These guys do seriously good work! My dad insisted that I took my car there because hes been going there for years now. It needed a LOT of work and they had it back to me the very next day... running like a dream! They are very fair, trustworthy, and do great work!

I live in Florida, but my dad still lives in Michigan and his truck wouldnt start. Hes handicapped and doesnt handle problems well. Tech Center Auto Electric was recommended by a friend and they were awesome from the beginning. Not only did they fix the issue (starter and wiring), but he went over the whole truck, which was greatly needed. The price for the work was more than fair, results were more than hoped for, and the customer service was great. Being at the other end of the US in Florida, it was comforting to know my old man was taken care of. Great place I would recommend to anyone.

Took my Camry in for what we thought was a battery draw overnight. They called the next morning and said it was a bad starter they could have it done the next day, called a few hours later and said my car was done and ready to be picked up that day. Couldnt be happier with the service and price. They have a life long customer for sure.

Awesome experience here at tech center! Had a 07 Ford fusion with electric problems that many other electric places didnt want to touch or diagnose. Tech center diagnosed and fixed the issue it had had the equipment to program everything needed and was extremely reasonable and affordable.....also received a call about a week later confirming that I was satisfied and everything is still working properly.Highly recommend!

They were knowledgeable, friendly, & didnt try to pressure me into paying for other services, which has happened in the past. I am not sure why the other reviews are calling it a rip-off. This place will rip you off. I went to the shop for a brake pulsation problem (4 year old car). They replaced two rear rotors and pads without even asking me first. When I got the vehicle, The problem was still there. I went back the next day and was told by the owner Greg that I need to replace the two front rotors and pads. I felt they are unprofessional at the least. So I went to a dealership to replace the front brakes. The problem seemed to improve for a while and then got worse and worse. I went back to the dealership and was told the rear brakes need to be replaced. Since the rear brakes were still under their warranty, I went back to the shop. A tech (Paul) drove my car and he told me the pulsation is indeed from the rear. He scheduled me for the following week for the repair. I brought it back per the scheduled day. They told me Paul has a doctor appointment and asked me to bring it in the next day. I was pissed off a little but still tried to follow their schedule. The next day Paul still did not show up. I left my car there. Later Greg called me and told me both Paul and himself drove the car in high way and found nothing wrong with the brakes. When I got my car I noticed the car was not even driven at all (I reset the trip odometer to 0 and it was still 0)! Such a liar! I would tell anyone I know not to go to this place.

Been in search of an honest and trustworthy mechanic for some time. Decided to try these folks. Have had recent issues with others who either diagnosed incorrectly, which cost money and many re trips, or flat out lied to me. Brought my wifes car in which had multiple issues, some misdiagnosed from a previous repair establishment, or recent additions. Either way, Greg called me, helped me to prioritize the issues, and correctly repair the problems. Would definitely recommend Tech Center Electric to any and all friends and relatives. Greg and the team at tech center auto electric did an amazing job on my Yukon denali. I had an issue with it and had numerous people work on it. I took it to tech center auto electric and in a day Greg had the problem pin pointed and fixed within 2. Very reputable and honest Mechanic. I will defiantly let Greg work on all my vehicles. Disregard all previous reviews criticizing the work Tech Center performs, I can assure you from multiple previous experiences, theyre not true! Greg is the best car guy I know. I recently took my 98 ford escort into the shop to get the A/C and brakes checked out. Before he even fixed anything, he approved everything he did to make sure its what I wanted to do. He even offered to run diagnostics on my car at a discounted price because he knew how I felt about spending money on my car. I have visited this shop multiple times and everyone in my family takes their cars here. Greg is an honest, upstanding business owner whose goal is to get you and your car safely back on the road. I recommend him to everyone I know!!!

I was a damnsal in distress when my car suddenly wouldnt start yet the alarm kept going off incessantly in our close-quarters neighborhood.No need to make a separate call for a tow truck, Greg had it under control. A tow truck was on sight within an hour of our conversation. I followed my towed vehicle to the Tech Center and knew I was leaving my keys in good hands!I was referred by a friend and I would gladly refer a friend myself. Any car issues in the near future, thats where Ill be headed :)

I have a 1972 Camaro, and seen an ad saying they worked on vintage cars. I had some wiring burn up in my car and the insurance company wouldnt cover it. they charged me 2,100 dollars to put an alternator on my car and tape up some loose wires. It was a total rip off, I could have gotten a new complete wiring harness installed for 1,500 dollars and I feel they took advantage of me not knowing anything about electrical. When I got my car back the dome light, radio and tachometer did not work, I had to take it back to them and demand it fixed. the radio fuse had blown and they didnt even check to make sure everything worked when they returned my car to me. I would never recommend their services to anyone after I was taken advantaged of so badly. I guess you live and learn.

The mechanic and guy who runs the shop is honest and gives a fair price for his work. He does good work and when he occassionally does make a mistake he owns it which is very important to me.
