This is rather unique to Pennsylvania, but AAA is a one stop DMV here. PA has drivers license bureaus, but no motor vehicle offices per se. They also handle travel and tourism and schedule a number of bus trips, etc.

Went there to register a new camper . They tried to tell us that we could not transfer our plate, even though we could ! They want to charge us a lot of money for a new plate because they had no idea what they were talking about ! Charged us $50.00 for the privilege of trying to cheat us out of our money, PLUS the notary fees ! What a rip off ! DO NOT GO THERE !
