Sold me a $17,222.93 vehicle that was not approved to be sold. Had to drive a rental vehicle after purchasing the car, after picking my car up they would not address the issues on the vehicles transmission or tune up. I would not recommend this car company to anyone, I had to come out of pocket after purchasing the car to address issues that were wrong with the vehicle.

I drove from Kalamazoo to Warsaw because these guys had the best deal on the bike I wanted. 4 hour round trip well worth it! The savings and customer service was amazing. If your in the area or willing to make the drive from wherever stop in and ask for Robert you won’t be disappointed.

When I first walked in I thought they would be professional especially with all the good reviews. Well unfortunately I should have listened to bad. Decided to trade in my Cadillac since I was making decent money working 2 jobs and going to college. I told them I was in school down in Florida and they offered me 1300 for my 05 Cadillac. That was pretty much the standard offer around warsaw. Looked around other places but came back to them since I couldnt get another car I wanted. Thats when it went down hill. I went in took a year old car that I really didnt want because of price. They had me sit there for 3 hrs until they closed because I didnt have one pay stub and couldnt get a copy because my bosses were dealing with lunch and dinner rush. Told them I left the title in my room down in fl which I had the registration in my car and the other dealership I went to said no problem just mail it. Them NO You have to either give us the title now or pay us to get it. That was lesser of an annoyance since I can understand. They had trouble processing my payment due to machine and said they would charge me on monday. Ok I could of been back in Fl and mailed it by then. Then they email me for a bunch of information that I could have given them while I was sitting there. They send me the contract a month later demanding I send it within the next 2 days. I had already signed when I put my down payment on looked through the paper work everything was legit. The new one they sent me was a ripoff. They only gave me 100 trade in credit for the Cadillac after the original said 1300. When I called and complained they threatened to call the cops and report the vehicle stolen unless I brought it back that evening or signed the contract. Then they had the chief of warsaw police call and threaten me. When someone left a bad review the next they called text and emailed me just to threaten me to take it down.Tldr workers and owner are a bunch of crooks who will threaten you with the police if you dont like them ripping you off or exposing the truth

8/25/2020 - I just got my 500 mile service done. I had no issues. They were nice, friendly, and all went well.I had a good experience on Saturday, 5/30/20, when I went to the dealership looking for a Suzuki Van Van 200. They had a 2019 model with 1/2 a mile on it. I liked it, and I bought it.I had some issues when picking up the bike, but The Car Company made it right.

The staff that I dealt with at my visit here was great. They told me over the phone that they’d try everything they could to make sure I get approved for a vehicle before I travel an hour away from where I live, and that’s exactly what they did. On Saturday, May 30th, I stopped at the dealership looking for a Suzuki Van Van 200. I was greeted immediately, and shown a 2019 Van Van with 1/2 a mile on it. I put some money down and financed the rest. It was a pretty clean cut event as I knew what I wanted. All went well. While I did encounter some issues, such as my new bike not being wiped down or the tank being filled up when it was handed off to me, I received a phone call with a heartfelt apology. I wholly understand that mistakes can happen. What is important is when conflict is resolved effectively. The dealership is making everything right and more. I am impressed with the outstanding customer service I received during each step of my purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their service was not very good nor professional. The subaru I was sold had issues that arose about 2 months after purchasing the car so by that point I was left with a vehicle I couldnt drive. Each time it would act up or break down Id take it to the service center and after 6x attempts they told me they didnt know what was wrong with it.Do not.. I repeat.. do not buy a vehicle from this company. I wish 100% I never would have.

They have a wide selection of what look to be good cars. The sales manager took offense though when I asked permission to take a car I was interested in to my mechanic (puffed out chest, hands on hips). Turned out that in spite of the Certification the brakes did need replaced. After waiting around for 30 minutes for an improved offer, I was given a print off what was on the website with a payment schedule. There was no lower price offered.Id give this place a solid meh

During the sale process, they took the car to be cleaned and prepped for us to take. The entire process was painless, speedy, and I have to say enjoyable. Went in looking for an SUV. Wanted to trade my other vehicle in for a newer vehicle. Even though it would put me upside down on my new purchase. Was skeptical on what kind of deal they would give me on my trade. I had been to another dealership and they did not want to give me much for my trade. Plus kept giving me hassles about which bank to use for my loan. This other dealership wanted to bump my payment up way more than I was willing to pay or to be comfortable with. The sales person at the other dealership kept reassuring me that he would give me a good deal. First day I was at that other dealership, I waited around for 3 hours for them just to say, we are trying to get you the best rate possible. It was getting way to late in the evening for me to spend any more time at that dealership, so the sales person told me to just drive the new vehicle home and he would have the deal ready to go by tomorrow. So I did. Went back to that dealership and waited another 4 hours to just end up leaving frustrated and angry. They just did not want to listen to what I was telling them or asking them. Trying to put me into a vehicle that was way out of my budget.I was not looking forward to going to another dealership anytime soon. But thought I would get on the internet and check one more time for a different auto dealer. Happened to run across The Car Companys web site. Emailed them, got an answer back right away. Told them my situation and was told that they were sure they could help. Went in the next day. I am sure we all have our horror stories about a car dealership that we could talk about. But the moment I walked in I sensed an ease in the atmosphere. Cory came up to assist me and made me very comfortable. Was not pushy or rude. Listened to what I wanted to accomplish and in not much time at all (definitely less then 7 hours!) had me approved and test driving. Nick in finance was very helpful and quick in getting the paperwork done. Needless to say, I left with peace of mind and I am now driving a newer vehicle . I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone. And will do business with them in the future if need be.

My father came in and bought a 2010 Ford. Rick talked to me and asked if I was interested in anything and I explained what i was looking for. He pointed me at 1 vehicle and then to this 2004 Avalanche. They were really helpful at setting me up with my needs. Financing the vehicle went great. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful during the whole process from walking in the door to the final pricing and financing.

Told me everything was taken care of it wasnt I told them I worked 8 to 5 every day they kept calling me during work hours then when I didnt get back to them during work hours and I tried to after work and they didnt pick up they called my work and I got fired so now Im out of the vehicle and a job thanks to the car company and then not doing their job. All over bank statements that I had already bring in and they had copies of and I sent to the bank and they are still harassing me about it even though the banks had the paperwork for over a week so Ive returned the car.

This must be a place where they hire people without good sales experience and are dishonest. If I were the owner I would be embarrased to have employees who only care about the numbers and not the customers. If you want to run a business right you treat your customers right and provide quality products so they keep coming back and tell others to go there. Well guess what, dont waste your time. Their vehicles are over priced for having so many issues. I have friends and family who have bought vehicles that were dirty, didnt have fluids topped off, bad tires, etc. If you want to sell as is then DISCLOSE ALL OF THE ISSUES. It looks better for the business to be honest about what is wrong with the vehicle and price accordingly than to lie and charge more than its worth.Dont waste your time or money going here.
