Yikes. Never in my life have I met someone with a bigger chip on her shoulder than Tiffany. She came out to repair damage caused by their improper assembly of doors they installed new. Their assembly error was unknown to us until the torsion spring and balance shaft wore out and broke, and the door failed to operate. I havent been chewed out like that since my teens, and in my own house to boot.
