I took my car to be serviced at Global Auto after the starter failed. After the diagnosis they confirmed the starter was the issue. The quote to replace my starter with a new one was $1150! I declined and asked what my charge for the diagnosis was, and they wanted $138 just for diagnosis, even BMW dealerships diagnosis are cheaper than that.After doing some of my own research a brand new Duralast starter for my car is $173 at Autozone this means they are marking up their parts roughly 100% to get to the $400+ price they were going to charge me for the part. They also over estimated the hours the job would take telling me it would be 3.5 hours at $138/per hour. Online most forums will tell you this is a 2 hour job with the correct tools. I decided not to proceed with the work at Global Auto due to the OUTRAGEOUS COST!I feel like since I had my car towed to this location they thought they had the work locked in no matter the cost. Beware before towing your car here I would be sure to get your estimate first.

We dropped the car off on Tuesday with the anticipation of being complete on Wednesday. Close to the end of Wednesday, we still had not received a call so my husband called and they said they hadn’t even started it and it would be done Thursday by end of day. I called back to confirm about 3pm and was told they were halfway done and it would be ready by end of day. I called back at 5pm and no one answered the phone (they close at 5:30). Now it is Friday and I just called and was left on hold for 11 minutes. I called back and was told they ran into issues and it should be done by end of day. No apology for keeping me on hold for so long. Now I’m expected to call them at 4:30 to follow up. Not ONCE did they call us to give an update. No apology for their lack of communication. Will never use them again and do not recommend to anyone else. Their lack of communication is a definite sign of how much they value their customers.

OK theyre a bit expensive I wouldnt use them for everything, but I would if I won the lottery. Very helpful completely competent low pressure and where else can you get a loaner anymore? And wait the lottery comment doesnt mean theyre incredibly expensive just a bit

They did an awesome job replacing the alternator so my murano had enough power to run everything! Replaced radio component so I could listen to tunes again! They did an awesome job! Clean and excellent work! So glad my sis in law told me about them. So respectful and called to keep me posted on how they were doing and how much it would be, so no surprises! A great place for car repairs!

I found plenty of great google reviews for Global Auto and took my 2006 Saab to them with a very detailed description of what was going on. Im 45 minutes from them but after talking to Alan was confident they could fix the car. They had my car for 4 weeks and billed me $5200. I took the car home and it was doing the exact same thing. They came and got the car and had it for another 4 weeks and told me it was done. I picked it up the second time and it was doing the exact same thing which was an issue of it not starting after driving it and then parking.I talked to Alan on the phone and asked for my money back based on the fact that they did not solve my PRIMARY issue. He told me that solving these issues was rocket science and my only option was to bring it back in a third time.I found that unacceptable and we went to small claims court. Never in 30 years of owning a vehicle have I been ripped off before but I believe this was an absolute ripoff. I would never consider doing any business with Alan and Global Auto. I understand my issue was difficult, but to be charged $5200 and then having it 8 weeks for it not to be fixed is nuts.

This is a great place to get your car fixed. They always do a fantastic job and they always keep in touch and keep you updated if anything comes up. Everyone at the front desk has an ecstatic and optimistic attitude. Ive been to several other places in my life, but this one tops all of them. They are also descriptive on what the issue is and do a great job explaining it.

Kind, respectful, thorough, and competent. I like that he teaches at the high school and that the Post Office trusts them with their vehicles.

As a Christian woman Im ways grateful when dealing with fair and honest people. They were very professional and had extremely advanced knowledge of older model cars. Very much a blessing for me.

Appointments are available quickly. Staff is friendly and very helpful. I was able to speak with an employee to get details about issues with my car. Staff members were willing to take time and discuss fully/answer questions. Will continue to use Global Auto for future car needs and oil changes.

I only take my car to Global Auto when it needs work. They do a great job for a reasonable price. When possible, they have turned my car around same day. They always call and let me know what work needs to be done, tell me the price up front, and confirm what I want done before starting. Would definitely recommend.

Ive visited Global Auto twice in the past couple weeks: Once for a PPI and alignment, and second time for oil and brake flush. Global was very thorough on the PPI, and corrected a poor alignment. I did notice, after the first alignment, the steering wheel was not quite straight. When I asked to tweak for perfect center, Global perfected it with no question. My second visit was flawless- oil change and brake fluid flush for less than half the cost of the dealer. Best of all, they are local.Thanks Global!

I dont see it as very professional to schedule an interview that you forgot about and then make them sit there for another 45 minutes after you already knew that they were there for the interview that they scheduled because they cant stop chit-chatting with someone else. So if thats how they treat potential employees I can only imagine how they treat customers

Excellent services & communication. I took both of my Mercedes Benz, a 14 CLA 250 & a 10 GL450 for services here. Both of the cars runs well after servicing here. I used to get servicing through Fort Wayne Mercedes, but due to their super cramped availability, I took a chance here at Global Auto. I’m usually skeptical about taking my cars to a non Mercedes Benz servicing place. Well, but I’m glad I took a chance here at Global Auto. They deliver just the same way how other MB servicing shop. Once my car is done, I’ll receive a text from them, then when I arrive to the shop they’ll give me a print out on all the detailing services they did ob my cars. Except they don’t have a loner car for me & or will wash my car & vacuum the inside. But, hey a few hundred dollars less on the cost, I’m so willing not to have the extras. I highly recommend this shop for everyone!! Hands down they are 100% reliable. I’m a happy customer. Thank you Global Auto!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, reasonable prices. If you need an oil change while youre there for other service items, get it while youre there, as full-synth oil changes are half what the local chains are asking. Euro is their specialty, but they service a wide variety of imports. Great independent shop, will definitely return for all of my service needs. You guys are awesome!
