I went to pick up my car and apparently they decided it was ok to give it to someone else 4 days before I got there! Then they still charged me storage fees. I had to wait 3 hours for the tow truck to bring my car back and it was damaged everywhere! Plus they lost the keys on top of that, they left it unlocked with my stereo equipment inside. 2 amps, 2 subs, and 6 smaller speakers, an equalizer and 2 stereos. But they want to say its not a big deal and get mad at me for being mad! !

The front desk staff was very helpful in working with the insurance companies, car rental companies, and overall they were great at communicating with me throughout the process. The other staff did a great job with my car. It looks as good as new, you can’t even tell where the damage was to begin with. The extra detailing was also a nice added bonus. Thanks Crouse employees! Will definitely recommend you to others and will think of you guys if I need help again.

I had to have the bumper to my caddilac escalade repaired due to an accident. This was my first experience with Crouse body shop and I was very nervous about the quality of repair. They went above and beyond my expectations I dropped my truck off a day late (due to lack of rental availability) and they were still able to have my vehicle finished the day before the estimated date! It looks and smells brand new inside and the bumper looks amazing! I cannot thank them enough for the amazing and timely work they did for me.

It’s been a very hard battle with my insurance to get my car fixed but the easiest part by far was going here. I was fully prepared to have to wait for them to come pick up my car and also wait a long time to get it . But the day I brought in my paperwork they came and picked up my car which was amazing. They got the body work done in a week. Staff was excellent in every way. They swept out my car so it looks 10x better on the inside than it did when I dropped it off. Crouse Body Shop did just an amazing job with my vehicle following an accident I was in. They kept me updated along the way and even had my car ready earlier than estimated. Chad and Justin were incredibly kind and patient as well. Looking at where all the damage was you can’t tell any work was done, it’s that flawless. What a great experience. In today’s Covid times, I was able to receive steady texts on the progress of the work Crouse’s did while being on WebEx meeting all day. They keep me up to date with my whole repair process either by phone or by text. They were even able to get my vehicle back to me sooner than they estimated and bonus they detailed it!! Their customer service is on point and treated me respectfully. They were quick to take photos and email me the estimated cost so I could turn it into my insurance. If something were to ever happen again to my vehicle I would definitely give them a call.

I got my car back much sooner than expected and it was perfect! My car is like new and the interior detailing left it smelling and looking AMAZING!

They get one star because the dispatcher was friendly and the guy showed up quickly. However, by the time he got there a good samaritan was able to jump my car, so a jump or tow was not needed. The guy from Crouse complained about coming, then told my wife he was missing his sons t-ball game because of this, jumped in his truck and slammed the door. All in a very rude manner. I can understand being frustrated at coming to help us for no reason, but at the same time we didnt know someone was going to stop and help. I feel the customer service should have been better and more understanding.

Ive taken a couple vehicles to Crouse for body work, and theyve always been incredibly friendly, professional, and timely. This time around, I was especially happy with Chad H and the customer service he provided, keeping me notified about the status of a part that was on back order. The automatic text updates and detailing are also a nice touch and make the experience even better.

Very professional and nice people, they took care of my Jeep right away and even returned it back to me before I expected, plus they washed it too!!; definitely I’ll be going back when I need too.

I recently put a negative review because of a miscommunication and misunderstanding. When they repaired my vehicle they did a great job and the staff are extremely friendly and it was a good experience. The issue was very minimal and came after the fact due to a third party so they were recommended to me and for good reason they do a good job.

Ive dealt with Crouse several times over the years and have always been treated with respect while receiving excellent body and paint work. They recently repaired my daughters vehicle and did unquoted repair work on one of the doors. Thats great service.

Excellent customer service. Direct repair with my insurance company as well with many others so extremely convenient. The ICAR platinum certified technicians were very helpful as well with providing any information I needed. I only use shops who are actually certified by car manufacturers as well so they are my only choice. Always use them for my tows as well since their prices are fair and competitive with the best equipment used. Would not go anywhere else but Crouse!

Ive had work done there at least 1/2 a dozen times over the years. My insurance company deals with them for almost all their work too.They are like any other body shop, and I can only speak for my experience, so I can say they know how to properly weather new paint to match the rest of your car. They know how to fix doors, and bumpers. They replace the shock absorbing material in bumpers like theyre supposed to.Ive not had a problem they didnt fix properly.Every job was done it in the time quoted, every time.They charge a fair price for the job done.

We had the displeasure of dealing with the owner Roger this past Sunday while we were picking up my daughters car that was towed illegally. He was rude, and arrogant. Who charges $120 for an in town tow that has only been there for under 9 hours? He does. Save yourself and others money when using a local tow service, go anywhere else but here. I hope I or any of my close family & friends dont have to encounter him or his business again in the future.

Do not use their service, they will price gouge you, and than on top of it will charge you 30 dollars a day until you can pick up your car. Let me see, they will charge about 179 just to drive to your vehicle about 40 miles, and than another 100 something to drive 30 miles. They are a big rip off hope this helps you make a better choice

Most disrespectful company ever. Wont communicate properly, wouldnt admit they had made a mistake and simply communicate that so we could move on. When we asked to speak to someone else we were treated with nothing but disrespect and disgust and were told theres no one else but me...(jamie) so we asked about the owner and were told he is my dad and he wont care word for word. We will never use or recommend this company and have filed a case with BBB. - They will try to say that there was an unpaid invoice which is slightly true however they were not giving us the proper paperwork that we needed to get the invoice paid but we were trying. The office manager was combative and argumentative saying that she didnt understand why it was needed, but it was or we would not have asked for it. All of this was done via email so we attempted to call to speak with them personally she was still very rude ever more so, we asked if there were someone else we could speak with that was willing to work together as we were ready and willing to pay said invoice we simply needed specific documents from them to do so as a new vendor. she said nope Im it We simply asked if there was a way we could speak with the owner her response was and I quote its my dad and he wont care. Then she hung up. Epitome of unprofessional.
