I stopped at this location because it was conveniently located near my work place. Logan, the store manager, informed me that he was going to charge me $30 to transfer contacts from an old phone to a new one. Ive been a Verizon customer since 1995. I didnt think this was a monumental request. I left. So much for customer service.

I have spent a lot of time there lately. The staff is really nice but the main company needs a lot to be desired. The staff here keeps trying to fix problems with my phone and billing but I can see it is very frustrating to get anything done through corporate. We are still in the process of getting things fixed and I appreciate the help I have been getting from them.
I was blown away by the customer service my wife and I received from Wireless Zone and more specifically Megan Mangone. She went above and beyond to get our service switched and running. We had accidently given the wrong account info for our existing phones and that threw everything off. Megan was extremely knowledgeable, polite and persistent in getting the problem solved. She even stayed 2 and a half hours past when she was supposed to be finished for the day (that even put us an hour and a half passed when the store closed) to get our phones switched over. In a world where customer service service seems to have fallen by the way side, Megans performance reminded me of a time when companies still cared about getting your business.

After a frustrating online experience, I had to make the trip into a store for help getting a new phone. Sarah Shaffer was totally AWESOME! Not only did she help guide me to the right phone for my budget, she was pleasant and showed great patience as she tried to get my old phone to give up its data to the new one. She also demonstrated outstanding multi-tasking skills, as she had to help other customers on the phone until other employees arrived.
Deshawn Wright was a horrible sales man. He was very rude and unprofessional. He did not know very much about anything I asked. He should be fired. Both employees talked mean things about the customers that came and left. I did have a good experience at all. If he treats any other customer horribly, Id recommend talking to a manager.I would not recommend you to go to this area. The people are extremely rude.RATE - 0

We stopped at this Verizon store because I purchased a new phone and had no idea on how to get it set up . First of all when we walked in we were greeted warmly by Brooke, who was with another customer. Which I thought was extremely wonderful. It does not always happen that way. We talked to a rep named Lucas and he awesome. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend him and this store anytime. His time and patience was extremely helpful. 5 stars. He is an asset to the company.

This Verizon is known for being the best in town. Because most of the people that work there are knowledgeable on phones, Verizon plans, and how to treat customers with courtesy. Not only that but some employees are funny (not all) and make the phone buying experience fun when it normally can be stressful. They will go out of their way to make sure your new phone (and other Verizon products) are set up correctly the day you buy them. I don’t know about the other people but all I know is you’re gonna want to ask for either Brooke or Jared. Ask for Brandon if you need tech support help or a question about a bill since he is the manager.

When I went, I needed assistance on getting a new case for my phone. I was assisted by Benji and he was not only knowledgeable but overall fantasitc. Benji showed me the various cases that would work for my phone and even helped with saving me more money as well as gain access to Hulu with my plan for free. He went over all the offers I currently have on my phone now. I plan to wait until my son comes home from the Marine Corp to help him get a laptop. I will certainly be back.
Great staff. I always go here for every phone I get or if I have any issues. They are always great to me. They always get me the best plan for me personally. They take their time with you. I just got a new phone and he set the whole phone up for me and made sure all of my stuff was there. They have the best deals too! Jordan is the manager of you need anything go see him!
On Tuesday June 30th about 4:30 pm my sister and I went here because I needed a new phone and my sister wanted help looking at new plans to save money. A woman who was the only one there at the moment asked if I needed help. So we told her why we came. I guess maybe she really didnt want us there. Maybe it was meal time or whatever who knows but I will never go back to this location. When I asked her if there was any specials and she said no. When my sister asked her about her bill she there was nothing she could do to save her money. My sister also asked if there was a trade in value on my phone and she said no. I was mad and starting to look at Sprint deals and AT &T deals. The next day we tried calling any other Verizon stores to see if they could help being as our usual store is shut due to civil we found one in McMurray and called. We were pleasantly surprised when the person who answered the phone was so helpful and made us an appointment that day. Not only were there specials but she also saved my sister about $20 a month on her bill AND got me a $25 trade in for my phone when the other girl at Washington said it was worth nothing. In a nutshell stay away from the Trinity Point store and go to McMurray where they will go above and beyond for you.
Great Verizon location with very helpful staff. John McLaughlin is the best. Recently had an issue w/a stolen phone. John took care of everything, set up new phones for my wife and myself. He is professional and courteous. Explains things in understandable detail and made the process easy. I highly recommend him. Give John and this location 10 stars!
I was in need of a new phone and decided to try out this Verizon store. Upon entering the store, I was professionally greeted by Jordan who was easy to talk to and eager to help me with my Verizon needs. He answered all of my questions in regards to which new phone to go with and helped explain the new features that I would soon have. I had put off getting a new phone because I honestly didnt want to deal with a pushy Verizon employee, that was most definitely not the case here. I will make it a point to go to this Verizon location and work with Jordan, every time. Great job!

Brooke and Lorena are awesome. They are very nice and professional. They know what they are talking about when it comes to their job. They are also patient as well. But I did deal with another lady. Her name was Lauren and let me tell you she was so lazy, very rude and unprofessional. I was not happy at all. So if you decide to go to this store I would go to Brooke and Lorena. They are amazing workers..

Switched from AT&T to Verizon. Two phones, two lines. The program is somewhat complex but Garrett walked me through the process. He and his manager (dont know his name - black beard and glasses) did all the work. Later, when my bill credit didnt come through, Lorena helped me resolve the issue to total satisfaction. Customer service is alive and well in Washington PA - especially at the Verizon store. Thank you for all of your help.

Went in for service on my phone and somehow ended up with a new phone I didnt purchase or receive charged to my Verizon account. Eventually Wireless Zone provided a full refund. However it took a long time and a lot of persistence to get them to do the right thing. They were polite about it, just had little sense of urgency to resolving the issue.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, checked our account for any missed discounts found one that is saving us 40% of our bill. Had the accessories we needed even though our phones are over a year old. Great service Keep up the good work Jarod!!
I came in to upgrade to a new phone and both Brandon and Jason were very helpful! Brandon helped me out initially and Jason took over half way through to finish up. My interaction here was grear and memorable Both were incredibly helpful and plan on returning in the future for a case!

My phone screen went black after I dropped it. I went in the store and Jordan greeted me with a professional attitude. Since you could not see anything on my screen to move everything over to my new phone, Jordan did all he could to find where all my files, pictures and contacts were. He even found my S Notes where I had all of my logins and passwords to many sites. He was great to work with and I appreciate his efforts to help me.
Really pleasantly surprised at the experience. I usually HATE cell phone shopping and I came to the store after a bad experience with Xfinity mobile. I was expecting to be annoyed and instead felt like I was shopping with friends. They didnt try to push the most expensive phone, talked to us about reasonable service, and made the whole experience totally pain free. And definitely go see Brooke! She was awesome, saved us money, and made us feel like family!
I was very happy with my experience switching to Verizon. I had been putting it off for awhile because, in the past, Ive found many salesmen a bit too pushy when it comes to buying phones. Not so here: he did his duty and showed me the newest phones that cost more, but did not pressure me when I said I wanted something cheaper. At the end of the exchange, we walked out of the store without the registration cards for our screen protectors. The man who helped us called within a couple hours to let us know and put the cards in the safe for us. I will definitely be back the next time I need a phone!

Numerous calls, texts and delays eventually led to them saying there was nothing they could do to help me (since there was the tiniest of scratches on my phone). I certainly expected more from Verizon, but it turns out this is not a Verizon Corporate Retail store, but simply a franchisee, and one who apparently cares more about this quarters profits than repeat customers.
I met with Brooke who was fabulous. She is super great with service etc. Wait was long but I had a lot of data to transfer. Store was great.

I just paid off my phone and paid $13 insurance for the last twenty four months. My LG4 decides to just quit working. I received nothing from Verizon toward a new phone that cost me another $950.00, except to be told that there is a class action suit on my old phone. I feel taken advantage of. Very unhappy!!!!!
Brooke was my sales associate and she was very helpful she explained all my options but never pushed a product on me she allowed me to choose with her advice on the durability and usage of the phone I would highly recommend Brooke to anyone she is a great asset to your location when is due for my next phone I hope she is still there

This is not a good place to ask questions about your phone or warranty. A tall gentleman was very rude. He was irritated with the fact that another store was willing to exchange or even attempt to fix the phone but couldnt due to the fact the phone was not purchased at there store.He then call over his manager (which was a very poorly groomed manager. Also was very unprofessional) could not tell us anything or any reason why a brand new phone would not turn on.
I came to this store after experiencing two really bad visits at another store. These guys gave me several options to fix my issue with a phone I had purchased ONE MONTH prior. Jordan ROCKS !!

Always friendly and willing to solve any problem. All of the employees are very knowledgeable and you can rest assured if your phone breaks, cracks, et cetera, theyll do everything they can to get a working phone in your hands ASAP. Most definitely get the screen protector they recommend, theyll even demonstrate dropping something on top of a phone that has the same screen protection on it. Not a scratch! Keep this business at the top of your list for your Verizon wireless needs.
