Of the three times Ive been there in the last year or so, the inventory has been good, but the employees are never pleasant to deal with.Edit: Im seeing a lot of other reviews about how helpful and nice the staff are. This may be true of certain people, and I dont mean to criticize the employees as a group. I appreciate those who try.

Has the best coupon rewards of ANY of the part stores...And I have never received bad service here either

Good at getting parts you need

I had called ahead for my brakes to make sure they had them. When I got there my brakes was at the register. Very nice employees. Clean store.

Staff are pretty knowledgeable about their job. Pretty good prices and they price match if you find it cheaper somewhere else. This is my go-to parts store in the area.

Got what parts we needed at a good price and was able to install there with tools they provided.

I went to the Warsaw store and had 4 people tell me to go to another person and the last one was to busy eating to help like the others. I said I should go nextdoor and was told go for it. I will never do business here and will never recommend this store. Tryed to call in the complaint but after 45 minutes on hold I see what this company thinks of customers

Guy at the desk was not friendly nor helpful, but the guy next door at O’Reilly’s was very nice and incredibly helpful. I’ll not waste my money at a place with rude employees when there’s several auto parts stores in town and a great one right next door!

I was visiting from Florida and my battery had gotten shot from the weather and these guys went above and beyond to get it taken care of for me. The store manager is David, him and his team did a great job! Highly recommended!

Went to buy a battery sold me a used one for 90$ refurbished and on my way to work it dies great service guys I want a new one ill b in to get my refund or actually have a new one in the box thanks but no thanks

Warsaws advanced Auto has got the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with.
