Ok. Extremely pretty shop. Has amazing selection of outfits. I really love there almost everything. Its quite pricy though. But omg so beautiful 😍

Stunningly rude staff member who was keen to tell us on arrival that there was 30% discount on many clothes but then for no reason at all while browsing started blanking us and made us distinctly unwelcome. I noted a framed and signed photo of Carly Simon, one of my heroes, with a dedication to the shop and commented how great to have her as a customer and he responded with a 5-second pause to bring a deep chill into the room, then languidly boasted that they have many famous customers. My partner then asked a further question and after a similar tortuous silence, he gave a curt He Did NOT! reply. Good to see that his charisma-bypass operation was a complete success.As commented elsewhere, he is pudgy, in his 50s, beard, gay and wears circular glasses. Took my money elsewhere where they know what customer service is.

This store is just amazing! People who work there are so sweet and professional. My boyfriend and I shop there all the time and we always get the best customer service. Our English bulldog is always with us and even he gets a lot of attention (treats, water etc).Today Sam was very patient and helpful with us. I wish every store has this hospitality as RL has!

I got a birthday gift from here. Tried to change the size. They said the only way of doing that was to ship the wrong-sized item to the warehouse, then in 14 days I would get a gift card, so I could go and get a new item. This is the most absurd return process that I have ever seen or heard of.Bottomline, they kept my pants, its been 14 days and no gift card and they do not reply to emails.If you buy something from these people, better get you size right! Worst costumer service ever.

The guy in here walked away mid-sentence as soon as he learned that we were from out of town and couldnt wait to have the product ordered from him. How can someone with this many negative reviews still work in this store?When we attempted to get his name he refused to give it and gave us a generic business card for the store... Obviously he know hes getting another bad review. He is pudgy, 50 years old and has a beard.We had been planning on buying several items but after that experience not a chance, there are plenty of better Ralph stores in better cities to shop.

I recently entered a Ralph Lauren shop in DC searching for a particular article. I can understand that an article is not carried or if it is unavailable. However the sales person rarely looking me in the eye and negatively responded to any question I may have had. This left me not only disillusioned to the employees training, but his approach to customers as well, I had previously entered the shop a little over a year ago and the same employee had the same attitude but I brushed it off, and was treated only with respect and good humor when I purchased a product. I did not think about that incident until two days ago when I encounter the same employee having the same approach to me. This time I felt my money was underserving, not for the product, but for the employees attitude.My suggestion is to treat every customer politely and equally as if they are humans not if they do it do not intend to purchase, and to always look a persons/ customer in the face and not turn their head while speaking. This showed me disrespect .Thank you

The best selection of clothing

Opening times are wrong for a Sunday. Walked here to see it is closed and wasted my chance to pick up a few items. I will not get now before I leave the city.

I walked in looking for an article of clothing just for it not to be there. When I was looking for an alternative, I was followed throughout the store by the employees. I knew wasnt crazy when another customer peeped the situation as it was unfolding. Very sad, and I will be calling corporate.

The managers here are soul-less cowards. The asian guy, and the short brunette lady especially.

One of their smaller stores - initially disappointing when you arrive, but excellent service and in the end I found everything I needed
