Prepare to be taking advantage of and scammed. My car was having trouble starting so I took my car to these guys. They claimed it was the battery and alternator. The price was $500 I felt it was a little high but I was happy to pay in either to not be stranded. When I got home I popped the hood to make sure they changed the battery, and I checked the alternator but that hadnt been touched. it was the same alternator I had in my car because I marked it with a marker. The battery looked new but it was a refurbished battery with a 18month warranty(I googled the battery details). Needless to say I was taken for a big time ride. The battery ended up failing shortly after the warranty ran out. But it taught me a huge lesson and from that experience I decided to start working on my own vehicles and being front and center if I had to take it to a mechanic. Do not let these guys rip you off, please take your car to a licensed and reputable establishment.

These guys are genuine, honest and skilled. I have been going here for years and they always do their best to get the job done in a timely fashion and have very fair prices. My favorite mechanics by far!

Just expertise auto repair shop with great staff courteous willing to assist their customers the order things have you in and out the door know exactly what you need know how to fix it with great pricing Im glad that they exist and I hope they never shut down we really need a store like this

The shop owner and main mechanic is a liar and cheat he charged me for work that wasnt performed.He isnt very knowledgeable about cars which leads me to believe hes not ASE certified.Stay away from this shop its a rip off.

These guys are very pushy and unprofessional. They will diagnose your car and then try to force you to let them fix it. They quoted me 1,200 for some services and I felt it was too expensive. I told them all I had was 200. they agreed to do brakes all around for the price. When I left my brakes were grinding horribly. These guys will fast talk you and try to force you into getting shoddy work done. Stay far away from these scammers.

The man in charge is very down to earth and excellent with public relations as well as people skills, he paid my deductible twice and placed a loaner vehicle in my possession until my vehicle was completely done. Frank has made a loyal customer out of me so in return Ive recommended several people that I know have warranties on used cars to take it straight to Ryan Auto Expert.

Wish I could give 0 stars! We came in for a minor repair, but then they discontinued services with us because they were mad that THEY caused more damage to the car. We bought the parts and they fixed what they said needed to be done from what they damaged, but said we are no longer welcome anymore. Even though they fixed what they damaged, he damaged something else out of spite because when we pulled off there were weird, rough, hard sounds coming out of the car. Bad skills and bad customer service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Very nice people. They gave me a loaner car for free and paid my towing. This will be my number one shop for all my car repairs. I highly recommend them!

These guys gave me a price on a diagnosis to which I accepted, but When I got there they told me in order to do a diagnosis they had to do work to my vehicle that I didnt ok so I had to pay more. To make matters worse, The work they did was put my old part that was faulty back on my vehicle. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

If this is on 8mile dont take ur car there only one mechanic so its his way or no way he has nobody to bounce ideas off of n so he can fix one thing n if thats wrong he will assume its something else damn u can end up re fixing ur whole damn car. he only has his ron at front desk n he not going against his dars ideas. its just a rip off. dnt trust them they need to b shut down. i had to take it to bronsons n detroit n had my car fixed n a week. i will take ryans to court. believe that n get my money back but im glad to inform others of the sloppy work they do.

These are the best mechanic they tell you what is bad in your car and they only inspect your car for $25 help you if you need help with money help pay towing and they make your car brand new i have been to so many mechanics and these are the ones.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE........this dump fixed our vehicle without our permission....... He has the nerve to charge us for the work he did without any paperwork or permission from us!!!

Had to get my car repaired again a day after I left there.
