Great people great place has to be my 1st choice next time

After a year of ownership I discovered that the factory rim was bent beyond use, all 4 break pads needed changed, all 4 tires needed replaced, and the exhaust and metal fire plates all had bolts or clips missing causing incredibly loud rattling quickly after purchase. Its obvious this car came though and minimal repairs were made before sale.Great purchase experience but the 100,000 mile car I purchased for 10,000 definitely had some hidden surprises. This car should not have passed inspection at time of purchase and Ive put easily $1,000 into it since purchase with less than 10,000 miles driven. Including no floor mats of all things.

My wife got a used car from First Choice. Its had some problems since weve had it. However, First Choice has been doing whatever they can to fix these issues for us. Its been a little trial and error, but were getting there. Overall, the vehicle we got from them isnt the most reliable. That being said, I dont think its necessarily their fault, and theyve been trying to fix the car up for us free of charge. So I give them 3 stars overall. More specifically, I give them 4 stars for customer service, and I give them 2 stars for the specific vehicle we got.

Adam is a fantastic person. Open and trustworthy. We purchased a Forrester with a good deal of confidence. We had a couple of minor issues after the purchase and Adam has got it all covered and demonstrated that he is not just a man of words. He was very humble during the process and earned a good deal of respect from us.I would highly recommend to purchase your car from 1st Choice Auto.

I originally had a very positive review for this dealership, however I have offically ran into too many problems wirh my newly purchased vehicle to maintain a positive 5 star review. 2 month ago I purchased a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan from them. First impressions were good, staff was friendly and seemed to be transparent. BOY WAS I WRONG. 4 new tires, 1 recirculation valve, 1 new turbo, and now taking it back to the mechanic on Saturday to get the Cadillac converters replaced! Mechanic said my turbo was maintained poorly and the Cadillac converters are so clogged that my engine is essentially suffocating! While I can already assure you that the owners response is going to be that the car was fine when I left the lot and of course I signed an as is contract, they are scam artists. Everyone who works at this dealership knows cars! They have mechanics that work for them and service the cars on their lots! Even if they deny any knowledge on this matter, you cannot tell me that they didnt know about all these underlying issues! They took advantage of me, but yes I take blame for not knowing what to look for and buying the car without more knowledge on its internal condition. Best part is, they charged me over fair value for my car according to Kelly Blue Book. I agreed to the amount because the car seemed to be in good condition. Im not saying all these employees are bad, they were actually very nice to me and my initial experience was pleasant. However, BUYERS BEWARE. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read this review and remember my experience if you shop at this dealership. SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO HAVE A PRIVATE 3RD PARTY MECHANIC INSPECT THE CAR. If you are a young female, bring your dad or uncle or someone who knows cars with you! They will take your money and run! And then leave you with a car that is riddled with problems!I should also add that a few days after purchasing my car they were willing to replace a swaybar link that had gone back in my rear right tire for free. However not even that free repair can compensate for everything else that I have experienced with my car.

Real used car salesmen. Told we got a clean never wrecked car. That was the first lie wrecked and repainted over rotting rockers. At purchase time it needed inspected and was told I couldnt use my regular inspection garage. Told them about 2 of the 3 light that were not working. Comes back with 4 blown lights and still passed.

Im happy with the car I got and Adam who helped me, worked with me to make the sale as fast as possible (around my work schedule) via phone and in person. He even took the car to get it inspected. I think as a company they could have done a slightly better job cleaning the interior and topped off the gas as the fuel light was on when I got it but that wasnt a deal breaker. I chose to purchase a drive train warranty just in case anything pops up in the future but Id buy there again if I was looking for another car.

Just bought a car, salesman and owner are super nice stand up people. If you ever are looking for a car look no further. They are good honest people.

Wonderful selection, good to deal with, i personally wasnt able to make a deal with them due to my own factors but they were very up front with everything.Definetly would shop here again.

I purchased a vehicle from 1st Choice Auto Mall, and the gentlemen at the dealership(Joe, Adam and Neil) all went out of their way to obtain financing and make the experience as smooth as possible.The customer service was exceptional via email, phone and face to face, with no unneeded pressure applied. As a customer, I felt extremely comfortable with their open and honest communication in all aspects of the sales experience. Odds are I will investigate their inventory next time I am in the market for another vehicle.

Girlfriend bought her car here and as soon as she drove it off the lot we realized a lot of hidden underlying issues. She felt very wronged by these guys.

Im glad I found my car there, but honestly it wasnt a great experience. My car wasnt inspected when I drove it off the lot, which I didnt even realize until about a month later. My name was spelled wrong on my registration when it came in the mail, but it was correct on my title papers when I filled them out. When I tried to address these issues no one ever got back to me and I spoke with a person (didnt just leave a voicemail). My car also had a clear service bulletin thats existed since 2013 for burning oil which I had to address a little over a year into owning my vehicle.

I saw a car I was interested in on car gurus. I called and went over to see it in the evening. ( Joe waited for me.) Mike told me that he would let me drive the car off the lot for the shown price. They let me take it by myself check out everything and 2 hours later I drove home a beautiful clean 2009 auto with new tires that looked and ride like new. Joe was great and Ive had no problems . I was in a car accident and totaled my vehicle; I was in desperate need of a vehicle and Joe and Adam did not take advantage of my position, they made the process simple and got me into my BMW 3 series I am elated. They even changed the brakes spin learning I needed to get new ones and it was within 30 days of my purchase Neil ok’d that and my girl is running smoothly, it’s great❗️

We bought a truck for my son Easter of 2019. Took it for inspection bApril of 2020 and was told it would cost more than it was worth to get it done. Would most definitely would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer.

I was impressed with the cars on the lot and pretty good salesmen that seem to have good answers to all my questions. Zero issues for me to test drive an Audi. They knew their stuff about Audis and how to maintain the quirky engine.

Terrible! I bought a BMW wagon from these guys and its been non stop problems. They are truly used car salesmen. While I was in the process of buying mine, another customer came and complained about a car they had just bought from them that was having issues. Ive had to put thousands into this car. They were so firm on their price too. As a younger single woman I truly feel taken advantage of. I do not recommend anyone go here.

I spoke with Neil over the phone about a Civic my daughter was interested in. I sent her in later in the week. The car was ready for her, and the numbers were exactly as we discussed. It was a refreshingly easy car buying experience. She loves the car !Thank you.

I would NEVER set foot in this place again. I called and asked questions about a vehicle they were selling and was never called back by anyone. Called again and asked more questions and got the auto check report and scheduled an appt to travel the 2 hours to them to look at the vehicle a week in advance. Was told they couldn’t hold the vehicle for me. Fine I understand not wanting to hold a vehicle for a week without a deposit. So I call the night before my appt and they still have the vehicle with nothing pending on it. Traveled 2 hours to look at the vehicle and the salesman spent very little time showing me the car first off. Second off the car had multiple issues that were not disclosed to me over the phone when I asked including warped brake rotors, ac compressor whining, turbocharger oil line leaking oil, engine bay covered in antifreeze, tire pressure monitoring system light on, drivers side sunvisor broken, bumper vent missing, and power steering pump leaking. Also they didn’t even attempt to clean the car. Dog hair all throughout the interior and dirt and small pieces of trash all over the floor. Then the salesman says that he has another customer he has to take care of that came in before me so I went to grab lunch and the salesman said he would call me when he was done with the other customer. He calls me while I was at lunch and says the other customer put a deposit down on the car I was looking at and that they’re buying it tomorrow. Are u serious? I made an appointment and he supposedly sold the car out from underneath me to a customer who walked in that morning. I have never been treated so poorly when I’m trying to spend money at a business.

Great doing business with these guys. No pressure, decent cars, decent prices and nice people. Looked up the candidate cars via one of the used-car sites, visited these folks and purchased a Subaru Impreza after a couple of other test drives. Went out of their way to make it possible for us to drive it out that day.

Stop down and see Joe if youre looking for a vehicle. I can speak from personal experience when I say he is easy to deal with, hes fair, honest, transparent and does not pressure you into anything. I would purchase a vehicle from him any day.

I have spent more than 40 hours looking at cars online. I visited at least 10 different dealerships, checking out different vehicles. I was contacted multiple times by Joe and Adam, just asking if I had any questions and wondering if I was still interested in their car. Also, I once called after hours and left a message, and within minutes, Adam was texting me on his own personal time, just to answer my questions. I felt like I had finally found the car I wanted, and these guys were AMAZING to work with. I even made them fet in the back seats to see how much adult space I had. The process was quick and painless, but unfortunately, as soon as I started driving away, I felt like I had made a mistake. For personal reasons, I think I rushed into the purchase, and was unhappy. The car was fine, it just wasnt what I wanted, and I didnt feel happy in it. I emailed and called to see if they had a 24 hour Grace period, but they didnt. Joe and Adam said theyd talk to the owner the next day. That same night, i got an email back saying that they never wanted a customer to be unhappy, and granted me the opportunity to take the car back, without penalty! I was shocked. They did NOT have to do tgis for me, bit they did. When I returned the car and got mine back, I brought them lunch as a peace offering. They were amazing throughout the entire process, and I would highly recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking for a used car.

My wife and I just purchased a used Honda for our son from here. We previously had been to other dealerships that only wanted to pressure us into vehicles we didnt like. We finally decided to stop at one more place. The owner, Neil was great and helped us find exactly what our son wanted at an affordable price!

Would give a zero if I could. Called yesterday to make an appointment for today. Showed up today, was told that vehicle was sold, no big deal wanted to test drive two others there. After Neil told me it was sold he went into office while I walked around looking at other vehicles for 25 minutes. Never asked if he could help with anything else or apologized for a miscommunication (which I honestly wasnt upset about). He just stayed in his office and ignored us. I am a sales manager and would never put up with that behavior in my store.

I called yesterday and spoke to Joe. He said the impreza I was interested in was very good condition. So, I went to see it today and it was NOT even good shape. Rusted steel wheels, front end was easily seen to have body work (undisclosed), body dents and defects, interior was horrible and engine cosmetics looked like it sat for 5 years! What a waste of my time! These guys play the used car game. What a shame they dont even attempt to present the vehicle like they want to sell it.

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Jetta from 1st Choice Auto Mall. I found the vehicle listed on cargurus, it was listed as a great deal and the pictures looked really nice. At first I was a little hesitant to go because its a smaller dealership and it seemed like it was too good of a deal. Boy am I glad I decided to go! The vehicle was super clean and my salesman Neil, who is also the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and didnt pressure me at all like other salesman did to me at other dealerships that I visited before going to 1st Choice Auto Mall. It didnt have inspection stickers but Neil said he would have the vehicle inspected and detailed before I would come back to pick the vehicle up. We did the paperwork and when I came back 2 days later to pick the vehicle up, the vehicle was detailed and had new inspection and emission stickers on it. I highly recommend 1st Choice Auto Mall!

My experience from start to finish was awsome we did hit several snags along the way ( My fault not theres ) but joe handeled everything smoothly even called 3rd party to ensure things stayed on track, The hole teem was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, Big thanks to Joe, Adam and team for getting me Into my first BMW 328I XDRIVE!!

I brought a Infiniti G35 with one key after discussing about the tax they place on my tittle unpaid . I had a very experienced there.

Terrible service, been waiting 3 days just for a call back about a vehicle that I purchased from them. When I purchased the vehicle and put $2500 down payment, same thing, took 2 weeks to get the car because I couldnt get a return call. The floor in the vehicle is soaked everyday. My temporary registration expired before I got my actual registration card in the mail because it was sent in late. I wouldnt recommend this place to an enemy.
