STAY AWAY!!!I should have known when I was looking at buying a new vehicle in March of 2021 and I couldn’t get anyone to follow back up with me to stay away.However after buying a new vehicle from another Nissan dealer a little farther away for me, I thought I might be able to trust their service department as I live so close. I WAS WRONG!Went for my very first oil change/tire rotation in June of 2021 and they wanted me to do some sort of Install Engine Treatment as well as a in-cabin micro filter replacement, mind you at this time the car had about 5k miles. I declined and thought it was interesting as the car was essentially brand new as well as not being listed on the maintenance schedule according to the vehicles owners manual. I still thought, ok some times you just have a bad day at the dealership on what they might recommend.Fast forward to today, October 2021. Went in for an oil change/tire rotation & state inspection. Was told I could use new tires, mind you the car has just over 14k miles. When I resisted and said they only have 14k miles on them I was told, sometimes the factory tires only last for 15k miles. Either way, John Sisson is lying or Nissan is putting tires on their vehicles that only last 15k miles.Was then shown additional items I needed, which they list as their 15k miles basic service for $320; wipers (they are fine, drove there & back in the rain, no streaking), again with the engine treatment (no where does it mention this in the owners manual), throttle body cleaning service (again not mentioned in the scheduled maintenance of the owners manual), air filter (not recommended until 30k miles according to the owners manual).It does list in their 15k mile service, oil change & filter, tire rotation, cabin filter. This is all fine and in accordance to the owners manual.All said and done I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, & state inspection. Was presented a bill of over $1,100 if I did all of their recommendations.I’ve officially learned my lesson & I hope all who read this do to, do not go here for ANYTHING!Look forward to seeing the owners auto generated, generic response to my review as they have with everyone else’s negative reviews.2020 Nissan Pathfinder

Matt was great to talk to and was very good at explaining things to me and my wife a great pleasure to talk to and work with. Love my new truck. Only thing to say the truck was cleaned very well stickers all over inside stickers on the wheels. The windows where smeard and hard to see out of at night. Inside the gas tank was very dirty. But as for Matt would deal with him again very professional. Not his fault the truck wasnt clean .

I bought a brand new Nissan Sentra back in June of 2021 absolutely loved the car at first until I started having non stop problems with the car. It’s going on 4 months since I bought the car it has been the service department 8 times total which is insane the car has trouble starting, it will shutdown out of know where when driving it, and now the automatic braking system has a mind of its own where I was driving on two different occasions and there was nothing around me and the car starts braking on its own which is scary because one of the times I was on the highway thank god there was no one around. The the dealership doesn’t even wanna make it right I tried on multiple occasions to work with the GM and one of the sales managers and got no where so for now I’m stuck with a brand new car that lives in the service department. If I was anyone I would stay away from this dealership if I knew what I know now I would of went somewhere else because this dealership is very sneaky.

One of the worst experiences ever! I will never attempt to give John Sisson Nissan my business again!The salesman and finance manager tried to pull a bate and switch on me. They told me that the SUV that I wanted was available for sale so I applied for a loan for it. During the time that I was waiting for an approval from the bank, someone else came in and purchased it from underneath of me and when I questioned it, they lied to me about it. Not to mention that I received an email stating that I was approved for the vehicle prior to arriving at the dealership and I still have that email. This is not okay to do to someone. Is this the business that youre trying to run?

I dropped my car off at 8:30 AM (with an appointment) for an oil change and tire rotation. Since Im on call and needed my car, I called twice throughout the day and I got the run around. Finally, at 3 PM, I called again and heard nothing but stuttering after I said Good Lord, I didnt think it would take this long, I guess Ill just come sit over there, and silence was their response after I was told it would be in the shop soon. I didnt get my car back until 4:45 PM, 15 minutes before they close. I had to check and see if they actually rotated my tires and changed my oil after reviews Ive read said that they say they do things but dont actually do them. Never again will I bring my car here, and this isnt the first time this has happened. Not only that, but when I actually got called that it was done, the rep asked me Have you been sitting here all day?!

When I asked tires are good and we did not changed them.First 2 times service rep lied. If I did not noticed, I was in the impression that they did the tire rotation. I lost trust.

Really didnt want to lease a vehicle but I was in a bind. Had great service from the Sales Manager who stepped in when my salesman was ill. It felt like a personal connection because they tried to meet my requirements even thought I didnt want an SUV and wanted a sunroof. However, the fact that they tried as hard as they did to meet my needs and the fact that I drove the car home that very night made a great impression on me and eased my stress. Every person I had contact with worked hard with me, was personable, and even stayed late to be sure that I understood the nuances with the Rogue. I appreciate the attention I received and the way my situation was handled.

I took my truck in for an oil change and a radiator drain and refill. Next thing I know the truck had to be towed back to the dealership because a factory trained technician placed the wrong cap on the radiator allowing all of the coolant/antifreeze to blow out all over the engine. On another instance some time ago, I went in for an oil change and when I got home I parked in my garage. The next day I saw a puddle of oil under the truck. I investigated and found that the factory trained technician didnt fully tighten the oil filter. This place has almost cost me either a new engine or possibly a new truck. I didnt even get an apology which I could care less. Instead they gave me a free oil change and tire rotation certificate. Do your research before doing buiseness with these people

With a long road trip ahead of us for the weekend wedding of my daughter in West Virginia, I needed a vehicle that could carry my three grandchildren, all the items we had to bring and, of course be reliable My brother loaned me his Rogue (BTW, it drives amazing). Anyhow, to my dismay the rear seatbelts would not work. The retractor was locked.I was only two miles from John Sisson and on a time crunch, I drove straight to the service entrance and asked for help.The first man came out (I didn’t get his name) and without hesitation, tried to help. When he knew he couldn’t fix them, he sent out another tech.Enter Sean.If I owned a Nissan, and I had car trouble, I would personally ask for Sean. He was polite and diligent. Not to mention, even though he was young, I think he had a bit of the old school ‘everything can be fixed’ approach. When he thought the belts were broken, he still didn’t give up. His perseverance paid off and I know it had to hurt his hand squeezing it into the plastic cover.I was so grateful for Sean and for fixing both those seatbelts. And you want to know what also touched me positively. Not one tech told me to sign in, they were eager to help and to me, that spells top notch service all the way around.Thank you John Sisson Service department, I will tell people about you.

Due to the pandemic, I decided to do as much research and online shopping as possible. I built a vehicle configuration on the Nissan website and sent it to the four nearest Nissan dealerships. I got two good offers. One of them was from Tyler Dietrich of John Sisson. We communicated by email. I once emailed him after 10:00 pm, thinking I would get a response the next day, but surprisingly, he answered me right away. For some reason I didnt buy a car from them but would highly recommend Tyler to others.

Do not trust this dealership. In regards to communication, service, reliability they fail. They have teenagers working here who are undertrained and damage the vehicles. Salesman Tyler was new and knew nothing about the vehicle or how to help me. My brand new $30,000 vehicle I purchased has SCRATCHES all over the surface of the vehicle some measuring over 8 inches. They promised to fix this and took my vehicle for two days. Brought it back in worse condition than I received it. Scratches all still present, SCREW IN MY TIRE and I have no explanation of what they actually did.

Staff was courteous. I love the car 2021 Nissan Maxima, however I was told a price, they found the car for me but the price changed when I arrived to sign. Payments went up $15/month(aprox $1100 over life of loan). They said the interest rate had changed ( in 3 days ) and they had me living in the wrong county, therefore sales tax was higher. I am happy with car, not financing dept. Being that it is 45 minutes from my house, I will not make the extra effort to have my car serviced there. As there are other options closer.

SCAM Service Department!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! This dealership was bought out a few years ago by an out-of-state company. Things have drastically changed for the WORSE. As a long-time service customer for more than 6 years, I took my car for annual inspection. The mechanic failed my car because there was a small chip in my windshield (which has been there for 15 years and never caused inspection failure), as well as front brakes and rotors. These repairs would have cost approx. $800. I knew my brakes were fine. I left and indicated that I would NEVER return to that dealership. I then took the car to the brand-name dealership of the car model, and it passed inspection with no issues.

Tuesday car still was not done, called Wednesday morning and they were test driving. Had to call back Wednesday evening at 4:45 to find out my car was completed but never received a call. When I came after hours to pick up car window was left down but car was locked. Usually have good service but this time was absolutely horrible!

Recently had my vehicle in for an inspection. I was told by one of your technical people the car wouldnt pass the inspection because the drivers side headlight assembly had moisture in it and is quite distorted as most cars are now days. He told me he would get a price for a new. Thinking probably in the neighborhood of about $200-250. When he told me $536 I was completely shocked. Of course I was not going to pay that kind of money. There was no recourse from the service attendant or any suggestions. I left without my car being inspected. The following day I called your competitor. I explained the situation to the service manager there. He told me to bring the car to him and he would look at the situation. They passed the car and I am satisfied. I didnt pay $536 just the price of the inspection.

I bought my 2012 Nissan Sentra brand new and I am sad to say I bought a lemon. I have 67,000 miles on my car and this year alone I have put $1,400 into it. I have done so much to my car that others that have cars for 20 years haven’t done. I get so many calls (that unfortunately I had to block) asking me to trade my Nissan in and purchase a new one. If I can be honest, I will not buy another one because of the countless number of problems I’ve had. Specifically, I took my car to the dormont location and told them I had an oil leak. Admittedly, I left the oil cap off so it did leak however, that was not the issue. I was going through countless amounts of oil. I would have to put oil in at least twice a month. I explained this and it was not resolved - I was simply told it was because I left the oil cap off. Fast forward six months later, and almost $600 later, and the oil leak is finally fixed. It wasn’t because I left the cap off. I’ve honestly had nothing but one disappointment after another with my service and my car.
