Visited this place with a designer in early winter. A guy named Smith pulled some rugs we liked. We gave him the exact dimensions and asked for a price with our custom colors which were offered and were available for the rugs chosen. The rug was going be made in Tibet. He said they own the facility there, a family operation. We took a couple home and determined the colors and ordered the samples which were made and came some weeks later.. When we then tried to place the order for the rug, we were told the price was over 25% higher! Really? They had all the details initially and we changed nothing from the exact information we gave them. Nothing changed in terms of our specifications from what we told them and the entire time frame was but a couple months. I was most unhappy and felt I was mislead. I called and spoke with Elizabeth one of the two women who run the place I believe, and told her the situation and that this is not a professional or honest way to conduct business. She said she would look into it and call me back. Of course true to the way they operate she never did. No apology, nothing. Beware, of this place, I expect they will to be in business much if they are still.
