One of if not the worst experience with a business in my life. I called into the shop on 8/29/2017 to repair some damage on the door of my car. The man on the phone told me to bring it in on 9/11/2017 to have it fixed. I bring in my car on the date that was scheduled two weeks prior only to be told that they had double booked the week and they needed to push it back to the next week. So I was frustrated but was patient and told him that’s fine.A week goes by and I drive by the shop to see my car still sitting in the parking lot. Then another week goes by, my car still sitting untouched. Then a 3rd week goes by, still untouched so I decide to call the shop to see what’s going on. When I called I spoke with the owner Mike and I ask him “what’s going on with my car it’s been 3 weeks from the scheduled repair date?” He then says to me in a very uncaring or unconcerned voice “we will get to it when we can.” So I say to him “when will that be approximately?” His reply “I’ll call you back.” So another week goes by (no call back by the way) so I call again “so just calling to check on the status of my car?” Mike then tells me “we are working on it next.” A week goes by, the car still untouched prompts me to call again. I call and speak with Curtis and I explain everything to him and he tells me he will talk to Mike for me and call me back.Curtis then calls me back and tells me “Mike says to come get your car, it will still be a couple weeks before we can get to it.” So I go to the shop to pick up my keys and talk to Mike who basically tells me that my car was not priority because it runs. So they lied to me week after week after week only to then tell me that it’s not priority to fix a car like mine. It was completely unprofessional and this company wasted a month of my time just to tell me to kick rocks. I will tell everyone I know about my experience with this company.

Repaired damaged door looks great! They told me it would take 3 to 4 days . They called the morning of the 4th and said it was done! Door looks great.
