My first visit. Shop was uncluttered and well-organized. Service was efficient; no promises made that could not be kept. I got an honest, professional appraisal, and the appraisal was free. I will go back, if and when I need that type of service again.

From another city I had to organize getting my sons car towed there and getting it fixed. I didnt have any problems at all. They were highly recommended by others in the town, and I understand why. They were very professional and got the job done on time. I hugely appreciate them helping me out.

I am very disappointed with the service that I received at this branch. In early October, 2015 I had the transmission rebuilt in my 2003 GMC Safari. Immediately after this was done I started having issues with the transmission, I took it back to them and explained in detail what it was doing. They said it wasnt transmission. It continued to happen and even tripped a trouble code that indicated shift problems. They did replace shift solenoids and sent me on my way. However, it continued to exhibit the symptoms, so I took it back (for the third time) and this time they had it for four days and used up a 1/2 tank of gas. They said it sort of did what I said, but it wasnt related to the transmission. Finally I took it to another mechanic and they said it was absolutely related to the transmission! I called the shop back and they could care less, they stood by their claim that it wasnt transmission. I now have to drive 45 minutes away to another Russ Moore branch in hope that they can identify the problem and honor the warranty.They werent rude, I just dont think they know what they are doing. Ive had to get rides, borrow vehicles, and basically be without my van for an entire month. Im now going to have to rent a car and spend money on gas to take it to a further shop. This is not how you do customer service, I will not be returning and recommend that if you have transmission problems, you avoid the Warsaw, Indiana Russ Moore Transmission Specialists.

I stopped in there to get a transmission leak fixed on my way through this small town. They we too busy to help but the guy gave me 2 quarts of fluid FREE to top off my truck so I could make it to a different shop. Not often business do that any more. If I lived here I would definitely trust them with my vehicle.

This place is absolutely terrible. I called Monday to get an appointment to have my Prius transmission looked at. I told them it was a Prius and they took that information when they made my appointment. Today I go to drop off my car (after taking the day off because my job requires that I have a car to transport clients) and he says they don’t work on Prius. I asked why they didn’t tell me on the phone when I made the appointment and he said he didn’t know. If they are this dishonest about what cars they serve, how dishonest are they on the work they do on cars?
