Chris did a great job of setting up a smart TV for a not so smart customer. First rate service

Had the pleasure of working with Thomson folks to install a larger TV antenna for local stations. Went from perhaps 8 channels (spotty at best) to 30! VERY pleased with the service and pricing was fair too. Would recommend these folks to anyone and will use again. Thank you!

Purchased a replacement part for my TV, after days of it not functioning, we called a tech who determined the piece was defective. When I returned it, I was informed that I had to pay a restock fee. Bear in mind this piece was defective; they informed me they had to check it to be sure it is defective.

Not no helpStore more interested in selling you something you do not want then what you went in there for. I know at least three people work there. Two of them there. Very disappointed.

Wow what a great well stocked store. You do to story for all antenna needs from TV to CB. Also get expert help. Need a battery, need a adapter, need soldering iron, need a personal family radio. Highly Recommend it.

Came in for an antenna Monday evening, 15 minutes before closing. Told him what our situation is, he pulled a box off the shelf, answered all our questions. We were very skeptical since weve already tried several types of antenna. This antenna set up in about 5 minutes and works amazingly well! We get all the major stations and a few extra with great clarity. Great job Radio Shack!

Locally owned and operated Radio Shack franchise. The staff here is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have the parts that made radio shack what it was back in the day. They offer dish Network and Sprint service. Glad to see the Radio Shack brand still around and it being run properly. Come pay them a visit.

Got new tv cable, should have gone with their suggestion, but have enough for any thing.

I buy all my electronics here. They have all major brands, competitive pricing, personal service, on site repair and installation techs. Very knowledgeable and professional, way better than a big box store. If you have questions, they take the time to answer.

An excellent do it all local electronics business, installed some speaker wiring requiring skill and neatness and they did very well. Also very reasonable on their prices.They can get all kinds of high quality audio gear and do a lot of satellite dish work.I used to own a Radio Shack franchise in PA and this store is similar, but they do great install work, hanging big tvs, etc. An impressive operation.I will sure use them again when needed. No need to drive to Greenville or use Amazon.

Went here thinking I would get a good deal since Radio Shack was going to get a good deal. This place is a mix of Radio Shack and another store. As such, everything was the original prices, not what was published on the Radio Shack website.
