Ive been going to this little kiosk in the Warwick Mall by the food court for many years. Ive checked around area cell phone fix stores and nobody beats their price. They also have phones for sale at a reasonable price and accessories. The staff is very kind and courteous.While you wait to have your phone fixed, you can grab a bite to eat watch TV or go shopping...cant beat that

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at the location in the Warwick mall; Ed was warm and welcoming, striking up casual conversation as soon as he spotted us. It was an inviting experience as it made me feel more secure in the knowledge he had with the products he was selling. In addition to this, because i was buying a new phone screen protector as well, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently he was able to secure it in. Awesome customer service. Had a broken phone brought it there and mike the owner personally fixed my phone fast. He was extremely professional and honest. Send everyone you know there with a broken phone.

We brought a tablet to get fixed here and the screen started popping off not even a week later. Shortly after the screen ended up getting one diagonal crack because of the lifting. Honestly I should of left it with cracks it had because now one of the screen sides is black.

Owner is very professional and helpful, takes care of his customers and helps when something goes wrong after a purchase. Very grateful for the help in getting the screen replaced after damage and even after a few little bugs here and there.

Great people here as always - no matter who I’ve dealt with they are always courteous and knowledgeable about what they sell/fix. I went there the other day to buy a new iPhone X and got a steal on it - today there was an issue and I couldn’t use the phone so I went back and they fixed it for me within 20 minutes for no charge while fixing someone else’s phone in the process. I’d go back to them over and over for anything I need they’ve been wonderful!

They do not honor their repair warranty. My sisters phone was returned and days later the touch screen stopped working.They claimed it was not there problem.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO FIX YOUR PHONE! They will rip you off with cheap parts, bad service, and a “fake” warranty! Stick to buying cases from this place...

I bought a phone for my mother that never worked. First, she could not make calls or receive them. I returned to the store and the man there was rude and unapproachable. He didn’t even want to look at it. I insisted the phone didn’t work so he had an other lady that worked with him make the adjustments to the phone. The phone never worked correctly after, calls were dropping. I ended up giving my mom my old phone which is working well. Never again would I purchase anything here.

I brought my phone here to get my phone screen replaced after I cracked it. Ben fixed my phone and it came out flawless! He was so kind and really knew what he was talking about. He even convinced me to get a screen protector. I have already started highly recommending Accessory City and Ben to all my friends!

If you care about your money, time, and respect then you will not get your phone repaired here. They WILL rip you off! I had a really bad experience here and everyone i know that has used this place for cell phone repairs in there life time had a similar bad experience too.

Came here to have my iPhone5 fixed. The guy doing it had a GET CURRENCY tattoo across his forearm so that shouldve been my first clue not to hand over my phone. He took about 40 minutes to do it wrong and then try doing it again. Sent me on my way with a warranty. Shortly after I realized that i couldnt hold the phone up to my face for a call anymore without hitting facetime/mute/all the buttons on my phone. About a week later my screen became less and less responsive. I went to answer my phone and dragging my finger firmly across the screen was enough to crack it in one place and turn the entire screen black. I called to see if theyd replace the screen and they told me no BECAUSE OF THE CRACK that only happned BECAUSE OF THEIR CRAPPY JOB. Also should mention the screen itself always felt extremely cheap and bulky. These guys clearly have no idea what theyre doing. You may think youre getting a good deal but youre better off spending more at a place that actually knows what theyre doing. My phone is completely trashed now far worse than it was before I had them fix it.

Awful place, never get your phone fixed here. Customer service was extremely rude and seemed miserable, very impolite. 2 days after my iPhone 6 screen was fixed for a fairly expensive price, the touchscreen became completely unresponsive. It hadnt been dropped at all and not a scratch was on it. brought it back and they refused to fix it, said the warranty didnt cover theyre bad job. Go somewhere else.
