One hour of labor at $52 to replace two $48 air filters for a ten-year old car stretches my imagination, but many things do in the current economy. However, I think we will have routine maintenance done outside the dealership in the future.
They dont answer any questions about a vehicle youre interested in via their website. All they want you to do is come in. I spent a week trying to get some answers on a vehicle they had for sale, and got nothing but run around. Its a sellers market right now. The attitude of Toyota of Warsaw is obviously reflecting that. I will choose to do business with dealerships that still value a back-and-forth negotiating effort with potential buyers. I would have had a vehicle from this dealership a week ago, or perhaps tomorrow, if they hadnt been so indifferent to a buyers concerns.
Did a fuel pump recall on my Tacoma. Received the truck back and the fuel door was misaligned and wouldn’t open without rubbing the bed and scraping off paint. They promised they would get it taken care of “in about 2 week when parts come in”. 2 months later they still have not called to take care of the problem. And this isn’t the first time they have “ordered parts” for me and never received them.It’s funny I don’t have any missed calls from Toyota of Warsaw. Full mailbox or not the calls would come in and show as missed. I got a text message the day after posting this.
I traveled from Fort Wayne to a dealership that had Toyota Of... before the city because theyre closely aligned with Toyotas corporate standards. Nearly an hour drive away, but it was worth the drive, because when I arrived the service advisors were friendly and efficient, and my car was done with the 5K service in about 45 minutes. I was in and out in a total of an hour, and I was able to schedule this service by their website instead of calling, so it was very convenient. They didnt try to sell me additional service or anything, just did what I came for them to do. The lobby and the sales floor were clean, well maintained, and pleasing to the eye. They obviously spend money on customer care. For my first visit, I definitely give it the whole 5 stars.
Went this morning to work out a deal, and we did. Whenever you go to a dealership, you just want to be treated fairly and as honestly as possible. There is usually some negotiating, as to be expected. Overall the staff and owner were courteous and professional. If someone is looking to buy or sell, would have no qualms about sending them there to look.
Being a part of Toyota family from years, I regret visiting to Toyota of Warsaw for my cars servicing. I wish there was anything like negative rating that i could give for my experience.I hope you do not overcharge your other customers in future for service you provide and as you said you should definitely consider your service and repair pricing policy.I hope you get better with honesty. I hope Toyota of Warsaw realizes its quality of service and keep up to the Toyota standards.I guess thats lots of hope there but I think thats all I could do after my recent experience!!I did agree when I was told that your team will fix the issue and it will cost $135. I expect honesty in informing me that fixing means clearing code, soldering, and tape the wires which would be 1 hour of labor. Despite my car being 3 months old (2021 model) with a warranty and doing my servicing with you at that time and still, you charge me for labor to solder and tape the wires. Just so you know your service advisor already gave me a heads up regarding the issue when dropping the car and it was not a surprise for your team. I do not see any transparency when you charge me 1 hour of labor to just solder and tape the wire, and not informing me about what you actually mean by fixing the issue.
Tony was amazing when I called I basically begged to get an appointment to get a recall fixed on my car asap and he fit me in the next day. Everyone was amazing. Best service department Ive ever dealt with.
Called about getting a tail light fixed, Troy was very helpful and said I might have a few minutes to wait before they could get it in. All total was there 25 to 30 minutes.. great experience and dealership!!

So I had a 2 year or 25,000 deal with Toyota and they changed at 5,000 then 10,000 then 15000 then 20000 but when I went in @ 24973 for my last one they said it didn’t need until 30,000 and only rotated tires- so how come had been 5000 miles before- cheap didn’t want to do one more free one that was promised. Matter of principle will never do anymore business there or recommend them to anyone
I was looking for a Toyota Highlander and Caleb was very friendly and helpful. I wanted a specific color and for it to be a 7 seater. He told me they could look around other Toyota dealerships and let me know when they found what I wanted. I thought it would be at least a week or two but after 2 days he let me know they already had it for me. So I was excited that they were able to get one so fast. I would definitely recommend them!

Troy, the Service Manager is very polite and professional. When you follow their online instructions everything is very organized. If youre the first service of the day (7:30 am), they open shop promptly at 7:30 am.

I had a good experience, goodhelpfulstaff nice clean waiting room, Heres the issue I thought for 125 I would get a complete check of all system but it just hadcide reader .I thoughtmaybe visual ya kn tire tread fluids system checks . He did get dashlights off but when I asked to replace both actual headlights he just charged 60.00 to replace a couple bulbs. As far as I recall no bulbs were outDidnt notice they were the same cracked headlight til I got home . Next time Ill go to my regular service guy .I thought toyota was a special auto with special needs .not so anyone could do what they did .auto parts can scan codes for free
Our experience dealing with everyone at Toyota of Warsaw exceeded our expectations. All of the folks involved answered all of our questions promptly, kept the process moving as quickly as these things can even while in the midst of multiple computers upgrades. There was little to no sales pressure that seems to be prevalent in today’s environment.We would not hesitate to recommend Toyota of Warsaw if someone is looking to purchase a vehicle.

The scheduling, automotive department and service time for the fuel pump recall were impeccable! The only complaint I have is that my 2019 Highlander no longer smells like a new car, that we worked super hard to keep. It now smells so strongly of gasoline that I cannot ride in it without it irritating my asthma.

Made a 7:30 oil change appointment which didn’t get done until 9:15. I was told that service techs don’t actually come until 8 which seems to defeat the purpose of making a 7:30 appointment.

I would rather had a root canal then go through what I did with the service dept. on this recall work. Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance so I was told for the parts to show up, drop my truck off and ask if I would need a rental vehicle, guy behind service desk said no itll be done that day. Well guess what..toyota calls at 3:30pm that day saying they dont have the leaf springs and left me scrambling to get to enterprise before they close 5 pm. while Im at work. This was wendsday..had to call them Friday instead of them calling me.. to find out my spring parts were sitting in Phoenix Arizona..they had no tracking number and had no idea when it would show up. One day turned into 9 days. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.
Cory worked very hard for us to find the truck we wanted. He was very pleasant and listened to what we were looking for. Cory was very honest and up front about our vehicle and he kept his word.We are very impressed with his service.

I had bought a Toyota Tundra from another dealership in 2016. My experience with the other dealership was horrendous. When that relationship dissolved, I chose Toyota of Warsaw to perform my maintenance on my 2016 and just recently bought a 2021 Tundra due to the trust I have in their service department. Good guys.
I went in to buy a brand new Sienna from Warsaw Toyota and I knew what my trade was worth. The salesman took my Sienna and pulled it up to a window and after the manager or whoever was in the office got my mileage from the sales person then brought me a lease price, and since I had already did my lease and purchase payment estimations from the Toyota website, I questioned what my trade in value was. They offered me 10k for a 2014 Sienna SE with just over 65,000 miles and tons of options like an entertainment package, moonroof, etc. He asked me what I wanted and I said around 16k and he smirked and said you want us to pay retail? I said no I want you to pay fair market value. So after that I asked for my keys and went looking at Jordan Toyota. Not only did they give me $16,515 for my trade based on the Kelly blue book instant offer, but they found the exact color and all the options we wanted and sold it to me at invoice pricing and we also got the current incentives. I am so upset with how I was treated I was willing to drive an hour each way to buy from Jordan Toyota and I will continue to drive there for my service. I am a loyal Toyota customer and have owned 10 Toyota’s, so they’ve lost a customer for life.

I have used the maintenance department twice and both times I’ve been misled. My car was in their shop for over 3 weeks. I called multiple times and kept getting the run around on when it would be ready. I was leery of returning but thought I would get them a second chance. They told me the work would cost $1200 but a $200 off coupon would be applied. When I picked up it was $1,400 and only $100 coupon was applied. Excuse for the discrepancy? A misquote. Be professional and get an accurate quote. It’s going to take 3 weeks or cost $1400? Ok, tell me that to start with. I won’t be going back or singing them any praises.

I brought a 2010 Toyota Venza from Toyota of Warsaw two years ago I put 10,000 miles on it drove it easy the transmission started acting up so I took it to Toyota they said the transmission fluid is black. Well I’m thinking they done a bumper to bumper check on the car like they advertise on all their used cars so I assumed they serviced the transmission apparently not. They said I need a new transmission $5800 instead of trying to work with me since I am a Toyota customer they did not . I said how much will you give me for it if I trade it in they said $125 LOL a $10,000 vehicle 2 years ago.Moral of the story is don’t go to Toyota of Warsaw
I bought my Tundra at another dealership and moved closer to Toyota of Warsaw. The other dealership was not the friendliest place and actually was rude to my wife at one point.Went to Toyota of Warsaw and they are super friendly and the service is top notch. So my next vehicle I will be buying there as well continual service.

Horrible costumer service! We asked if we could have a co-signer from a different state and they said no. We called the Jeep dodge Chrysler and they said it was no problems. So we ended up buying a brand new charger from them.

We are shopping around for a mid size truck. So all we wanted was to test drive the Tacoma as we still needed to test drive two more brands that were in our final cut. Sales person Jana Gill did not pressure is to buy on the spot. She did represent her brand well. At the time of this writing we havent finished our testing, but the Tacoma is still on the list for consideration. Its a fine truck.

Our Prius broke down on the tollway in Indiana. Our insurance company insisted on towing to the nearest Toyota dealer and am I glad. We worked with Troy and he was very knowledgeable and professional while at the same time being very personable. Our Prius was fixed under warranty, so no cost and very speedy service. Couldn’t be happier.
Very disappointed in the quality of work from service department. Got an oil change and had to take the car back twice due to oil leak. I cannot afford to do this everytime I get my an oil change. Unacceptable.
I went to test drive a car and was prepared to purchase it but I had such a bad experience with Cody as our salesperson, I couldnt stay and give them my money. The whole time we were there, Cody acted as if we were a bother to him. Then when we questioned the price saying that even the carfax said it was priced lower was listed. That because of covid-19 there isnt a lot of used car inventory and that they had to pay more than what the car is worth because of lack of supply. In turn, he wanted me to eat the extra $2,000 for a car that they made a poor investment on. I am not paying for your mistakes Cody. Not only that, you are incredibly rude. If he does continue selling vehicles there, you might want to teach him about social relationships and how to not come off as an arrogant...
Unfortunately my Tacoma prerunner runs worse now after new plugs, air filter and an oil change. Ill be bringing it back later this week to discuss this with the service department. If they actually test drove it before returning it to me they would notice how poorly its running. Disappointed.
