Rachel needs to be let go. This lady followed me out into the parking lot harassing me for NOTHING!! I literally stood in line for 5 minutes why she stood there talking to some random guy who wasn’t buying anything. I waited my turn and didn’t say a word until she followed me outside. Get better employees

Rachel, the blonde that works at night, cussed me out & followed me into the parking lot, throwing her hands in the air like she was trying to fight me. I literally hadn’t said a word to her. Not sure how she has a job in customer service. I come here every singe day, multiple times a day & if nothings done, I won’t be back. This was so beyond unprofessional!!

This is ZX and actually a nice one. I cant believe that is a sentence that is not misleading or just false but it is the full on truth. The soda fountain doesnt have a swarm of fruit flies around it, the floors arent sticky, and the cashier actually greets people with sincerity. Not the norm, especially compared to the zx on Hawkins in Fenton. They should come see how things are done.

I use to be a regular here my mom was trying to buy lotto tickets 1 day and she did not have the money to pay for it so i was going to till i found out she was buying 100 dollars worth of tickets then i said nope and they will no longer do business with me cause i refused to pay for her lotto tickets
