Always have had great service from this location, have bought two sets of tires from them now.Only reason not giving five stars is that we were told they couldnt display tires in the lobby area because customer complaints about the smell of rubber......in a tire store.

Stephan and his crew went above and beyond to help us on Saturday! We were headed to Fort Wayne Indiana for baseball and noticed along the way our tire was losing air. Luckily there was a Discount Tire 3 miles down the road. They got us in right away! In 15 minutes they put the spare tire on our current rim, shined the tires, & checked the air in them as well. We ended up getting our son to his game right on time. This group of gentlemen know what great customer service is and we appreciated everything they did for us that day.

I go here for almost all tires i buy. Friendly faces that are here dont change much which is nice to see. This company must take care of their employees. A few times i have found a better deal, they have matched it. Now their alignment shop.... Another story. But for tire install, great place.

Had a nail in my tire and they were the only one in town who could get me in right away. Fixed the tire and made sure they were all inflated properly. Will return again.

After running over a bolt, another shop told me the tire couldnt be repaired. The tires were in good shape so I wanted a match without replacing all 4. Discount had the brand I needed so I took it in expecting to buy 2 new tires. Instead they said I think we can fix that... In less than an hour they had it repaired and back on the truck with the spare put back where it belongs. The cherry on top was that they dont charge for bolt puncture repairs! I was extremely impressed with the customer service. A new loyal customer has been earned.

Had a great experience here. I was overdue for new tires. After checking a few places, I was pleased to secure an appointment online and then call to confirm reasonable tire price and availability. I arrived 20 mins early and the work started almost immediately. I was out in less than half an hour. That is the no nonsense customer service and professionalism that makes a business successful.

Took my truck here for a tire rotation, went to pick the truck up and they said the rotation was on them. Being very greatful I gave them appreciation. Few months later I took the truck to get another rotation at a different location, come to find out they stripped one of my lugnuts. Ahhh now I see why it was free. Would have been alot more understanding if they were honest about the mess up. But instead they sent me on my way. Bad business.

Earlier this week had a flat first thing in the morning didnt even get out of the driveway tried to change it myself with no luck discount tire was open by the time got done trying to do it myself the tire was holding air but leaking badly from a big chunk steel sticking out of the tire got me in right a way got my wheel off put my spare had to order me a new tire and got road hazard on all my tires left my wheel 2 days later new tire back on truck suggested I replace the lug nuts because they were in bad shape went back the next day and put new lug nuts on my truck gave me a good deal thank you

The staff is friendly and take good care of their patrons, their prices are tiered and they have plenty of options. The inside store is kept clean and they have a large window so you can watch the technicians if you want. The experience was good and took less than an hour. There is an Aldis within walking distance of Discount Tire so if you get bored you can walk there.

Would be great...if they hadnt lied to us about having four of our tires in stock. My husband called and confirmed they had four and would hold them, and was at the store 20 minutes later and they only had three. Had to order the fourth, but never got a call when it came in. Had to call them, and itd been in for a week. Otherwise, happy with the service and tires. Good prices.

This shop has put a new set of tires on both vehicles which have transformed the ride of both vehicles. 2 nights ago a family with 3 children rolled into the parking lot with 2 flat tires. It was bitterly cold, and plain to see the children were extremely uncomfortable. A man drove in to assist the family only to be stopped by the on duty manager at the store. The manager would not allow the repair to be done unless the family bought new tires from this store. Since when did dollar signs become more important than human lives!? Three children standing in the cold were told they would not be helped! Shame on you Discount Tire, and shame on the manager who did not carry any of the values Hoosiers are known for. Here in Indiana we take care of our neighbors, because we believe in moral values over dollars!

After just arriving in Barbee for a family lake vacation, the local grocery store decided it would be a good time to pierce and flatten my tire with some piece of local metal. Whilst not wanting to let it ruin my trip, it’s disappointing to say the least. Josh, the gentlemen at working the front was a stand up guy! Fixed and on the road in 20 minutes. The whole team kicks ass when it comes to knowing tires. Kudos.

These guys are fantastic, so professional and courteous. I just had a super positive experience at Discount Tire in Warsaw, I havent been there since they opened, and Im not usually a reviewer, but had to leave them a review because I was so impressed they just spent a half hr fixing my slow leak for free (I do have Discount Tires) but man, very impressed. Ill be visiting them for all my balancing and tire needs.

Bought wheels and tires on-line and was supposed to be balanced when I received them. Well, I was getting a serous wobble from the front end. Took into Discount Tire without an appointment and they checked the balance on all four wheels/tires. Three were good, but one wheel was defective. They balanced as good as they could and they provided me with a video of the wheel on the spin balancer and a screen shot of the computer readout to use to get a return and replacement from the on-line store. Then they didnt charge me anything! Next time, I will not buy on-line, I will buy from these guys. - Rob Pope 08/27/18

So i came driving in on 2 really flat tires. My friend came to help me and fix it and put a spare on it and the workers came out and told my friend hes not aloud to change my tire. My kids were waiting at school to be picked up. And he kept saying he couldnt help me. So on 2 flat tires i drove to closest spot i could park the truck and its being fixed. The whole point is he was very rude and it wouldnt have takin long but no.

These guys went above and beyond for me today. Tyler was amazing, patient, helpful, kind, and dealt with a lot of B.S. from my extended tire warrantee company bought through the dealership. This place is clean. These guys are knowledgeable, great atmosphere. I will say screw gurley leep nissan and only come to discount tire warsaw from now on. These guys were definitely my heroes today and I cant thank them enough. They will tell you their goal is to make sure they get you road safe, and I 100% believe them. Ive gotten tires here for the last few times..... the only thing I would change if I could would be, they listen and do what I want.....not make a suggestion and try to change my mind....I understand there are regulations and they want to make sure Im safe.....

I would love to give them 5 stars, but Josh is the reason for 2 stars. We were told to be back for a 11:45a appointment so we were back at 11:30a and Josh told me I missed my appointment. When I tried to explain the situation and that we were back early he felt the need to throw customer service out the window and defend his position with a louder and louder voice.I can safely say that Josh is not the norm for the Warsaw store since all of the other employees go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.My wife later tried to go to the counter and ask how long it might be because we have an appointment at 12:30p but before she could even speak Josh told her we will be pulling it in soon. At least let your customer speak even if you think you know what they are going to ask.The rest of the staff here is amazing so if Josh decides to listen and learn from his coworkers Im sure he can be as great as they are.
