Get there before its sold out. Great prices, good sales people, really everything must go! Art Van took a dump so Loves took over and didnt do any better. Now the bank took over and is trying to pay back the creditors. So sad what this Covid scare has done.

Don’t shop here unless Dawn is your sales associate the rest of the staff were all bitter old people or guys who look like they went to college but didn’t graduate and now they are mad at the world because they sell furniture. We saw the signs that all have to go and big discounts. But still pricing was very high compared to the quality.Some seemed overpriced.I saw a drawer with scratches and looked used. Still $600, nothing special and that was the claimed discounted price.Nice furniture though. Very cool and modern.

The manager Justin Clark and his associate Paul on 14 mile were AMAZING! They helped me find the perfect couch and were incredibly kind and understanding that I had family guests coming and needed the couch that night. I know this location is new, but they have a stellar team there and I would definitely go back. Their costumer service was better then any other furniture store I’ve been to. Justin seriously did the most, he was unmeasurably helpful and he was a genuine person. There are only a few people like that left in the world and I appreciated it. Thank you!

I called the Warren store and spoke with David. I was looking for a sectional. I drove over to meet him and look at the furniture. When I got there and met him he was a very courteous professional guy. The best part about David is he actually took the time to research sectionals in my price range before I got there. He showed us some nice stuff and we actually found a beautiful sectional outside of our price range. He showed us all the features of the one we liked. No pressure, no hounding just a polite friendly sales experience. We wound up buying the sectional we found. He was knowledgeable on the furniture we looked at and the other pieces he picked for us to look at too. Told us about financing without sounding condescending like other salespeople in the past have done. He explained all about the fabric protection and damage package, explained the no interest financing and also explained the delivery process too. Very thorough and friendly the whole time. We had some joking around and the mood was light and enjoyable. I will always see David for other future purchases and recommend him to anyone looking for home furnishings! Thank you David! A great experience!

We were greeted at the door, by a salesperson, who stayed close but not hovering over us. He allowed us to shop, he stayed close enough for us to reach out to him if we needed assistance. He was professional and courteous from beginning to end! He assisted with loading our purchase. It was a very pleasant experience. I will return if I have need of other furniture items.

Looks as if it will be growing into a decent replacement for Art Van. Staff was friendly at the door even though we walked in 45 minutes prior to closing. Zack was our sales associate and was extremely helpful. Im sure as time goes on the inventory technology will improve. Delivery length is not bad considering our current pandemic situation. Went to the newest location at 14 mile and Van Dyke. Came in just to browse. Really liked the atmosphere. Not your “typical” furniture store. They don’t “Hover” over you, actually let you look at things at your own pace. Kristie was our sales person, and even though it was only here 2nd week there, she was very knowledgeable. The furniture is very nice looking, very nice quality. Prices are very reasonable. We ended purchasing a bedroom set and kitchen table! Dylan also helped process our order and he was very nice as well! Would definitely recommend then if you need furniture.

My sales associate Lou was awesome. He allowed me to look without hovering over me. I liked how he had me try various mattresses to see the differences before I selected the one I liked. He appeared to be very knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I rated my overall experience a 1 because I was disappointed I was not given a delivery date at the time of purchase despite my items being in stock. I was informed it would be 2-3 weeks before my items would be delivered. Hopefully, it will be delivered sooner because lord knows my back would appreciate my new mattress and the upgrade from the Queen to the King mattress will definitely help with my 6 year old twins wondering into my bed in the middle of the night.....I waited over a month for my bed and on delivery day I only received the box spring. The warehouse had no record I had purchased a bed frame and the mattress I’m told should have been on the truck. Now I am being told that I should receive my mattress within a week.

I was greeted very nicely while walking through the door. I was disappointed to find out the items I wanted were not available until January, but Andrew guided me great throughout this process. He is the reason I’m giving this store a five star rating. He explained to me the process behind late delivery dates very thoroughly, and guided me into an alternative process. I now found some new furniture that I liked because of this at Loves, and I will be coming back for purchase because of him!

I came to Loves Furniture today, looking for a bedroom set. I found exactly what I need for a great price. After choosing my mattress, I needed a box spring. My salesman found me 1 for 150.00. Unfortunately, it was out of stock until February of next year. However, he found me another 1 for 200.00. The customer service was excellent because his actions demonstrated he wasnt just trying to make a sale by having me spend unnecessary money His #1 priority was making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Therefore, I will most definitely return for future home decor purchases!!🤗

This store is opulent and full of choices. The sales staff are not hounding you like Gardner-White. In fact our salesman, Zach Green was so helpful we cancelled our order at Gardner-White and ordered a sectional through Zach instead. Really a great store. We did find the furniture we were looking for and the Gentleman was very helpful to write us up and gave us a date for delivery. There were some snags getting my adjustable bed frame from the warehouse so the manager, Justin, personally got involved to get it for me and he and Loves employee Jonathan personally delivered it to my home and set it up. Its no wonder theyre liquidating, staff seems to be preoccupied with chatting rather than helping customers with purchases. We intended to spend thousands but were in the store for 45 minutes without a single sales person even noticing us. Not to mention the place is overpriced as it is.and 50% of the merchandise was damaged.

My wife and I purchased a dresser which was in stock. We set up delivery for a few weeks later to allow time for painting and carpet installation. I phoned them 2 days before our delivery date to confirm and I was told there was some sort of computer problem and all deliveries would be delayed 2 to 3 weeks, but we could pick it up if we wanted. Due to the weight of the dresser we decided to wait for them, and a week later they filled for bankruptcy. After waiting for over an hour on the phone I had to go to the store. I was told that it was in the warehouse but now due to the bankruptcy we could not take it nor receive a refund. They were able to stay open and sell furniture off the showroom floor but I could not have the dresser in the warehouse right next door. I am not sure how filing for bankruptcy allows them to sell from a showroom but not release fully paid for furniture. I would stay far away from Loves Furniture

Just went into this location as I was told they were going out of business and could no long fulfill my order that I ordered 1 1/2 months ago. I ordered a griswold sofa for $809 during a sale they were having, with the pre discount price being $899. I was very confused when I went in and saw the exact same sofa listed at $1,799 marked down to $1,399. What a scam. I was told the best they could do is $1000. I thought liquidation was you trying to sell off your inventory there for you lower the price. Not double the price to reduce it some. Absolutely ridiculous. Such a scam. When I questioned the salesman about this, a very eager manager (I presume) jumped in when I said that they marked it up to mark it down. He then went on about different tiers. I don’t care about tiers, the sofa was 899, now I go into the store it’s 1399. Pretty cut and dry. It’s not a sale its a rip off, go to a different furniture store.

A bunch of liars. Bought a sofa that was in stock and Ive been waiting for it to be delivered for 4 weeks. Customer service is a joke. They dont know anything about their inventory or delivery times and their excuse is that the warehouse is managed by a third party. New furniture company and I wonder if they will succeed with this performance. They dont have a clue about how to run a business. Update: The new lie of the week is that the warehouse computer system is not working properly and the new delivery date is MID FEBRUARY!! On a sofa that was in stock. Im just gonna wait one more week before I cancel the order just to see what new bunch of lies they will come up with.

I would give 0 stars if I could! After I spent weeks finding just the right couch and chairs, I end up with nothing but an empty living room! I made my purchase from Loves and was told that one of my chairs would be in in a few days. A delivery date was set for 12/30. Then Im told that it has to be moved to 12/31. Im on vacation from work so no problem. Then Im told that the 1 chair came in damaged and it would be 3 months to get another one. Im still on board. Then, today, the day before my couch and 1 chair are set to be delivered I get a call that not even the chair would be delivered! I still say okay. Then I think about it and look online and can easily find a few other companies that have this same exact chair for the same price or close to it with free delivery within a week or 2-not the end of March! I call back to Loves to cancel the chairs and my salesperson tells me that now my couch cant be delivered TOMORROW because they just fired all of their delivery people! What!? Are you kidding me? Me and my sister painstakingly moved my existing couch and 2 chairs into the basement in preparation for my new furniture. Im literally sitting in a wooden chair in my empty living room because I was expecting furniture TOMORROW! Im so disgusted right now! I demanded a FULL refund because I dont trust this company to be in business for another month. Im not going to chance them going out of business and taking my money with them! Whatever you do, dont spend your money here!

I have never left a review for a business, but the word needs to get out that this store and Loves furniture in general NEEDS TO BE AVOIDED. I completely understand everything has been affected by Covid-19, but what this store did was unacceptable. If I could leave 0 stars, I would have put that without hesitation.My delivery date was pushed three different times, and there was not a single response by anyone in this store. Every time I called, I was hung up on. It took me going into the store personally 4 different times to get any answers, and even then I wouldnt really get anywhere. The manager, Justin, said he would personally handle my order and call me within 24 hours, and surprise that did not happen. Once I threatened to cancel my order, that seemed to speed things up all of a sudden. I was fed up with all their lies, lack of communication, and shady business practices that I called to cancel my order on 12/4. As of 1/6/21 and writing this review, I still have a pending charge on my credit card account from them.Again, please avoid this company. My hopes in writing this review is that it will save some poor soul from experiencing the same things I experienced, and I know Im not the only one. On 1/5/21 there was a story on Channel 4 news that detailed how disorganized this place is, and how lots of people are experiencing the same issues as me. They just opened last year, and theyre already closing close to a dozen stores. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY.

I’d give zero stars, if I could. Really just an update on my previous review:After never even getting a delivery window for my supposedly “rescheduled” date, I emailed the review people. Apparently I had been put on the schedule for 12/30 (original delivery date was 11/30. Initial reschedule supposedly for 12/7). The review person supposedly reached out to the delivery manager and got me scheduled for 12/16. Confirmed delivery window of 2:30-5:30. Another no-call, no-show. I will be in the store on Saturday to cancel my order and ensure that other customers know that, unless they are able to retrieve their own purchases rather than have them delivered, they’d be wise to go elsewhere.

Completely different experience than what I’ve dealt with at other furniture stores. They greet you upon entering. The salesmen are polite and the furniture looks good. Truthfully the best part is that they have items in stock and can deliver them without the long delays due to covid. Granted everyone is experiencing the negative impacts of covid in terms of logistics. But these individuals will at least be honest and up front about delays instead of feeding you a line just to make a commission. In my opinion this new company is eager to make an impact on people by offering quality furniture with good customer service. I am glad with my service and will repeat.

Horrible customer service! I was even attacked over the phone by a extremely rude woman! I couldn’t believe i had to explain my disability to anyone let alone a stranger behind a phone ! Happy Thanksgiving to me and what a wonderful reminder that I cannot walk in order for me to get the refund guarantee (30 days including promotions according to their written contract)Long story short my partner purchased an item a week ago. The item was discounted and both of us were trying to get in touch both over the phone and online with customer service representative in order for them to honor the price match guarantee.we couldn’t get in touch with them! Today after many attempts and several voicemails finally someone called me to let me know that they will honor the free delivery fee but will not honor the price on the item we had purchased. I explained its not my fault their business lacks customer service and since its in their contract they should honor the 30 days price match. I was given and extremely rude answer that since I wanted those money so badly i was supposed to drive to the store.. i was in shock, lost my temper and told this rude person that if I could I would and that i am disabled and as well in the high risk group and that this is not the way to run any business!! I would never ever recommend this store to anyone I know ! I was never Humiliated by anyone!

One of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a while. Frankly, they dont deserve the 1 star I had to give them. I bought 2 chairs, 2 couches and some tables. So far, after 4 tries, we have half the items and 1 is damaged. We get excuses ranging from the item was damaged when we went to load it to Its out of stock. Either way, we burn a day waiting and nothing happens. They apologize (sort of) and say theyll waive the delivery fee, but that hasnt happened either. Ive completely lost faith in their ability to deliver the rest of the furniture. Order #115602279 if you care.Follow up post. Finally delivered everything. Replaced the damaged chair with a less damaged chair. I gave up and accepted it. Still no refund of delivery charges. Terrible experience!

This review is being posted by proxy on behalf of 86 year old Mary Meuller who does not have a google account, She called the store today to ask for me to post this on her behalf.Mary came in to the store to purchase a mattress and foundation for her sisters spare room. She was greeted by Josh and thought Josh did a fantatic job selling her items. When the delivery arrived, they dd not have the base and she thought they had the wrong mattress. She called the store understanably upset, and spoke to Stephanie. Stephaine was able to provide service over the phone regarding the mishap and she told Mary to come into the store,When Mary came into the store she found Stephanie who intoduced her to Justin, Justin listened to her concerns, and was able to identify the problem and find a solution. Justin contacted the warehosue and was able to get the mattress and foundation that she needed the same day and along with the help of John, delivered the items to Marys home the same day to her delight.Mary wanted to share that the service, the couresy and the true desire to solve her issues were unparalled and she cant speak highly enough of Josh, Stephanie, John and most especially Justin. Her experinece at Loves was definitly worth 5 stars.
