Terrible Service wish I could give 0 starsI made an appointment they didnt even look at my car for another week. They had it for over 3 weeks to fix my transmission and replace a hose. They broke my exhaust said we brought it that way. You can tell its where they took my exhaust apart to take out the transmission. They cross threaded the bolts that they put in the new transmission and also did not put them in all the way. Totally unprofessional would not recommend them at all.

Had a wheel lock issue that both Jedd and George became pro-active to our needs and quickly resolved our problem. Both were very professional and explained everything to us. We chose to have other services done by dealership. Highly recommend the operation.
The service department seems like a train wreck. Make an appointment to get my Ford transmission checked (I got it there) and then I show up and “oh, we can’t check Ford transmissions”. Don’t fully complete the car checks during oil change. I could keep going but I’ll stop … 3 stars is pushing it for how I’m feeling
I went in for a lug nut key -as even the dealer where I purchased the car was not helpful. I thought customer service was out of trend. Sims was so great-left with 4 new tires-appt for brakes. They have a customer for life.

Worst experience ever, 0 stars. Made appointment 2 weeks prior to dropping off. They didnt even look at it for a week. Conflicting stories when talking to me and the warranty co. It took them over 3 weeks past my appointment for them to replace the transmission, broke several parts, now my vehicle has exhaust leaking into the vehicle, service engine light, ignition system error. Nobody could give straight answers. Would not ever recommend this shop to anyone! Had to take it immediately back, just to have it returned to me a second time in worse condition than last time. SO FRUSTRATED!!!
I was in to get new batteries for Dads key fobs. They were nice to confirm that my back wiper motor was dead and gave me a hint for parts shopping.

Sims is the most overpriced Nissan dealer within a 200 mile radius. I went in to purchase a new Armada and they didn’t even want to haggle with me. They wanted me to pay sticker! Then after an hour, they decide to show the dreaded “invoice”(which is fake) and I know for a fact that they paid 5k less for it than the invoice. Even a few years back they wouldn’t budge on a monthly payment by $5. They said “are you going to let $5 get in the way of us doing business with you...I said YUP. Anyways I uploaded the video from today to YouTube and it already has 14,000 views. Anyways Sims has screwed over family members by agreeing to a monthly payment only for the customer to find out that the payment is anywhere from $20–$50 more then they agreed too. So screw them. I then went to Montrose Nissan in Hermitage and within half an hour, I walked out with a Brand New Armada for the price I set, not the price the dealer set. Please save yourself sometime and headache, do not go to Sims to buy a Nissan. Just go to somewhere else.

On April 1, 2019, my husband purchased a new Kicks and I had a tow hitch installed on my Rogue. Eric in parts ordered the light kit, which I did not order and specifically said I did not want since I will only be using the hitch for a bike rack. I had to argue my bill down from $1700.00... after over an hour of more ruckus, the bill was finally reduced to $725. Thats what it shouldve been from the beginning. It gets worse!!My husband negotiated a price for his new Kicks SR... He was told his new monthly payment would be $359 with $3k down... payment book arrived from Northwest Bank and the monthly payments are $379! Called finance Dept and they told him tough luck... He signed it!! Shame on us for trusting Mark Whetstone!!Totally feel dooped!! Hope your company enjoyed our family purchasing 3 NEW vehicles in 9 months... Over charged and lead me to believe I needed more done to my car than was necessary! Said I would have my car back same day. Didnt then gave me a hard time (and late) getting me a vehicle they offered! Will never use the service center again! Will NOT purchase anything from Sims again!

Wow! Great service with a smile! When I found out my airbags were recalled, I emailed Sims Nissan and heard back immediately. I was told they would order the airbags and then schedule an appointment. This all happened within a week. They said it would take about two hrs to complete. I dropped the car off at 10 and they called at noon, saying it was ready! Very friendly! Great experience! Used to love this place. Recently hit a pothole and bent my rim. I had everything done here. The new tire didnt bead right and I had a slow leak..... they then tried to charge me $50 to fix their mistake. Pretty terrible since my mother and I have done over 100k in business in the last 2 years there and neither of us are ever going back.
I was very upset with the fact that Sims Nissan sold my mom a car that they claimed was detailed but clearly it wasnt. The inside of the car was so dirty, dusty, stains all over. Then she took the car back to them for them to really clean the car & guess what, they gave her the car back in the same condition. To top it off, when we went inside the dealership, we had to stand their for almost 10 minutes before someone acknowledged the fact that we was standing their. 3 people walked passed us as if we wasnt their. I was thinking about purchasing a car from them but after that experience, I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM SIMS NISSAN!!!!

Here for an oil change, been listening to a mechanic complain about having to complete an oil change when he has more important work to do. No water in customer waiting room. There is a water dispenser....empty. There is a Keurig, empty. I watched an employee come in and add one cup of water to make his one cup of coffee. Hope no customers want a drink. Not impressed on my first, and most likely only, visit here. Was also supposed to have a car wash included, weather permitting. Its not raining or snowing, yet my car wash not washed.

Just bought a used Nissan frontier, Ive had it for 10 days, only 60k milage. Shifter wont stay in drive. I have an appointment tomorrow. Truck wasnt even detailed. No floor mats either. Hopefully they make it right I may post a better rating based on my experience tommorow.
Me and my ex fiance went to Sims Nissan. We got a 2009 Dodge Journey. We had a newborn at the time. As soon as we got a Dodge Journey off the lot.no more than two weeks later we had to take it to Sears Auto. The rear end rotors were so shot. We had to replace the whole back end. We had to pay out of pocket plus make car payments each month plus full coverage. I would recommend not going to this car dealership. Seems like theyre only out for money and sell you the crappiest car they have.

Took my car here because it was making a noise. They tell me the wheel bearing needed to be replaced and I would have to pay the $100 deductible. They order a new wheel bearing but when it came in it was cracked. So Nate told me that he couldnt replace it that day and that he had to get another wheel bearing and could replace it but it would take another 2 days to get it. I then call boardman Nissan. They tell me that I shouldnt have to pay anything because it should be covered under warranty. So I take it to Boardman. Then Boardman tells me there is nothing wrong with the wheel bearing.So I loose out on 3 nights of work for nothing at all. Nothing wrong with the car. Do not buy from here or take your car here for service. You will get screwed over.

These guys are terrible. They wouldnt even come close to matching a price from Montrose Nissan. I bought a brand new 2016 Rogue SV for 22,000 out the door. Sims will just tell you that they are business and have to make money. Its never about the customer its about THEM. I was a customer for well over a decade with Sims. Im happy to say that Sims and I are now divorced. Never again.

Awful awful awful customer service I will never return. I found a deal better at another Nissan dealership and they wouldnt even try t match it. They were applying for a loan when I called my sales man over to tell him I found a better deal and Id like to re talk about pricing. He told me if I left and cancelled my application he would not sell me a car. Among other things. Very very rude. I left and cancelled my application my money is just as good anywhere else. I called back later that day to speak to my sales mans manager and he just told me that the salesman told him what he had said to me. That was it. No apology or anything. I work and customer service and Thay would not fly with my employer Id be lucky to have a job still. I will not return. I will not recommend it to anyone. I ended up buying a 2016 Nissan rouge with 14 miles from Boardman Nissan. I will never return to sims. Boardman is the place to go.
Not only do these guys execute every sneaky trick in the book, they only sell about THREE grand over sticker, insist you trade in and finance through them OR no deal at all. Sold me a additional warranty for paint damage and refused to cover chips and dents saying the company went out of business. Do NOT shop here. Try Montrose Nissan.
Service and sales department absolute joke. Seems like once they sell you a car they dont ever want to deal with you after that. Didnt even have the decency to wash my car after warranty repair and when I first bought the car and had an issue, the sales guy never return my call. Going to Boardman Nissan next time.
