insurance company. They also loaned me a free car to use when I didnt have one, I didnt even need it long because they returned my car back to me in better condition then it was before the accident. I will be a forever customer to The Collision Shop and will refer all of my family and friends to their professional services.

I got hit in the front and decided to take my car here to be fixed, bad mistake. First off they didnt even fix everything that needed to be fixed. They told me that they would restore my car into the condition that it was in before getting hit. WRONG! They couldnt get all the parts that were needed so basically they just gave up searching for them. What kind of repair shop does that? They had my car for almost 3 months. They repeatedly said they would call me regarding parts availability, pickup time, etc... and I never heard from them unless I called them. They willll tell you that they are open until 6pm during the week and 1 pm on saturdays but that really means they leave around 5ish on weekdays and around 12 on saturdays. IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BE OPEN UNTIL THE TIMES STATED DONT SAY THEM!!!!!! When I asked about seeing a part that they said they couldnt get I got yelled at by the repair guy, I think his name was Brian. This place was such a nightmare, I seriously hope you think twice about going here to get your car fixed.
