Seldom has a sufficient stock onhand to fulfil student needs and has quite a steep markup compared to online vendors. They will not call when your book order is ready. The last time I went there an employee tried to sell me a teachers edition for my math course because it had all the answers in it? Its my understanding this happens all the time.Beyond the above circumstances, if you know exactly what you need and are proactive enough to not need it the same day, it gets the job done. Nonetheless, if you arent using a book voucher I recommend shopping elsewhere.

This bookstore is exceptional! The employees are kind and extremely helpful. Not to mention most are seasoned students seeming to cut down cost and getting you more of a bang for your buck when your Professor gives you long list of nothingness! Love this place! Full of items that are branded with the University of the District of Columbia logo includiiing APPAREL!!! Cant wait to revisit for my second semester!

Gave the young fella my class schedule to purchase the required text book. My UDC email wasnt set up yet, so I couldnt check the syllabus myself for the ISBN number. Didnt find out until I was able to access my udc emails, that I was given the incorrect book, smh. Book costs $133 dollars. I will be returning the book this Friday. I already purchased the rental from Amazon.
