I was wandering thru the store, couldnt find the ball cap washers. Ran into employee Rachel. She took me right to where the item should have been but they were not on the shelves. I thanked her and continued shopping. In a few minutes Rachel found me, told me she had found the item online and could order it and have it shipped directly to my home. Thank you Rachel for going above and beyond!!

Clean store but they have tries to cram a lot of product into a small space and it limits you. Employees are great and it was an ok shopping experience, it just felt like they were sticking things everywhere possible.

Such great finds, things you cant get anywhere else. More options on small appliances. Good prices! Friendly, helpful staff. Clean.

Can I say the Washington, UT Bed, Bath, & Beyond has the best on phone customer service. I needed a Cedar Wood Plank to smoke my salmon on. She checked the computer, inventory, put me on holdto leave her office to look on the floor of the store. She warned me it was a seasonal item but woulddo her best. When she came back on the phone, she wasn’t able to locate one but gave me three referrals of where I might find them.

I am in a tough spot here. I often shopped at Bed Bath & Beyond. Its a great place for a confused husband to find a nice gift for his wife.But I wont be back, ever. BB& B quit carrying My Pillow products because of the personal views of Mr. Lindell, its owner. My views are similar to his, therefore I no longer feel welcome at Bed, Bath, & Beyond.

Love the quality, and they will almost always give you 20% off everything if you ask at the checkout. Plus, I really love the soft UGG stuff. I could sit there and run my hands over it all day long. ❤

The staff are helpful, even if prices are a bit high.

They do not respect health reasons or Heppa. They do not want to serve us. Their manager is a hard core liberal, that doesnt know only 9000 deaths were actual Covid deaths. She doesnt understand that we can sue them for 40,000 for dismissing health reasons for not wearing a mask and refusing service. For shame. It is like they do not want to serve us. They do not have what is on the site. They are a worthless employment building that nobody wants to go into.

Always find what I want

All I wanted to do was go in and shop for home goods because I just bought my first house and was really excited. Me and my boyfriend had to leave because we couldnt wear masks. We told the associate that we cant and I gave my legitimate reasons and my boyfriend has breathing problems. She first told me I could wait outside or order online then told him he had to wear one. Its 112 degrees outside and I needed to look around and its more expensive online.This made, what should have been an exciting and fun part of home buying, unpleasant. I know it isnt the employees fault, they are being forced like so many others. This is wrong and needs to stop, change your policy back to customer choice and you might get me and my families business again.

Dont spend 10 minutes or even an hour here looking for the stuff you need Because by the time you get to the register the dumb register wont even use your card because their system is slow or doesnt work.

I was happy to learn that the store had reopened, since I wanted to look for a new comforter. I rarely have any luck buying housewares online. I am one of those people who prefers to shop at brick and mortar stores so I can hold items, and judge for myself whether they will work for me. However, all that I saw was overpriced bedding, and there wasnt much to choose from, at that. I did buy a couple of new pillows, but I was quite disappointed in the lack of selection at the store. I hope they receive more inventory soon. I usually like shopping at this store, and hope it isnt forced to close, like so many other retail chains.

Looking for a new fry pan. Found one I liked that was on a sign in the pan isle. I went to the cashier who paged someone for help. After waiting for at least 15 minutes I ran down someone who worked there passing by. When I asked about the pan on the sign they said we dont stock it. Whats up with that? You need to ensure that what you post on signs in the store is carried in the store.

Since you dumped Mike Lindell, my pillow, I will never step foot in your stores, ever. Shame on you.

I love this store but I’m very disappointed in the homemedics portable humidifiers I bought there. I bought one for me and one for my sister. After a month they both started leaking and my humidifiers motor sounded like it was going to blow👎🏻. Total waist of money. I probably won’t buy a humidifier from here again.

What woman can honestly say they dont love this place. Ours happens to be in the same parking lot as In and Out and Best Buy so thats an added bonus. I love the store layout, its practically just a big circle you can literally cover the whole place in no time if you are in a rush but also if your slow and like to mosy about you can take your time up and down the aisles. They always have some cool contraption Ive never seen or heard of on the end caps or right in center aisle. We can always count on this stop to find a unique gift for friends and family. Staff is always friendly.

I have missed B.B. & B. store. I havent visited one since last year. So going in today we found some good bargains plus I had the BBB 20% coupon. Wish there was a store closer than Washington, Utah, but its still a great place to go and I will keep returning. Employees were very helpful and kind. Would give 8-10 stars if iunj could.

I wanted to purchase a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer. I looked online & at QVC for the best price. I had the discount coupon & it was on sale! I got exactly what I wanted for less than anywhere else. And I even got the color I wanted. I love the pick it out online then pick it up & pay at the store. So easy!

They have lots of good stuff. It gets a bit pricey but its good quality as well.

I bought something online on their website and went to the store to return it. The employees there were new and/or apparently didn’t know anything about the Bed Bath & Beyond return policies because they tried to deceive me into refunding my money to a gift card when clearly the packaging slip/receipt and their policy online says “Refunds with an original receipt or packaging slip will be refunded to the original method of payment” After about 40 minutes of discussing this with them they refunded me the correct way, but they were not pleased about it and made it seem like I was asking for something absurd. Maybe next time when you are working for a company be a little more informed of their policies instead of making your customers feel like they are wrong for returning something and expecting to get their money back instead of a gift card.

Very typical BB&B. Great selection of housewares, generally of excellent quality. Small kitchen appliances like blenders, toaster and so on. Towels and sheets along with pillows, curtains,etc. Plenty of parking, very helpful and friendly staff.

Love this store. Bought a comforter, bed spread and pillows to match at a reasonable price. There are so many things to purchase for your household. Some of it on the expensive side but look for the sales, coupons and discounts and you can land a good deal.

An excellent example of a strong brand. As is very common in this area, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We frequent it often, and its always a great experience.

Im not sure how this store is still in business. Its completely empty every time we go and their stuff costs way too much. We have a few gift cards here from our wedding and we still feel like their stuff is too big of a rip-off to spend our free money. Weird huh. Im a little bias tho cause Im a guy, so I naturally hate shopping and stores like this. My wife doesnt like it either tho and shes an avid shopper.

I bought a wedding gift here. They had just what I needed.

Fun place to shop, one can find tons of useful kitchen items and the as seen on TV items. They are a.little overpriced but you can always find good coupons it doesnt matter if they are expired.

A lot of useful items to help in the home. Employees are helpful in finding specific items.

Omg love this place always has great stuff to buy its my wifes kryptonite though cause once she gets going hard to stop here but always having sales on 3 wick candles and wall flowers also and just about anything in the store in on sale at one point or another always friendly staff there people have excellent attitudes even when some other people dont but all in all go here for all.you smelly good stuff that you may need!

This store will ripped you off by taking 20% off any returned items that you dont have a receipt. Please make sure you keep your store receipts. Just imagine all the thousands of people who returned gifts, broken Items etc who have misplaced, lost their receipts. The manager claimed its because they used coupons what a load of baloney crapped!! We have families and friends who have never signed up for their online coupons due to flooding of your emails with junk etc and we have showed the manager other receipts from other purchases not showing any coupons utilized. Avoid shopping here go to Costco 😀

Terrible customer service. The only time an associate asked if I needed help was just to inform me the store was closing in 15 minutes. My 2nd trip there was to return an item and possibly look for a replacement; however, was told I would have to come back because the store was closing in 10 minutes.
