Online orders for in-store pickup have all gone completely smooth. Went in to the store to order 5 brake hoses, paid for it. I asked if I can link my online NAPA membership & they said no.No calls, no emails nothing to tell me where my equipment is, having already paid for it.Call them they only have 2/5th of the order in & no idea about the rest. No way to track down the order other than the receipt. Will order online only.

Been shopping here since I was a little kid. Know most of the staff by first name. Great selection of parts in stock and anything you want can be ordered and there almost always with in a day. Knowledgeable staff help you ensure you get what you need when you need it.

The owner of this Napa has been in the Warren area for many many years he is recently open a bigger store and is now adding a bigger parking lot I like the staff that work there youre very knowledgeable of their cars they talk about they deliver and all and all the good people.
