Jeff came out for a troubleshoot was awesome. He figured out the issue quickly and since it was a simple fix he charged me the minimum fee which we appreciated. He let me know that our openers were pretty old and would recommend they be replaced. He was super knowledgeable and not pushy on anything. If we do decide to replace them we will definitely use Phillips Garage Door Repairs again.
