DP was awesome to work with. He is going to keep it honest with you and not nickel and dime you like some auto shops will. He is very helpful and was able to fix an issue and find another and make sure I didn’t get ripped off working with the dealership. 10/10 recommend this place if you’re looking for a place that cares about your car, your time and your customer experience!

We had a problem with our car on our way to a trip! D.P was a savior! We had a problem with our tire and D.P was very professional and charged a fair price for the service! I recommend!

Had left side studs and hub replaced. Prior to that I had brakes but afterwards had no brakes and replaced brake hose myself. After two weeks the wheel came off again, bad bearings. Metro left out key parts. Wont patronize again. Bad Boy

The owner DP is very honest and charge you for what it worth to save you money. My tire popped and i didnt have enough money and thought i would go broke before next pay check and i was surprise i got fast service and good used tire for my car for cheap too. I will recommend if you dont have money for new tires check this out.

Extremely rude over the phone! Didn’t answer my calls had to have the tire shop gentleman give mechanic a call. Misdiagnosed what was wrong with my vehicle!!! Overall experience a -1.

I been dealing this place for last 2 years, did my alternator for 2018 ford transit van, dealer was asking $1050 with 1 year warranty, metro did it for half price for $575 with life time warranty.I get new and used tires from Metro sometime for $35 amazing, try this place its worth it.

Wow 24 hour and very friendly prices got 20 inch tire for $60 where other places around were all $100 and got my tail lights fixed for $85.I got pulled over by cop with no tail lights, went to few other places they could not find electrical problem, checked all fuses,Metro did it in few hours, i would recommend this place 24/7,nice job done.

Came to Metro Auto to replace a flat tire. I was the only customer there and was serviced right away. However, my husband whose a mechanic inspected my tire that night and found the replacement tire to be very poor quality with non existent thread. Save your money and go to another tire shop.

Nothing if not efficient. In and out with a flat tire in 20 minutes with no appointment at 9pm.

These guys are life savers. I waited in line at another 24/7 for almost an hour, didn’t know that place existed. I got in and out in less than 15 minutes. Thumbs up!

Dont trust this shop for car repair or tires. The mechanic and owner watches you tube videos to try to diagnose the car and repair and cant get it dont on time. If he lowers the price it means he isnt doing a part of the repair. Dont get taken for a ride for thousands of dollars like I did.

Very rude on phone and wouldn’t answer my question and said was very busy and hung up on me. Not a great customer services skills over phone! Smh!

Rain or snow, place was open 24/7 for real, had flat in 1 feet snow,got tire for $45,saved my life in the snow.Thank you guys.
