Scott Motz is the epitome of excellent customer service. Hes a down-to-earth, honest person that despite a ridiculously busy schedule managed to come out to our office and troubleshoot our non-operating Vanderbilt Bright Blue security system. He made a phone call after a couple failed attempts to fix and just when he was ready to make another phone call, he tried something else that had our system up and running again! And rather than just packing up and leaving, he fixed the door that had been slamming for 2+ years now just cause it bothered him ;-)
