We have used parmentier auto body numerous of times now over the years (we don’t have good lucky with accidents haha). When I was tboned in my suburban in 2018 I couldn’t have asked for better people to be on my side. They held us through the whole mess of insurance (from the other driver) and them fighting us. They totaled our suburban and tried to tell us they weren’t paying to store it at parmentier but hadn’t sent out a check yet for the totaling of it. Naturally I started freaking out and terry assured me not to worry. They basically handled it all for me. They barely made any profit. Some storage fees. No work was done bc it was totaled. But never did they make me feel bad. They couldn’t have taken care of us better. They had worked on our car before that and it was absolutely perfect. They worked on our yukon after the suburban from a tiny little collision from an ice storm, once again PERFECT!! Handled everything. It was so smooth and unstressful. Just did another smaller job on our Yukon (told you we have horrible luck hahaha) and they just did above and beyond. I can’t thank them enough for always taking care of us. We need frequent flyer miles now lol. I will never go anywhere else. HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for anything. Big or small. They have your back. Thank you once again to everyone at parmentier. Just got our Yukon back today and even during this super stressful time you made things easy.The Koch Family 😍

I had minor damage to the front of my Honda Accord. Parmentier had the lowest estimate, easy off hours check-in, and when I called to see if it was going to take another day, the owner said that my vehicle was just coming out of wash, and I could pick it up NOW! Excellent service, excellent repair, excellent price!
