I cant say enough good things about the team at this Jiffy Lube! My family and I were just driving through town on the way to California on I-15. We got off the freeway to gas up, and when I started the car again, I could immediately tell the car had issues. I almost panicked. We were REALLY hoping to make it to CA that evening. Thankfully, there was an auto parts store next door to the gas station, where I was able to diagnose the problem and buy the necessary part (a thermostat). When I asked if there were any mechanic shops open that day that could install it (it was a state holiday when a lot of places were closed), they unconditionally recommended this Jiffy Lube which, as luck would have it, was right next to the auto parts store! I was able to get the car over to the Jiffy Lube--barely. When I explained our predicament to the Jiffy Lube employees, they gladly jumped in and agreed to replace the faulty thermostat. We were extremely grateful! Within a couple hours, we were back on the road, and we made it to our destination that night as we had hoped! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

This team was awesome! They got me in immediately, and got things done quickly. On top of that my windows are now the cleanest they’ve ever been. I highly recommend this location.

Very attentive and helpful, I was very pleased with the service and recommendations. After my initial service I noticed that my car had an unfamiliar noise, I returned a few days later to have it checked out, thankfully it was only a piece of paper that had gotten sucked up into the air vent. They checked on the AC system and assured me that is all the was out of order with it. No charge and the service I did have done were discounted.💗 Thanks guys 😊

They were very fast to serve us and take great care. Last time I was in the worker I talked to was very impatient and seemed upset with me from the moment I walked in even though there was only one other car in the garage.. The two employees I came in contact with were very understanding, quick to help, and to recommend what would work best. I have always loved jiffy lube. Today was especially exceptional...they were able to fix my breaks even when I showed up an hour before they closed! They were efficient and super fast even with the large flow of customers they had. To top it all off they order smoothies for the employees and asked us customers in the lobby if they could order one for us!!! I mean who does that!! Amazing customer service guys!!

I was from out of town and needed an oil change. Staff was courteous and completed the oil change in a reasonable amount of time given how busy they were. However, the oil and filter change cost more than twice as much as it would cost at the dealer (yes, dealer) back home in northern Idaho. And the dealer back home even washes my van, puts a Next Service sticker in the upper left corner of the windshield AND they deliver the van back to me at my work. Jiffy Lube did not even wash my bug splattered windshield nor did they put a Next Service sticker on the windshield. Cost only becomes an issue when the value of the goods and services rendered fall well short of the price charged, which was the case in my experience at this particular Jiffy Lube.

This BIG Goofy kid with a shirt that didn’t have his real name, clearly a newly hired youngster. The service this kid, Brody provided us was the absolute BEST treatment and a certain level of trust and security just from a brief introduction. This kid has the full ability of being a great Manager probably before he even graduates school. Jiffy Lube should watch this one, he’s got potential and you can guarantee I will call from now on just to make sure he’s working when I go in.Thank Jiffy Lube

Buyers beware! If I could give less than 1 star I would. I found oil stains in my car, oil marks all over my car. No proper protection was used. Now I am not to sure my vehicle even got the oil change. It cost me $99 to fix the paint to my car and an additional $150 to remove the oil shoe marks in my car. On top of this 15 years ago I had a Subaru and they forgot to put a plug back in my rear differential and it cost me $2200 to fix and replace. I would think after a decade of not using Jiffy Lube they would get their act together at the Washington Utah location. I’m thinking not.

They were friendly, detailed and fast. I got my car oil changed but needed to change my transmission oil as well. The machine they use was broken and said they tried fixing it so I have to make another trip unfortunately more gas, time wasted. It’s not there fault but the equipment they were given. They offered me a 20 dollar coupon.Edit: Called back before leaving and they went to check on it 20-25 mins later no response they could’ve said we are still looking into it eventually hanged up. I think they just don’t want to do it. The initial response when I got there was unfriendly and I won’t be doing business with them ever again.

I had my oil changed here again. My air filter was improperly installed and the compartment was not sealed correctly. I noticed it after I had been driving for a bit and realized an unfamiliar noise coming from under the hood. The filter was basically shoved into the space where it goes, and was not seated properly. It was just carelessness. Please dont remove things from other peoples cars unless you know how to put them back properly.

I took my 1994 Toyota Camry in for an oil change on 6/10/21. The technition in the bay stripped the pan bolt. They sent my home and it leaked everywhere. I took it back in and they told me it would be $88.00 to re tap it and fix it wright. They wanted me to pay $40.00 of it to fix it which I unacceptable. They put in a self tapping bolt in it and there would be no more problems with it. When I got it home it leaked all over the place again. I asked them to fix it wright Saturday morning. They taped it an fixed it wright, I hope. Case #278269.

I’ve been to other Jiffy Lubes over the years but by far, jiffy lube in Washington,Utah is THE BEST! Excellent customer service, speedy and efficient work, and customer-centered!

Could not have had a better experience working with these guys for my wife’s car. Very friendly, upfront and honest with the repairs that were needed and will take care of you no matter what. Everyone working there was excellent, but Jacob the store manager, is seriously top notch. Definitely recommend taking your car here if you have any repairs!!

My girlfriend brought my car there to get a nail out of the tire, they came back saying they’re gonna have to replace it! (Which is fine) then she said okay! So then she waited for 1 hour...1 HOUR. And they came back and said okay so the tire machine is broken and we can’t fix it. THEY MADE HER WAIT AN HOUR FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING just to tell her they can’t do anything about it. Definitely not gonna go to this one ever again because it’s a huge waste of time! I suggest going to the one on River Road! They’re amazing!

I went to the Walmart auto center prior to this and waited in line 10 minutes without being greeted at all. I was in and out of my jiffy lube service within 15 minutes! Great customer service from the employees, great and quick service! I’d recommend to anyone.

I love this Jiffy Lube location. There is no non- sense with them trying to do add on sales. They are honest and get straight to the point. Also, they listen to what you want done and then do what you ask, without trying to talk you into other services. Its my favorite location for getting an oil change service!

They work really well as a team. Especially during a busy time of day. There were lots of cars at once and they didn’t have any slow down. I appreciate the info they keep on my vehicle from one oil change to the next.

I recently had an oil change. They failed to put the gasket back into my drain plug. The oil drained out of my car and my mechanic had to fix the issue. When I called to ask for a refund on the service (twice no less) I was told that I didnt need to have my mechanic fix it, that I failed to evaluate the oil leak quick enough and other demeaning statements. Poor business overall.

They are always kind and friendly the most important quick. They take care of all my needs even on short notice. Great pricing too!

Came in for a transmission seal change and top off (brought in the seal and transmission oil myself). They charged me and told me they changed the seal and topped it off. I got home and looked in the box and the new seal was still in there. They did not change the seal, and also did not put the old seal back on correctly. We left with friends for a few days, and I come back to see all of the transmission oil in our parking spot. (we have not even driven the car other than home from jiffy lube). I called and they said it was a misunderstanding, and that I would have to pay again if I want the seal put on. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Now all the transmission oil I paid for is gone. Do not use them, they barely even know how to work on cars. I just want the service I paid for done right.

I don’t usually love going to jiffy, but this location was amazing. So friendly, so fast (i was out in 20 minutes), and NO awkward attempts to get me to spend more money at the end. I wish the location in my home town were more like this one.

This oil change was probably the best and most impressive one I have had at Jiffy Lube. The men and women working on the car were efficient, they communicated so well with one another about what they were doing, and communicated well with me. They were friendly and also very conscientious about safety/Covid. I sat in my car during the oil change and so was able to watch everything they were doing. Great experience!

They lied to my face about needing repairs that they would charge over $600 for. The mechanic there told me that he needed to replace several parts - including the water pump, which I had replaced myself THE DAY BEFORE. I got a second opinion and the only thing that I needed to replace was the serpentine belt. That required only $30 and 20 minutes of my time. If that mechanic is representative of the rest of the business then I would never bring my business here.

They told me they took my timing belt of and it was melted and beyond repair. For an oil change.. Took to another mechanic nothing was wrong expect the case had been open and the belt had been losen. Someone try to dube me cuz Im a woman.

Every jiffy lube location makes it or fails solely based on their employees. I’m a huge believer in that. Every location will generally be clean and offer the same things. This spot gets 5 stars from me b/c of their employees. Cool people. Relaxed. Honest and upfront. Didn’t get the vibe that they were forcing fixes on me without showing me by the car.
