UPDATE (7/26): My opener started malfunctioning after a brief power outage about a week after their first visit, so I called back to see what the best option would be. They were willing to do another repair or install a new unit with no pressure to buy. I opted for a new opener. The work took about an hour. The team was thorough, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend Above The Rest.I called late on a weeknight because my garage door wouldnt close. They worked me into their schedule on short notice and fixed my problem in about 20 minutes. They were professional, courteous, walked me through items to troubleshoot and gave me a quote for a replacement door if I wanted to do so in the future. I was very impressed with their service and care. Ill definitely be using them in the future.

I definitely have no complaints about my new garage door that was installed. The company came by really quick and gave me an estimate and as soon as I was ready to order, I was able to put my order in. Now the door I picked was one that was not stocked and he warned me that it might take 5-8 weeks before it would arrive, but luckily it came in about 3 weeks. I had my garage door break. The owner took my call and came out that day to look at the door. He was straight up and told me he could fix my door, but it will only be a fix for a little while. I decided to order a new garage door. The turn around time was superfast. I put the deposit down on Friday and today (Tuesday) I had my door installed. Great quality work and they even did a little extra because the previous person that installed my garage door opener before I bought the house did a hack job. We needed to get one of the springs on our cantilever door fixed. They were very professional and quick to respond. While they were here I asked for and received an estimate to replace the old door with a new roll up door. The estimate was fair and I called them later to schedule the install. I discovered that I had a broken spring on my garage door. It was Saturday morning and I called Above the Rest to hopefully set up an appointment to get it repaired on Tuesday after Labor Day. Richard, the owner, said that they would be there in a few hours on Saturday afternoon to replace my springs. They arrived around 2:00PM and performed a timely and professional repair. I was really happy and would call them back for any problem with my garage door in the future. I give them 5 Stars.

I highly reccomand this company. Richard explained everything in detail on what was wrong with my garage door with an estimate of cost and also gave me an estimate on a new door. He gave me a great price for the new garage door with installation. He got the door down for me until i get my new garage door to be installed. He helped me to chose the style of the door and ordered it the following day. He installed my new door at the same week. These guys went above and beyond!!! I’m the kind of guy that likes to handle just about everything myself. But I was warned by a few peers and some YouTube videos that repairing your “torsion” springs is quite dangerous. So I left it to these guys and they did a superb job! They have great rates and are also very informational as to how everything works. I also had a loose chain that they tightened up (no charge). Like I said these guys are pros, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied.

Top notch, prompt and friendly service! I had issues with my garage door ever since I moved in that I assumed stemmed from an unlevel garage floor. Richard offered to repair but I had a cracked panel so I decided to go with a brand new door instead of throwing money at a lost cause.
