Honest and professional. I came here to repair my laptop and Milly helped me. She gave me an estimate on time and money and it was repaired and done before the three days she told me. I have another laptop that I need work done on and this is the place I’m bringing it because of the awesome service I received previously.

I needed my battery on a Dell XPS changed, and got the battery through amazon. However, one of the screws on my old battery was stripped, and I couldnt open it. I called PC Tech, and the phone was received by Mildred (goes by Mili). She was professional and kind, and said that if I can get it in soon, she would try to get it back to me before the store closed the same day! I dropped it off, had a very nice conversation with her, and then picked up the computer 4 hours later with the new battery - all for only $40! I highly recommend this place for your computer fixing needs! Mildred is wonderful, and this is a small business that deserves our support!

My 4yr old HP laptops screen turned Black with a statement that the hard drive was in immanent Failure! HP said they wouldnt have any in for 8 weeks! I was taking online classes so couldnt wait; I search Google, called, and this pleasant young lady answers and says, bring it in, it may not need a new hard drive. She cleaned up the viruses and its working better than the 1st day I purchased it! A new hard drive wouldve costs $164 and she only charged me $70! I dont remember her name unfortunately, but I recommend her business for all computer tech needs! She is proficient, polite, honest and responsive! THANK YOU😁😊

Came here to fix my refurbished MacBook. It cost me about $300 it was okay I just needed it for school but the screen was turning purple and the battery was terrible. Came here to just fix the screen and she told me it would be $35. It took about 3 weeks and she never called me I had to call them. When it was finally done she told me it was about $500 mind you just for the screen and it was a refurbished screen with a crack on it. My original screen had no cracks and mind you it was a $300 MacBook. I’m only 16 working at Wendy’s and she tried to scam me! I told her to just take the screen off and she told me to pick it up on Monday. Today is Monday and it’s still not ready.

This place is great and efficient. I break my iphone screen very often so I visit here frequently, but they get it done quickly. They fixed my laptop the first time I visited, great prices and knowledgable.Very honest and hard working staff.

They saved me a lot of money, $180 for a new hard drive with windows 10 was way better than paying over $2000 for a new Alienware laptop. Brought it in before I went to work on Tuesday, they told me it might be done that day but I didnt need it till Wednesday, so Wednesday came, and my computer was done, at the quoted price. They were also able to salvage files from my old hard drive and didnt charge me extra.

Fantastic customer service. Replaced my iPhone screen and battery within 30 minutes. Phone works like new again. Very reasonable prices.

Phoned x3 asking for estimate to repair broken glass on my phone. Each time the employee took my phone number saying they will call back with the estimate. No return phone call x3. My last phone call to them was last week. Bad business there, imho.

Dropped my laptop off on a Tuesday with a boot up error. They said it should be ready by Thursday or Friday, theyd call me. Never heard anything, called the following Monday, the woman I spoke to said it wasnt ready yet but it should be ready tomorrow, theyd call me. Tuesday came and went, again no call. I was tied up Wednesday at work, so I called Thursday. Again, it wasnt ready but I promise it should be ready tomorrow. To make a longer story short. I went in the following Monday to demand my laptop back. After telling me someone was working on it, it turned to Im not sure its here. Finally after several minutes of excuses and me getting more and more irritated she magically found my laptop on a shelf three feet from where we were standing. When I asked for my $35 back she said she couldnt refund my money because it was listed as being serviced. So bottom line: it cost me $35 to park my laptop on a shelf in their store for 2 weeks and collect dust. Maybe theyre good at replacing cracked phone screens but if youre looking for actual technical help with a PC or Laptop, dont waste your time (or money). I will never go back there for anything.

My first time at PC Tech was a great experience. I only needed my cracked tempered glass screen replaced, however the last time I removed it from my phone, the entire digitizer came with it. I was nervous to try to replace it, explained that to the woman at PC Tech and she had a difficult time removing it, but did it. She kindly put my new tempered glass screen on perfectly, and then didnt even charge me. I will gladly recommend this shop (already have twice) to my family and friends.

I went there with a computer/guitar amp problem. It took a couple of hours but both the lady and gentleman got the interface between the 2 up and running. I think it might be the 1st guitar amp they dealt with but I left 100% happy....and relived.If I have issues in the future theyll be my 1st stopThank you very much guys. My laptop was acting real slow and I already had an anti-virus setup. I decided to take it to PC Tech in Warwick RI. they removed my hard drive and ran a diagnostic. They discover over 20 viruses which also got to my antivirus program. They were able to restore my computer and remove all the virus while updating my anti virus to a better version. Ever since my computer is like new. I am very happy with the great work they did at a affordable price. Thank you PC TECH!!!!!!!

So I was a little dubious of the all 4 and 5-star review at first but I decided to try them out because they also have another location. I am so glad I did. The service was fantastic and the price really cant be beat. I worked with Millie and she was great - very knowledgeable and nice to work with. In addition, not only did they fix the problem but they defragged my computer, checked for viruses (found 2 despite my virus software), added better virus software and updated everything. This was done in less than two days. Im thrilled Ive found them and will def use them again (but hopefully it wont have to be too soon!)

I searched a few phone repair shops in Warwick and I found PC Tech with better pricing and good response over the phone. I went in there, they fixed the screen in minutes and did a great job with nice customer service.

Went in today and George was very helpful.My laptop would turn on but wouldnt produce an image, even on an external monitor, so I knew it wasnt the screen. I figured it was the motherboard and I went in letting him know what I had figured out so far.George did a quick process of elimination, and took the RAM out and cleaned it; it turns out that was the problem, nothing big, they couldve taken it and charged me an arm and a leg but George was very helpful and didnt charge me anything for it.I will definitely be returning here for any future computer problems.

They fixed my cracked screen in less than 20 minutes. The replacement screen quality is excellent. Much better than the icracked service which broke in less than one week with no drops. Very friendly and easy to work with and the price was reasonable. Cant recommend enough.

Best place & people. I go to them for all my electronic issues. Today I left my cell it was the mic or main board. Unfortunately it couldnt be fixed, BUT he was so nice he didnt charge me the fee for checking the device, then he gave me a refund. I didnt want him to but he said youve been a customer a long time I wont take the money, I wasnt able to fix it thats NOT something ppl do in big chains like Geek Squad! Ty for all you did today.
